Our two families had a lovely stay at Florence’s place. Highlights included quick and easy access to beautiful Somers beach and forest trails, expansive outdoor space complete with jacuzzi, firepit, large picnic table and native gardens and finally, high quality linens, furnishings and kitchen items. Highly enjoyable, thank you!

My family and I had a great time; Norm was friendly and helpful. The cottage is really nice, clean and comfy and the pool is an excellent extra. Sandy Point is nearby in case you need to buy anything last minute. You can also have acces to great food at nearby towns. I definitively would like to come back.

Loved staying at this beautiful home in Somerset. Nice short walk to the beach, park and cafe. We loved an evening in the spa, watching all the birds as the sun was setting. Highly recommend.

We were after a quiet and peaceful house to relax over a long weekend and found it and so much more at Julie’s place. Loved looking out over the fields from the balcony and hot tub and found the house was very clean with all we could want to cook up a storm and feel at home. Absolutely recommend! Lovely and homely, everything we needed and more. Great place for walks, or riding bikes. The swimming pools were great. The local restaurant was very welcoming and friendly as well.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Nicole's. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is in a very quiet, relaxing area. Close to a beautiful beach and so good for walks. We would highly recommend the property. Our 2 old greyhounds also loved the beautiful grassed property. Thanks Nicole!

The property was perfectly equipped for our needs and Steve was a wonderful host, very responsive and welcoming. The location is ideal just a short stroll to the beach, which was a huge bonus for us! The neighborhood is also very quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. We were also thrilled to discover that the famous Penguin Parade is just a stone's throw away! And if you're looking for more adventures, the Chocolate Factory and Churchill Island are only a 20-minute drive away. Our kids were thrilled to spot kangaroos roaming freely outside the house - what an unforgettable experience! And sitting outside on the property's seats, surrounded by lush greenery and listening to the sweet songs of birds, was pure bliss. The kids had such an amazing time that they're already asking to go back! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Steve's place to anyone looking for peaceful, and nature-filled getaway. Thank you, Steve, for a fantastic experience.

Excellent accommodation with great access to Cowes. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to in Cowes and only used the car when we went to the Penguins Parade. Thoroughly enjoyed our quick Phillip Island getaway. Thanks Jo and Mike.

This is a home away from home in a very peaceful location. Beautiful Red Rocks beach is only 5 minutes walk, GP circuit is 10 minutes drive, grocery stores in Cowes only 5 minutes drive. The place has everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay, long or short. Plenty of heaters for cold days and good air-conditioning for the hot weather. Huge smart TV and lots of games for entertainment. Lovely outside sitting areas, even a playground for kids. The place is gated and you can park your car inside the yard, so feels very secure. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows and extra blankets, large bath towels (not something you often get in rental places) and beach towels. Lots of storage for clothes. Kitchen is very well equipped, including a selection of coffee machines for all tastes. Brian is very friendly and an excellent communicator. He made me feel very welcome and right at home. I'd highly recommend his house for a wonderful holiday 👍👍👍

Fantastic country cabin. Plenty of amenities, breakfast food, milk, etc. We enjoyed the wood fire, interacting with the pigs and goat over the fence, and watching our two dogs have the best fun racing about the yard and exploring. Cliff was very helpful and lovely to deal with. We would very likely stay again.

Beautiful cottage in perfect location not far from family wedding venue. Spotlessly clean and Tash had a lovely card and yummy ANZAC biscuits for us upon arrival. Beds were super comfy after a long day and shower pressure was great too. Cottage has everything you need. Tash always responsive and accommodated us for an earlier check in. Thank you! Added to a brilliant weekend and highly recommend.

Loved our stay at Sarah's cottage in quiet Venus Bay. Everytime I had a query about something, I just had to look up and Sarah had left a little note on the wall. Very helpful! House had everything we needed and more. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook as Venus Bay does not have a lot of food options. Was not an issues. Also very drivable to Inverloch. Would highly recommend staying here.

It was a lovely place to stay. Clean, tidy and toddler friendly with not a lot of unnecessary things to get into, which was appreciated! Rooms were a decent size and had space for setting up our portacot without having to move furniture. Michael was kind and responsive. Would stay here again.

If you are ever in the area this is 100% the place to stay! Jenny was a delightful host and very accommodating when I needed to add an extra person to my booking at short notice. Everything was very clean and we felt very spoiled with our surprise goodies that were left out for us in a beautifully hand painted gift box. Jenny went above and beyond to make sure we had something available for breakfast, the cottage itself was stunning and the views were breathtaking! The shower pressure was sooooo nice after a long day, and the little personal touches made it feel like home away from home. My only regret was not staying longer. We will be back again in the future for a longer stay for sure.

Steve and Tracey’s place was very comfortable. Conveniently located from all the places we wanted to explore in Phillip Island. Thank you for a lovely stay. We look forward to coming back another time.

Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful views of the water, looks even nicer than the pictures and the house is fully stocked with everything you could want for a nice weekend on Phillip Island. We watched the water, wallabies, bunnies and birds from the deck, ventured into town a bit, saw the penguins and koalas and had an all around great time. Debbie graciously offered us a late check out and left us some nice goodies for our arrival. Would come back in a heartbeat!

By far the best air b n b we have stayed at. We were there for 9 days..Everything was nigh on perfect. Attention to detail, amazing. The chooks ( fresh eggs) fresh produce (veges) herbs etc just fabulous. Super comfy bed. Peaceful and quiet. Exactly what we had hoped for. We went out most days exploring, South Gippy is a real treat. And of course Daisy their dog just gorgeous and lots of fun. Lovely location to stay if you want to explore South Gippsland esp Wilsons Prom:) I really enjoyed the stay over the long weekend - peaceful surroundings and homey environment. Lisa is very responsive and offers very great advice around local cafes - I really love it!! Definitely would love to book again in future:)
