Pebble Lodge is a delight for a stay of any duration. Clean, airy, yet cosy and comfortable. It’s fully equipped with everything you need including a sunny back garden - that basks in sun all day and evening! It’s situated in a brilliant location, close to the beach and all the amenities in the lovely village of Ferring. And Helen, is absolutely fabulous to deal with. Communication is swift, she’s accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. We had a fantastic couple of months stay. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Pebble Lodge to any guests.

The crab shack is a lovely place to stay, 50 yards from the beach, peaceful and beautifully presented inside. Everything you need, great bathroom, home comforts and a very nice welcome pack, highly recommended.

Jacquie and Alan were the friendly hosts. Studio Annie was perfect for us. Just in the right location, absolutley spotless, bright and airy. The addition of a small raised decking overlooking garden was lovely especially at night whilst I read or for breakfast in the morning. The little extra touches like milk, tea coffee butter and jam were a surprise. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will hopefully stay in The Studio again.

Rosalind is the nicest host. The room is amazing and the house is really cozy. The place is 2 minutes far from the sea. It has been a fantastic experience. Seaford is a beautiful town, great to visit even for a weekend. Absolutely fantastic experience!

We had a lovely stay at Simon and Sharon's place. It was a well equipped and bright bungalow and wonderfully situated, right on the beach. We were very lucky with the weather although early October, and had some good walks along the beach to Pevensey Bay. A delightful mini break. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou 🙏🏼

The Bungalow is on a quiet road with a 2 minute walk to the beach, there is ample parking on property, the bungalow is very spacious and the garden was great for our little chihuahua, it is warm and cosy with a great fireplace, the bedding smelt absolutely wonderful it smelt fresh and clean and I had great sleep in it, it is a 10 minute drive to the town centre and also to Butlin’s, I would definitely stay again, thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My guests and I had a great stay at the bungalow. it was very clean and comfortable. We did some great walks along the beach. Chichester is very near and just s short taxi ride.

Steve was a very congenial host, extremely helpful, very pleasant, understanding and when he found out I was a keen tennis player he even offered to introduce me to his local social tennis club! The property backs onto Chatsworth Park which has a whole range of facilities including two children’s parks, open spaces, nature trail and a memorial garden - walking to the park entrance at the top of the road and then walking the inside perimeter is exactly 1 mile. It’s also a lovely stretch walking up through the park to a local Tesco Express! We have really enjoyed our stay of two weeks - felt like a home, very comfortable. Also a very convenient location with a number of beauty spots within a short drive. Parking outside on the road is easy, plenty of spaces except at morning school drop off and 3pm school pick up as the property faces a Junior school - but the congestion only lasts about 10 mins., so it’s easy to avoid once you’re aware of the times! I would certainly stay here again!

This is a great place to stay with a street EV charger across the road and if that doesn't work another on Wish (other side of green park). Clean everywhere with comfortable touches to make our stay pleasant. Bathroom smallish but large walk-in shower. Kitchen had everything we needed and coffee/tea supplied, milk on request. Walkable and easy bus access into Hove/Brighton. 5 minutes away by car (15 minutes walk) is a neighborhood Shopping area with upscale butchers and big produce/health food store next door to butchers. These were a gem to find! Green park across the road would be great place to take kids for fun or to walk dogs. Beach was about 1/3 mile down the street.

From the moment I drove onto their easily accessible driveway i knew I'd found a very special place to stay 😎 The greeting/reception I received set the tone for a relaxing break 😌 The lodge is immaculately furnished with a pristine kitchen well stocked with all the implements anyone would need; making it very easy to use 😊 The bedroom and hypnos mattress were very appealing as was the ensuite shower room ... a separate utility room with another loo, washing machine and sink is also available next to the lounge 🥰 There's a large Oled tv with all the channels anyone would desire in the lounge and a Samsung tv in the bedroom too 😀 The lounge has a relaxer chair and sofa ... with a dining table for two and well stocked bookshelves for a cosy night in 😏 Outside is a solar lit fishpond and driveway which was magical in the evenings to look out at 😁 All in all, a very enjoyable experience, I'd highly recommend you book to visit West Sussex and all it's sights and attractions

We enjoyed our stay in the charming bungalow that feels a bit like a time capsule. The garden is huge and our kids enjoyed running around and playing there. Its location was ideal for us, because we wanted to visit attractions such as Knole, Hever Castle and Eltham Palace. Anita was very welcoming and helpful and suggested a really nice address to try a full English breakfast. If you're into a brand new house I wouldn't recommend but it's a great tip foe those who like some old charm.

This was hands down one of the best air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. It was beautiful and the location was perfect. But more than that the hosts were so welcoming, the communications fantastic and they went above and beyond. They put so many lovely touches in with the house and everything was so well thought out. I couldn’t fault anything. The attention to detail was fantastic, couldn’t recommend enough!

We had a great stay at Mike's. It was stylish, but also quiet and comfortable and an ideal base for exploring the area and visiting friends nearby. Highly recommended 🙂

Lovely property. We stayed here upon returning from a cruise in Southampton on Friday, prior to a flight back to the USA on Saturday. Paul met us at the door and provided helpful instructions related to our planned London daytrip. The house is comfortable with thoughtful furnishings. Host provided bread, milk, butter, croissants, and jam for a morning breakfast prior to our departure to Gatwick. Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to explore the grounds since we returned from London late in the evening and had to leave early the next day to check in for our flight. House is very interesting with lots of history and back story. We would love to stay again and have more time to explore the local neighborhoods and talk to Paul and Jane!

Det var et dejligt roligt sted på landet, skøn have, og med en gangsti på 1,7 km til Henfield. Vejen dertil i bil var lidt bumlet dog, man skal ikke køre dertil i racerbil eller lign.
