I enjoyed my stay in this lovely house tucked away in the canyon. I particularly appreciated being so close to beautiful hiking trails while only a short drive down to shops and restaurants. The place was clean and very well equipped and the host was responsive and helpful. I'd stay here again.

This house is a real stunner, with beautiful furnishings, great art and books, a great kitchen, plenty of seating for a large group and a fantastic location (near the Hollywood sign). It is both elegant and homey at the same time. We were a large group for the holidays and everyone was comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone, and no one wanted to leave this special house.

Beautiful home , with beautiful views . Hot tub is huge and feels amazing . We saw that the owners are creating a gazebo add on room outside , it wasn’t finished during our stay but looks like it’s gonna be so nice . Wonderful place

The accommodation is in a wonderful neighbourhood, the interior matches the photos, and the villa is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive to all questions. I’ll return to this place on my next trip.

We stayed here for almost 3 months after the Eaton fire as we were cleaning out our house. It's in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved the spacious house and we had plenty of room. The house gets lots of light and we loved our stay here. We felt like it was our home away from home. Thank you Sasha for a wonderful stay.

While this wasn’t our typical getaway, it turned out to be a wonderful experience. We had to evacuate our home due to the Palisades fires, and this was where we sheltered. Jean was an amazing host, very responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating. The home is in a fantastic location, nestled in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s quiet and private, which I personally loved. While this wasn’t a usual booking for me, I can see how this place would be perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing LA getaway or staycation. I highly recommend.

A Truly Memorable Stay I had the pleasure of staying at Shawn’s property, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The space was immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. Shawn was incredibly communicative and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location was perfect. I truly appreciated the accommodations , like the heating of the pool, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The backyard was wonderful with plenty to do. The sun is in a perfect location during the afternoon to get the most enjoyment out of the pool. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Tigrans home was exactly as described. It was perfect for my stay with my family. There is more than enough space to not feel crowded. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was clean as well. The pool is beautiful, but I wasn’t able to use it this trip due to the weather. The neighbor hood is very quiet and secluded. Felt safe. And the shopping centers were about 2 min away from the home. Tigran is an excellent host, he was very responsive to my messages. And was able to accommodate me with my check out time. I would definitely book this home again if I ever stay in the area. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The most beautiful Airbnb I’ve stayed in! You won’t be disappointed, this house has everything you’d want! I had my little girl & she loved the playground & being able to run around outside!

This home was big enough for our family to visit LA, we went to santa monica beach, venice beach and universal. If you plan to do the same be sure to rent a vehicle as this spot is in the hills and can take an hour to get to those places depending on the day. The pros: -heated hot tub and not heated pool. Have to request the hot tub be turned on but once it gets going, its a hot one! - beds are extremely comfortable, and come with great pillows and a few extras. -washer and dryer were great for us only bringing carry on luggage. We washed and dried daily, great machines and the detergent was supplied *cannot guarantee that will always be the case. -extra towels were provided for swimming -dishwasher with soap provided as well. -lots of pots and pans The cons -not as furnished as the photos show, could have used some new and additional rugs. -there is a unit downstairs and if you are both outdoors its easy to hear one another. Master shower isn't private, but other showers available.

The house is located on the top of the hill and has great views. Location is super quiet and peaceful. Big house with a nice patio, backyard was very spacious and a perfect place to relax and chill. Tomer was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again

We stayed one week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was as described and had everything we needed. The outside space was excellent, beds were comfortable and the kitchen area had every implement you could think of. We all enjoyed using the heated pool and hot tub and sitting in the covered lanai.

It was a beautiful and comfortable home! Nestled in the hills of a cute neighborhood with a great views. The pictures definitely describe the house. Stephen was an amazing host! He was always quick to respond to questions or inquiries. He was also helpful to suggest places and things to do in the area. Definitely a place we will stay again, if in the area.

We just so happened to stay at Sarah‘s house during the fires in California. She was very responsive with us because our power went out one night and Sarah and her husband came to set up a generator and give us flashlights when we had none. Her kitchen was fully stacked, even with an air fryer. The only thing that was slightly annoying was that the temperature of the pool and hot tub keep kept changing after we set it to where we wanted it that could have been user error. The other thing was that my son is little and we normally give him baths, but the bathtub they had didn’t run hot water only cold. Sarah said she was gonna look into that.. Overall, great place to stay my parents even were able to stay in a nanny, quarters, which they liked.
