An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

Beautifully renovated beach house. Amazing see view from the porch, with lounge area and dining table. Only olive trees and a minute on small pathway to reach the quiet beach. Great fishing spot. Very private house, you are woken up by birds in the morning and heard a fox in the night. Restaurants 5 minutes drive away, saw dolphins during lunch (!!!!!! :) ) Dimitrios made us feel very welcome and definitely understands hospitality, we had everything we needed and more at the house during our stay.

Περάσαμε όμορφα. Η Φωτεινή ήταν ευγενέστατη, φιλική, φιλόξενη και ανα πάσα στιγμή παρούσα για οποιαδήποτε βοήθεια ή συμβουλή. Ολα ήταν στην εντέλεια! Το σπίτι αν και παλιό ήταν πεντακάθαρο και προσεγμένο. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και διαθέτει ολα οσα χρειάζεται κάποιος για να κανει τις καλοκαιρινές του διακοπές. Ισως ενα πληντυριο στο μελλον να ηταν ενα συν. Η παραλία κοντά δεν ειναι πολυ καλή για μπάνιο αλλα με ενα αυτοκίνητο μπορείς να επισκεφθείς πανέμορφες παραλίες σε αλλες περιοχές της Χαλκιδικής. Μπορείς να συνδυάσεις ησυχία και ξεκούραση (καθώς το σπίτι βρίσκετε σε ήσυχη και οικογενειακή γειτονιά) με πιο κοσμοπολίτικες διακοπές σε περιοχές κοντά. Η συνεννόηση με την οικοδέσποινα ηταν άψογη καθώς απαντούσε αμεσως και υπήρξε ευέλικτη ως προς το check in και check out ώστε να μας διευκολύνει. Μπράβο!

Das Haus von Evi & Anni ist wirklich schön und direkt am Meer gelegen. Der Strand direkt vorm ist zum schwimmen sehr geeignet, was wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. In der fussläufiger Nähe gibt es einen weiteren Strandzugang mit einer Bar, Schirmen und Liegestühlen. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön und gemütlich, allerdings sehr unterschiedlich groß und ausgestattet - wir haben dann gelost wer welches Zimmer bekommt. Die Küche und das Bad sind super, es ist alles gut ausgestattet und man kann von überall gut arbeiten oder es sich zum Lesen gemütlich machen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, die Menschen dort sind sehr freundlich. Man erzählte uns, dass die Gegend früher recht touristisch war aber da der Campingplatz in der Gegend geschlossen wurde, ist seit 10 Jahren weniger los. Der Ort ist ein wenig aus der Zeit gefallen, was den Aufenthalt sehr ruhig und entspannt gemacht hat. Es gibt zwei Läden wo man einkaufen kann und einige Restaurants. Mit den Bussen hat auch alles gut geklappt. Wir können den Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

συνιστώ απόλυτα να επισκεφτείτε τον χώρο αυτο,πολύ ζεστό, καθαρό σπίτι, σε ήσυχη περιοχή.Η πρόσβαση στο χώρο ήταν εύκολη με ακριβείς οδηγίες!

Wir waren 10 Tage im Appartement Apollo und hatten eine traumhafte Zeit. Alex war zufällig vor Ort und hat uns persönlich begrüßt. Alex und Theo sind so nett und hilfsbereit - einfach tolle Gastgeber. Fragen werden sofort beantwortet. Theo ist vor Ort. Alles ist genauso wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Sogar noch schöner! Morgens auf dem Balkon frühstücken - abends auf dem Balkon den Tag ausklingen lassen. Küche hat alles was man braucht, auch um sich abends zu Hause etwas zu kochen. Der Strand ist direkt vor der Tür, mit mehreren Strandbars, aber auch mit öffentlichem Bereich. Sonnenschirme und andere Strandutensilien können bei Alex & Theo ausgeliehen werden. Ich empfehle trotzdem ein Auto zu mieten, um auch an andere Strände zu fahren und die Gegend zu erkunden. Der Supermarkt unten hat alles was man braucht und eine sehr leckere Bäckerei. Größere Supermärkte sind auch in der Nähe. Wir können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank für alles

I really loved the place, being across the street to the sea. Christos mom was amazing, she showed us the flat and all the things inside. Flat is equipped with all that you need to live. If you're working remote is a great stay, being near the beach and peaceful. i didn' t liked the bed, it was to soft for my taste, still this is something personal. Flat is 4 minutes away from the oldest taverna from the area( by car), we enjoyed our stay, and Christos gave us some really hopeful recommendations for tavernas and what to visit. I really recommend this place if you hhave car and you need a peaceful place to be.

