It was great to stay at Claudia’s place, very late check in was possible, the apartment was very clean and had everything even a breakfast with amazing view and Claudia was very friendly and always helpful.

Salvo is an incredibly responsive, gracious and helpful host. He greeted us upon our arrival, showed us around the HUGE apartment and provided fruit, drinks (water, wine, beer), maps, directions and TONS of recommendations for food and activities. The apartment was easy to find, well appointed and spotless. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and a fully stocked kitchen. It was a 5 minute walk from the central train station and bus terminal, and everything we wanted to see and do in Catania was reachable by foot in 30 mins or less. My wife and I prefer to be outside the main tourist areas, and the local feel of the area was awesome. Vehicle traffic was audible inside the apartment, but with the air conditioner running it wasn’t a problem for us. We had a fantastic 6-night stay in Catania and would highly recommend Salvo and his apartment.

Die Wohnung von Salvatore war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es gab zwei großzügige Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, eins davon mit Balkon, und einen Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Terrasse ( 1. OG). Die Betten waren super bequem und die Duschen ein Traum.Salvatore war sehr hilfsbereit, immer zu erreichen und hat uns diverse Tips für Aktivitäten / Essen gegeben. Bei unserem 10tägigen Aufenthalt haben wir sogar zwischendurch frische Handtücher bekommen! Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Bahnhof / Busbahnhof und bietet einen tollen Ausgangspunkt um die weitere Umgebung zu erkunden. In die Altstadt von Catania sind es etwa 20 Min. zu Fuß. Um ans Wasser zu kommen muss man allerdings weitere Wege in Kauf nehmen - es gibt aber gute Busverbindungen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass sich die Wohnung in einem Altbau befindet, der recht hellhörig ist. Auch gibt es nur eine einfache Verglasung zur Straße. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit in Catania und bei Salvatore.

L'apartament està molt ben ubicat al centre històric de Catania i és tal com es veu a les fotografies. El vam trobar molt net i ens va semblar còmode per passar uns dies per la zona de Catania. La cuina té un equipament correcte i hi havia detalls com una mica d'oli, vinagre i sal. A la cuina nosaltres vam trobar a faltar algunes coses com un cullerot de sopa o una torradora de pa. El pis està clar que ha tingut una reforma recent important i és còmode i acollidor. Les motllures del sostre de l'habitació son un plus. El bon estat de l'apartament contrasta amb l'entrada de l'edifici que sembla com si estigués a mig reformar. El Gaetano va ser molt atent, ens va acompanyar al pis i també ens va donar consells i recomanar alguns restaurants. L'aparcament al centre de Catania és complicat, en Gaetano ens va oferir per un import molt raonable un aparcament privat que està a 5 minuts a peu de l'apartament. Vam tenir una bona experiència i segur que repetiríem la mateixa elecció. :)

Chiara è stata davvero una persona stupenda! Precisa nelle indicazioni, è venuta a prenderci (a piedi) all'autorimessa dove abbiamo lasciato l'auto e ci ha accompagnati personalmente all'alloggio. Ci ha fornito preziosi consigli per come muoverci in città, cosa visitare e dove mangiare. La struttura è in centro storico e possiede tutti i servizi indicati. Insomma, un soggiorno a Catania spendido, super consigliato!

Die Unterkunft von Fernando ist sehr zentral gelegen und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut fußläufig erreichar. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, modern und vorallem sehr sauber. Die Betten sind bequem und im Haus ist es ruhig. Man hat sich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt kann ich diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Filippa è una host molto efficiente gentile ed amichevole e Propone un loft ideale per coppie o amiche in viaggio. Estremamente curato funzionale e molto pulito. Posizione perfetta a 5 m dal Duomo, Castello Ursino e i principali punti turistici. La decorazione e la funzionalità degli ambienti lo rende estremamente pratico ed ergonómico per lavorare cucinare e godersi un po’ di relax. Abbiamo apprezzato molto là macchinetta del caffè e i pensierini di benvenuto. Estremamente soddisfatti! Consiglieremo e Torneremo sicuramente

Wir buchen wieder!! Vielen Dank So einer wunderschöne Aussicht und so ein schönes Haus! Die Inneneinrichtung sehr sauber und elegant. Die Gegen sehr malerisch und ruhig. Die Menschen im Dorf sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Dorf, der sich und seine Menschen kennt. Ein Wohlfühlerlebnis. Wir müssen und werden wieder das Haus buchen und wiederkommen. Vielen Dank

Som alle andre besøgende har skrevet er udsigten perfekt, Maria er meget informerende og havde indkøbt forskellige madvarer. Eneste ting som jeg ikke synes at andre gæster nævner er at bygningen som lejligheden ligger i trænger til en stor istandsættelse.

It was a very pleasant stay. Location is great. The apartment is big, very authentic and nicely decorated. We loved being in such an historical building. We tried some restaurant suggestions from Marco and they were all very good. Marco is a very good host; easily reachable and solution oriented. We had a problem (lacking hot water), Marco immediately got involved and sent a technician. Problem was solved quickly. There are only two negative sides I may say; towels were quite old and worn. Maybe because of that, they did not seem so clean. And there is no window in the upstairs room which might be a concern having no natural day light.

