The place was clean and near FSU. I was there to see the University and the house is close by FSU and peaceful. The house is comfortable and clean. I had an issue and Michelle was very understanding and helpful in getting it resolved.

We loved the house. It was very close to the FSU campus, quiet neighborhood, spacious, comfortable beds, washer snd dryer and large tvs. Cortney was an extremely nice host.

Was looking for a place to stay for the night after driving all day. Didn’t really want to stay at a hotel, especially with my little dogs!! Found Jenn’s place, and it was perfect for my family!!! Great back yard for my little dogs, and my grandson to run around. We loved it!!

We stayed at this spacious and spotless home on our trip to FSU! Only a mile from campus, we enjoyed all the benefits of being a local. The home was very spacious and offered so many comforts! We loved the peaceful location and relaxing beds. Definitely enough space for large families! Plus our host was proactive, friendly, and helpful and provided us with so many amenities! Will definitely stay again!

We stayed at Kimberly's place for a couple of days while fishing. It worked out great as the the boat ramp was pretty close by. After a day of fishing we came back, grilled some dinner and then finished the night in the hot tub! We would go back for sure.

Kristi was very responsive when we had questions or issues. I’d gladly rent from her again. Thank you. The home was beautiful! I loved the fenced back yard.

Property was as pictured and as described. Check-in, stay and checkout were all very smooth. This is a good midtown location with plenty of good restaurants and bars within a short walk. Convenient to downtown as well. Good value.

This home and surroundings is beautiful, it was a huge backyard that is very private. The neighborhood is quiet. Overall great place to stay.

Location seemed to be safe and was easy to get to. Spacious living room and back yard. Entire place was clean and stocked with plenty of clean towels for our stay.

Apartment was very clean and spacious. Host was friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend!!

David was an amazing and quick to response host. Everything mentioned was beyond accurate about his place. It is now a memorable location for my partner & I. For that we are so thankful and highly recommend this place for a quiet, cute, and well rounded place to stay! There aren’t enough words to say how perfect it was. I enjoyed the characteristics it had & how cozy & like home it felt. We look forward to the next stay.

Great comfy spot! Felt right at home and more than adequate amenities! We will certainly be looking for an opening next time we need to be in Tally.

If I could give this experience 6⭐ a would. From booking to checkout the process was a breeze. ITS A WHOLE APARTMENT. Impeccably cleaned, ample supplies, and amazing coffee. I didn't want to come back home. This is my go to rental. I have also stayed in unit #2, but #1 is my favorite by far. The home is well built which limita noise from the neighbors. Its close to a minute restaurants, and shopping. I felt safe and secured with the locking system that had a custom code just for me. The host was very friendly, offered early check in, and responded very fast. This was a very relaxing vacation for me, so relaxing that I spent most of my time in my room. The icing on the cake, it's pet friendly with no fee if you care for the space appropriately. Parking is right out front and always well lit! As a woman, I felt safe and planning my next family visit around the availability of this space. THANK YOU

This is a secluded setting and spotlessly clean. Better than described, it was spacious and comfortable and quite near our wedding address. We arrived quite late to all of the lights on in a welcoming manner that enabled quick entry. Our Host was always available to answer any questions. I recommend without reservation to anyone seeking a stay in a quiet clean and spacious house

This place was amazing! Check in was easy and welcoming. The location was very convenient and the property was beautiful. Wish it was warm enough to enjoy the beautiful pool but will definitely be back in warmer months. There was an issue with a heater and it was remedied immediately. Host was very communicative and friendly. This place is a gem!

Kendra was an amazing host. When I was checking in it was pitch black and in my exhaustion I didn’t read the full instructions to locate the unit. When I messaged Kendra, she both answered immediately and was so kind about providing reiterated instructions. The apartment was spotless and very roomy. The kitchen was amazingly stocked with dishes and the washer and dryer were very speedy. The beds were also super comfortable. I would definitely stay with Kendra again and fully recommend her.

If you plan to be in Tallahassee for anything this is the perfect spot. My wife and I attended an FSU home game and were able to walk to the stadium with ease! Our pups also enjoyed being able to come along even though they did not attend the game. 10/10 would stay here again!
