Stayed here with my wife , brother, sister and other halves. Very helpful hosts helped with getting an extra parking space as had 3 cars. Lovely apartment in a great quiet location. Everything we needed in the apartment and the Prosecco and card was a nice touch.

Really lovely apartment with a spacious and clean bathroom. Spotlessly clean and really comfy bed. Loved how close the apartment was to everything - would 100% recommend 😊

Great flat, great location- any issue Geoffrey was around. Would recommend. The building is old so not that well sound proofed so be aware if you're a light sleeper

We had a lovely stay at Parsonage Farm. The surroundings were beautiful and it was peaceful. The place itself had all the amenities we needed and described. It was also a great place for us to bring our dog. One thing I’d recommend is to bring a torch if you have a dog as you need to walk to the wooded area (only few steps away) for toilet breaks and in the night phone torches aren’t strong enough.

We had such a lovely weekend staying in Abigail’s beautiful house. It was clean, homely and has everything you need. It’s a great location for walking to the town centre and seafront and really easy to park which is a huge bonus. Abigail was the perfect host, she had thought of everything, was really proactive in providing instructions for when we arrived and she was really quick at responding when we had a couple of questions. Would highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful house. The perfect place for an escape to the countryside. The house is a charming period property with a new modern country kitchen and living area which was perfect for our group to socialise. We did a beautiful walk directly from the house and had a great lunch in the pub opposite. Vanessa was a fantastic host and responded to our queries straight away. The pelotons were an added bonus! Thank you for having us!

Great spot for our group of friends to stay whilst visiting Brighton for the day/night. Good value and lovely living space. Not too far out of the centre so we could walk.

Great stay, beautifully decorated for Christmas. House has a great open plan layout, the photos don’t do it justice. Wonderful kitchen - full of utensils and we loved ‘Alexa’, very tempted to get one at home! Owners really responsive, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 4 nights & felt right at home. The host was very responsive to our queries & very helpful. The house was well kept, modern & spacious. Cinema room was a highlight. Easy to walk to the super markets & shops. We took the kids to Tim hortons a few times & enjoyed local restaurants. Trip to west wittering & chichester cathedral added good day trips. Lovely place to stay . Thank you

Our group had a fantastic stay at Peter's house - it's a truly beautiful property set in a brilliant location, close to local amenities, bars, resaturants & the beach. Perfect for big groups, we were blown away by the size of the rooms. The games & cinema rooms are a nice touch, particualrly if the weather is below par. The house was spotless on arrival, and everything in working order (tv, appliances etc). A few things that were missing but certainly not major: - the house could do with a welcome pack with info on Worthing, house info (i.e Wi-Fi login) - a few utitlies were missing (soap/shower gel in each bathroom, kitchen dishcloth). On informing Peter he offered to drop these round/reimburse the cost which was very kind. - the listing says Parking is free, though we struggled to find any within walking distance, so used the local ulti-storey carpark (3min walk). - it would be great if there was recycling These were minor inconviences & didnt detract from a great weekend.

I enjoyed my stay at the apartment. Quiet location, apartment feels safe as it's in a building with intercom. Few minutes walk from the town centre.

I stayed at the Mermaid Inn for 2 nights on a much needed retreat to get some writing done, and couldn't have stayed in a more perfect place. The flat is cosy and comfortable, with big windows and sea views. Everything you need to be self sufficient is there, and it was a wonderful space to find peace and quiet. The sea is a 10 minute walk, and it's about 15 minutes into the centre of Brighton so all very accessible. I would definitely recommend a stay at Lol's for calm and relaxation close to the sea.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Lots of amenities nearby and a regular easy bus route into the centre of Brighton. The apartment was comfortable and just what we needed. Suzanne was very kind and flexible regarding our check in as we were struggling around train strikes. It made the process much easier for us. We would stay again.
