Wonderful garden apartment with everything we needed. Great location to explore Brighton and the surrounding area. Anthony and Mark are great hosts. The EV charger was an added bonus. Highly recommend.

We found Roma’s studio exactly as described :) and everything was great - lovely welcome pack ( bread milk chocolate fruit and treats for the dog🐾🐾 Location was brill as could walk to seafront or old town ( through the park ) easily … park was perfect for the dog and a lively cafe too :) Off street parking was another joy :)) Studio had everything- clean and compact - bathroom spotless ✔️✔️ Had a lovely time - sorry we weren’t staying longer - Roma was a great host and was lovely to meet her ( by accident ) too ☘️☘️ Thank you

absolutely fantastic stay right in the heart of Brighton. the apartment is extremely cosy and the Decor felt like a home away from home. the view from the balcony was also beautiful for the sunsets and sunrises would highly recommend this stay. we will definitely be coming back if in the country again.

It's always so nice staying somewhere where a lot of attention and care has been put on the property. I had such a lovely stay at this property, I absolutely fell in love with the interior decor (love wall paper in dining area), I had everything I needed, communication with host Robert was great, everywhere was clean, wifi worked well and even everything in the kitchen matched. Lovely, lovely, lovely and would recommend.

Yvette’s property is situated in a beautiful area of Horsham with excellent routes into London. The property was spacious and well looked after. Yvette was very accommodating and proactive with communications. Highly recommend for your future London visits.

We had the perfect family stay in St Leonards at Douglas’s cozy and fully equipped maisonette. The location was ideal for the sea, cafes and restaurants and a supermarket, all of which are walkable in a couple of minutes. The place itself has lots of space and everything you need including a travel cot and high chair for my daughter and a sofa bed made up for my son downstairs, which can be a single or a double. Douglas responded immediately and was very accommodating for our last minute booking and needs. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay, very nice place and good location, and lots of parking space which was important as we had two cars. Everything was as described and Diana was always easy to reach and very helpful. Can recommend to anyone.

Great place in an excellent location, close to everything in town but also quiet at the same time. Beautiful house, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, great communication from the host. Couldn't fault anything and would definitely stay here again.

This was our home away from home for a family of five for two weeks while visiting friends and family around London. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. Debbie was incredibly helpful and responsive, we couldn’t ask for more in a host. The inclusion of some essentials was a lovely surprise and Debbie was flexible with our check in and check out times to accomodate flight changes and delays.

We have a wonderful stay, it was very peaceful and relaxing. The views from the hot tub were divine.

Easily one of the best, if not THE best AirBnb I've stayed. Very friendly, comfortable and clean. They were very flexible about my arrival, even with my changing plans. When I arrived there were loads of creature comforts and I was immediately at home. I couldn't have asked for anything better and I would certainly love to be returning for a longer stay!

Lovely , calm quiet flat in the heart of vibrant Hove . 5 mins to the seafront . You can park outside for 2 hours using pay-by phone app to unload everything. I then drove to Norton Road Carpark which is council owned. This costs £10.50 for 12 hours 8am-8pm and free overnight . So I simply topped up using the app every morning just before 8 am . 3 days parking cost me £31.50 . Simples. There’s always space . Sarah was very responsive and Uber nice as was her partner . Had a chat with her neighbour and exchanged tips on well-being . Giggling Squid is a really nice Thai restaurant near by . Highly recommend . I spent my days on the beach and chilled in the evening in Sarah’s vibrant flat . Didn’t want to leave ! Thanks Sarah , Davey and of course not forgetting Lisa 😊

This was definitely the best property I have stayed at in recent memory whilst using Airbnb. The attention to detail was amazing. I had the idea of a quiet but fun Valentines evening, and Rachel completely understood this assignment and could not have hosted any better. If you love to play games you will be more than occupied by the pool/table tennis table. Also the bed was extremely comfortable and really didn’t want to leave !

Wow! We have stayed at enough places to know how great this experience truly was. All of the little extra touches absolutely made this our favorite home we have stayed in. Ever. The location is fantastic and close to everything you may need. This was our final stay in a week long visit to the UK to celebrate my son’s graduation and I couldn’t be happier with how we wrapped it up. Thank you Sarah! If we ever return to Brighton (which is such a lovely area) we will absolutely stay here again!

Perfect for a family of 5 with a small dog. Great location with everything on your doorstep and whilst we didn't use it the garden would be excellent in the summer. Would definitely book again if we came to stay this way again.

The Garden Room was an absolute dream to stay in. The surroundings, the view from the large window, the personal touches Diana has put on the airbnb made it feel like home. Diana was an amazing hostess and gave us great introduction to Cherrygarth and Otford/Sevenoaks. Always responsive and helpful during our short but sweet stay. I recommend this as a beautiful and relaxing escape to the country, a place to recharge and feel at peace. We will hopefully be back! Thank you, Diana :) Love from Deqa & Fuad

Lovely place, beautifully done. From arrival everything was there to make you feel at home. Lovely treats and drinks. Clare’s place is spacious and well located with easy access to places to eat, shop and train station nearby. Clare was be re friendly and proactive in her communication. Great place to stay and great host.