Very nice apartment in a great location. The bedrooms are comfortable and pristine with a nice balcony. Armin and Jasmine were very kind and reacted immediately to any questions or issues. Thank you for letting us stay!

Vasilis and Konstantinos are great people, great hosts and it was a great pleasure to be hosted by them! The flat is extremely clean, suuuuuuper nice and smart furnished, kitchen fully equipped with all what is needed, it has great wifi (for those who would like to work from there) and it is only 2 min walking from the beach. Along the shore there are numerous very good tavernas, while the city itself offers a great variety of todos. I highly recommend Konstantinos and his flat and I will come back there for sure! Thank you for hosting me!

Maria hat uns bei unserer Ankunft persönlich in Empfang genommen und in alles eingewiesen. Unsere Wohnung war Teil einer sehr schönen alten Villa mit großen alten Bäumen. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und hat einen großen Balkon, den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Petros Einsatz nach dem Ausfall des WLAN. Er hat umgehend darauf reagiert und für Abhilfe gesorgt, hilfreich waren all seine Tipps zu Ausflugszielen und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, Lokale, Geschäfte und Bars gut zu Fuß und in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Maria und Petros waren für uns hervorragende Gastgeber.

Appartement agréable, lumineux, bien aménagé et propre. Il est au calme avec la possibilité de garer une voiture en retrait de la route donc en toute sécurité. Le coin piscine est également appréciable. Quelques commerces de proximité permettent de faire des courses facilement . La communication avec Anke est fluide et claire. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

It was such a great stay! Not only was the location 10 minutes away from the beach, and very clean, but also our host was so great! He provided us with oil and coffee and salt and all the basics that too many hosts neglect now. Additionally he gave us fresh peppers from his garden and even drove us into town, and gave us suggestions on produce and bread. To top it off, he and his wife made us pizza and got us a bottle of wine. This was one of, if not the best, experience dive had on Airbnb.

Ilias ist ein freundlucher Gastgeber und die Kommunikation war schnell und unproblematisch. Eine tolle Wohnung für eine Familie mit bis zu 4 Kindern. Sie ist geräumig, hell und nur ein paar Meter vom Sandstrand entfernt. Ein großes Plus ist das sehr große Bad. Die große Klimaanlage im Wohnessbereich reicht für alle Zimmer. Minimarkt, Bäcker, Bars und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Kurz und knapp: absolut großartig! Paraskevi und ihr Mann sind wundervolle Gastgeber und quasi das i-Tüpfelchen zur traumschönen und topsauberen Immobilie. Familiär, herzlich, offen wird man hier empfangen und fühlt sich wirklich gleich wie Zuhause. Der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend und lädt zum verweilen ein. Ein sehr schöner Strandabschnitt ist mit dem Auto superschnell erreichbar. Hier gibt es Liegen gegen ein Getränk. Der Weg zur Promenade mit vielen guten Tavernen ist ebenfalls kurz. Ich wäre sehr gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Daher von mir eine absolute Empfehlung und nochmals tausend Dank für die schöne Zeit!

It was my first time staying at an AirB&B, I didn’t know what to expect, however I was very impressed. The apartment was perfection, absolutely wonderful and it was in immaculate condition. Everything we needed was there. It is in a great location, and we were in walking distance of everything. Also, Mario is a very kind, gracious and wonderful host, and would respond to me immediately if I had a question. I highly recommend this apartment and I would most definitely stay there again!!

Καθαρός χώρος που έχει ότι χρειάζεσαι στο κέντρο της πόλης!Πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη!

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της Κατερίνης. Η ύπαρξη του parking αποτελεί μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα για το χώρο. Η διαμονή μας ήταν σύντομη αλλά όμορφη. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ.

Ein sehr schöner urlaub in dem tollen Aufenthalt, sehr sauber & schönes Airbnb. Alles wie beschrieben :) Nikolaos war auch sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder! Nur zu empfehlen.

Katerina is very friendly and gives very precise instructions. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and has everything you need. There is AC in every room (although the house is quite fresh in the summer and you won't need to turn it on that much) and also a TV in the living room and main bedroom. The house is really nicely decorated and you feel at home. You can see the sea from the kitchen window and in 2min walking you're at the beach. You have several supermarkets near you and lots of restaurants to choose from. You can go for long walks in Perea (which is very nice) or travel by boat to the historical part of Theassoloniki. I totally recommend staying at this apartment.

Όλα ειταν τέλια το δωμάτιο καθαρό και ο οικοδεσπότης ειταν απσωγος. Περάσαμε τέλεια. Θα το ξανπροτημουσα στο μέλλον.