A good stop on our final few days in Sicily that placed us close to Etna, Catania and Taomarina (all of which we visited). Very friendly and communicative host who met us on arrival, showed us where to park, gave us vouchers for Etna, advice on local towns and a bottle of bubbles - all much appreciated! The apartment was very spacious, with a comfy sofa and large, fully equipped kitchen. Strong aircon in the living room, and we used the fans to channel cool air into the bedroom at night. The garden was pretty (though too hot for us to sit out during a rather warm spell on the island). There were supermarkets and eateries nearby (and you could drive to the beach, but we never made it). WiFi was a bit patchy, but there were storms going on so this may have been an island thing. All in all, this was a good spot!

Departamento amplio, luminoso ,impecable y provisto de todo lo necesario. Ha sido muy agradable la estadía en él. A pocos minutos el Metro permite la llegada al centro. Chiara respondió inmediatamente a cualquier consulta. Recomendable!!!

Ez a szállás fantasztikus! Pontosan olyan, mint a fotókon: cukin berendezve, a fürdő/WC makulátlan és kellemes illat volt az egész lakásban. Itt aztán tényleg otthon tudod érezni magad. A város központi részén van, így nagyon könnyen elérhető minden főbb látnivaló. Steffynek hála rugalmasan tudtunk érkezni és távozni is, ilyet eddig nem nagyon tapasztaltam máshol. Nagyon meg voltunk elégedve mindennel, ha visszajövünk Cataniába, biztosan Steffyt fogjuk választani megint! :)

What a treat to stay here! We sat out on the 3 balconies every day and watched the world go by. Close to many great restaurants and shops. Left the car in the parking garage and had a stressful adventure on foot. Take the cable car to Isola Bella. Fun and quick trip to the beach. Enjoyed the opera in the old theater just steps away from the apartment. Would stay here again.

Esperienza super positiva , Francesco è davvero una persona disponibile, la casa è molto bella, che dire se vi serve un alloggio in centro a Catania allora questo è l'appartamento giusto. Grazie ancora per la disponibilità Francesco e alla prossima. Ciao Angelo

Le logement est idéalement placé à 10 mn à pied du centre ville. L’appartement est très bien équipé et très propre. La communication a été parfaite et très réactive. Le parking privé et sécurisé est un vrai plus à Catane. À louer sans hésiter.

Wir hatten sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Obwohl die Ferienwohnung nahe an Catania liegt, war es dort sehr ruhig. Perfekt als Ausgangspunkt um die Region und den Ätna zu erkunden. Die Gastgeberin Melina war sehr nett und es hat uns großen Spaß gemacht - Vielen Dank Melina für den großartigen Urlaub!

A very kind host that gave us a lot of information and was always avaliable. The place was clean and had a lot of basic supplies to cook and water in the fridge when we arrived. The only downside was maybe the paperthin walls where we heard both constructions and the neighbors. The pool was also closed for the season which was a bit sad. On the plus side the ocean is beautiful and the village very sweet and close to a lot of nice things. All in all a lovely stay, we recommend it!

I spend two nights here, had very good stay. Easy to go Etna. I would like to recommend to anyone who visit this area.

Everything was absolutely perfect and excellent. The stay was peaceful and restful, Paola that helps to host also was so kind and helpful. The trip was absolutely amazing and many thanks to The Lemon Tree for the great place to stay and the basic relaxing atmosphere ❤️‍🔥

Noemi’s apartment was the best one in a row of apartments in our journey. First, Noemi is very respectful and caring - all the communication with her was a pleasure. Secondly, the apartment itself is much better it looks on the photos - it is cozy, qualitative amenities, 2 spacious terraces with beautiful views on Etna and surroundings. Every time we were at home it really felt relaxing. I need to admit fast Internet (was important for me as I was working), well working air conditioners in every room and overall qualitative equipment, furniture and plumbing - didn’t have any issues with anything. As for the location: there is a pool right in front of the entrance. The closest beach is just outside the residence - crystal water, but the beach is doubtful in terms of comfort. The only bad thing about our stay is Mascali itself - not the most beautiful and prosperous place in Sicily, but the residence, its comfort and views drive you away from that

Iole's place was very wonderful, we enjoyed the swimming pools and balcony. Also it's on good location to get to the old town (if you are into some hiking tjen it's possible even on foot).

We had a fantastic stay. Taormina is on a hill and there are lots of steps but wonderful to leave the car and able to walk up to the Corso Umberto 1 and join with the locals as they make their ‘passeggiata’ (nightly stroll) to enjoy people-watching and the live music at The Wunderbar! Just amazing !

If you’re looking for a safe, secure, and spacious accommodation that feels isolated but is right next to everything you need to see in Taormina then you found the spot. The apartment has a beautiful terrace overlooking the Sicilian coastline and neighboring Calabria. Beautiful pool, gardens, and easy access to the Main Street of Taormina. The place was stocked with supplies, plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, some food, and a delicious bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Highly recommend for a first time visit to the area!
