this is a gem in Leon! a beautiful house where you have all the amenities you can think of, all powered by a phenomenal host Pedro. Comfy beds, AC that you want during the 30+ degree weather, and loads of restaurants nearby. most importantly, easy to get to and easy to check in...I did with my left hand! honestly, if you're looking for your own place in Leon away from the congestion of the city centre, here's your gem. muchas gracias Pedro! I'll be back and will 100% stay here again! thank you for the recommendations as well

We stayed over a week and fell in love with both the accommodation and Las Peñitas. Amazing room, breakfast, sunsets and with the ocean right outside. Will definitely come back.

Ich bIn völlig hin und weg von der Unterkunft, sowie von Francis und ihrem Mann. die beiden waren so freundlich und haben immer geholfen. Sei es eine Auskunft über den Bus oder dass meine gekaufte Avocado noch reifen muss. Oder sogar durch Zufall wurde ich zur nächsten Unterkunft gefahren. Francis verdient mehr als 5 Sterne. Eine zwischenReinigung im Zimmer( Bad) gab es auch, ohne dass ich nachfragen musste. Die Küche habe ich gemeinsam mit der Familie nutzen können. Die Lage ist gut, man lief ca 15 Minuten bis ins Zentrum. Alles in allem super perfekt, ich würde hier immer wieder buchen. Vielen Dank! Alle Bewertungssterne der Welt für Euch. 🥰

Wow cet endroit est absolument fabuleux. Une petite jungle paisible au coeur de la ville, proche de tout. Le personnel est super accueillant, on s’y sent rapidement comme chez soi. Même si mon copain et moi ne sommes pas vegan, nous avons adorés l’ensemble des repas et breuvages offerts. Je recommanderai cet endroit à tout le monde ❤️

Had an amazing time at Adam's place and playa Tesoro! Very beautiful, and you'll basically have the beach entirely to yourself (or just a handful of others). Please was exactly as described, but note that there are not many restaurants/stores nearby the vincinity. We took food to cook ourselves, the house had all the amenenities we needed, and our own drinks/ice and we did just fine. Highly recommend coming with a vehicle that has 4x4 capabilities, especially during the rainy seaon. Long story short, would come back again!

Sweetest accomodations we have had in Nicaragua!. Many small considerate details to make our stay so pleasant. A beautiful quiet courtyard & gardens to relax in after a day of visiting an interesting city, the center being about 10 mins walk away..

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft, konnten gut abschalten von dem stressigen Alltag mitten in der Natur und doch mitten im Leben von den Einheimischen. So lernt man die Kultur am besten. Zum Strand sind es nur paar Minuten, und zum unsere Frühstück Lokal (BlackPlaya) auch, ist noch leider nicht auf Google maps vermerkt aber es lohnt sich. Morgens wird man von Sonnenaufgang und Vögel zwitschern geweckt, sowie es kann sein das auch ne Kuh oder Pferde plötzlich da stehen :) Für uns war es eine tolle Abwechslung um Ruhe zu genießen. Danke:) Wir empfehlen es herzlich weiter.
