Très bon séjour chez Damien ! L’environnement est calme et paisible. La proximité avec La Rochelle à seulement une vingtaine de minutes de la maison est un véritable atout. Damien a été très sympathique et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Our family had a very peaceful and relaxing time at Sylvie’s house. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, garden, pool and seating areas. We knew it was a recently modernised/refurbished and everything felt new and with a well planned layout. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating, even though our language skills leave a lot to be desired, Sylvie and her partner spoke more than enough English to answer all the questions about the house Most importantly the beds were very comfortable and sleeping after a day of cycling around the island helped the recovery. We have been to Ile de Re many times and really enjoy the location, quiet yet enough shops and restaurants close by to fulfill our needs. Already looking at dates for this property for next year.

Nice home with plenty of space for a large family. Lovely outside space for when the weather is nice. Walking distance to the marina and plenty of restaurants. You can get a sea bus to the old port. Overall a nice house in a good location. Hosts were very nice and provided good suggestions for local restaurants and amenities.

We have just spent a week, July 2024, a family of 12 plus a baby, at this very beautiful house. There is everything and more you could ever need. It is quiet. It is a beautiful area and the village has a beautiful bakery and supermarket. The beach is approx 15 mins by car. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we loved it. The kids played tirelessly in the beautiful big pool. The house has cots, high chair and even toys for the children. It was my 60th birthday and my family organised a local private chef (Manu chef a domicile) to cook for us, recommended by Will and it was amazing. We picked up hire cars at the train station also recommended by Will. The whole process was more than easy. We had the best time and would highly recommend to a large family. We hope that this is not the last time we stay at this stunning house and hopefully not our last time in La Rochelle. Holiday blues are real when you’ve visited such a beautiful place 😊

Absolutely wonderful house! Highly recommend. The house is beautiful and very well equipped, you can find all you need for a lovely stay in the beautiful île de re. There is a daily market 5minutes bike ride, and a supermarket. The swimming pool is delightful, heated, the house offers 2 space for sleeping, on in the main house with 2 bedrooms and one in a side building with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom which makes is very well suited for 2 families. Thanks a lot to our hosts that made us feel like at home.

Brilliant, modern, clean, close to La Rochelle/ Isle de Re - Local area has good shops and restaurants, 5 mins drive to Big SuperU - 10 mins walk to the seaside and a lovely beach walk - head for La Plomb great if you want amazing fresh seafood. Back to the House, amazing swimming pool, heated and in an excellent sun-trap area, shower was V. hot and powerful, beds are excellent, lovely and dark at night - so much room everywhere - Kitchen has everything you need with a super fridge and easy to use oven. Media all excellent (two lounges and two TV's) and Netflix available. Very secure, Verisure Alarm system fitted and easy to use. Visit Isle de Re, The Bunker Museum, Aquarium, Cognac Tasting at Chateau de la Peraudiere (20 mins drive) Fantastic Tour. 2 Hour Walking Tour of La Rochelle - Super...an excellent holiday

Marie und Julien haben uns als Gastgeber begeistert. Sie sind jederzeit erreichbar, herzlich, hilfsbereit, sehr unkompliziert und stellten uns ihr stilvoll eingerichtetes und frisch renoviertes Haus vollumfänglich mit Vertrauen zur Verfügung. Wir lieben das Haus, die Schmusekatzen und die wunderschöne und grosszügige Gartenanlage mit altem Baumbestand. Garten und Pool wurden täglich gepflegt. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, direkt neben Biobäckerei, Supermarkt und Apotheke. Über einen herrlichen Fussweg durch den Stadtpark gelangt man ins Zentrum und ans Meer von la Rochelle. Die Stadt pulsiert und hat uns gleichermassen begeistert wie das Haus und die Menschen. Herzlichen Dank für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

logement très bien situé (a 5mn a pied du bord de mer et 10mn a pied du centre de la flotte). la résidence est sécurisée, le logement est propre est David est très clair dans ses explications et amical. pas d hésitations a avoir

Nous étions ravies de passer quelques jours dans ce logement : il est très bien situé, très propre, conforme aux photos, l’endroit est calme et paisible et l’intérieur est bien aménagé. Il y a tout le nécessaire sur place, la literie est de bonne qualité. Le balcon avec vue sur la mer ainsi que la place de parking privative sont un véritable plus. Les hôtes étaient gentils et réactifs.

Nous y avons passé deux nuits dans le cadre de notre voyage, et tout était parfait ! Logement impeccable, propre et bien équipé. Hôte très réactif et accueillant. Merci pour l’hospitalité !!

Logement facile d’accès et idéalement bien situé afin de visiter La Rochelle paisiblement, tout se fait à pied et c’est agréable. Le logement est bien équipé en vaisselle comme en linge et possède un balcon agréable le matin pour prendre le petit déjeuné. Le petit plus c’est la piscine, tout été réuni afin de passer un bon séjour. Bonne communication avec Philippe qui est réactif. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à La Rochelle, et nous reviendrons bientôt.

Cyril est un hôte très accueillant et disponible. Le logement était conforme à la description et idéalementsitué. A proximité immédiate et vue sur la mer. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande

parfait, appartement très bien situé, très bien entretenu, beau balcon. Très bon accueil.

idéalement placé le logement est pratique / fonctionnel, légèrement éloigné du centre ville ( 400/500m ) ce qui permet de profiter de tout à pied et à vélo. la dépendance " parentale " est un vrai plus. la voie ferrée juste derrière la maison de dérange étonnamment pas du tout. On regrettera la propreté du logement en arrivant ainsi que les poubelles des occupants précédents dûes au ramassage hors " saison " qui se fait en cours de semaine . si il fallait trouver un défaut peut être le manque d'isolation sonore haut / bas dans la maison .

Maison agréable, à proximité de l’océan, calme, très bien équipée (vaisselle, jeux, mini-chaîne, crochets pour poser des affaires un peu partout…). Les trois chambres à l’étage sont proches les unes des autres mais bien insonorisées. Et puis il y a la piscine !
