This condo was perfect for our 4 week stay in Cedar Key. The island is quiet and relaxing. Be prepared to drive a distance for groceries. The small market on the island was destroyed by the hurricane.

Beautiful place; great host and perfect location for a little getaway

This location was great for us. Gracious hosts. Beautiful place,. Very clean. Close to where we needed to be! We hopefully have the chance to stay here again!

Lori is a great host and we loved her condo! We had a minor issue when we checked in and Lori resolved it quickly and efficiently. Cedar Key is still recovering from the effects of Hurricane Helene but it is a charming small town in a beautiful area with good restaurants and shops and we loved the seafood. I should add that the condo did not suffer any damage from Helene and it was a great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable with a great king size bed in the main bedroom. We certainly hope to return!!

From start to finish Bryans place was exactly everything we could have hoped for. The place was plenty big enough to host 11 girls for my sisters "camp bachelorette" party. Inside and outside was very nice and had all the necessities you need. We ate at Blackwater Grill for dinner and were completely blown away by the food and atmosphere. The place had plenty of beds, plenty of seating and lots of fun to be had. Beds were actually very comfy and the linens were nice. We had a little mishap with the thermostat the first day and Bryan was extremely helpful and responsive in getting it resolved and even came with space heaters for a quick fix while the AC guy was working. He gave us some fun recommendations in the area as well. Would absolutely stay here again in the future. Thank you Bryan for hosting us :)

Another great visit for the annual golf tournament! Home, pool/hot tub was enjoyed by all. Did NOT wanna leave😭 makes us wanna move on down. The home is so beautiful and the back patio is BREATHTAKING and sooooo relaxing💕 Thank you again for opening your home to us! Always hopes to return🤞

This location is wonderful! The deck overlooks the water and there were always so many different kinds of birds to watch. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The furniture is very comfortable and the decor is lovely. The host was always quick to respond and very helpful. An easy walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.

We needed a place to stay last minute and thankfully we found this Host. She was very accommodating and extremely friendly. The house was beautiful and comfortable!
