Comfortable, full of character and style. A very comfortable base in a great location - easily walkable to old Hastings and its amenities as well as Hastings and the shopping centre/train station. Great local recommendations and very clear instructions. A perfect base.

We had a great stay here . Very attractive well maintained Regency flat close to Hove amenities and not far from sea . Rachel was a very helpful host . Strongly recommend .

We could see how beautiful, and thoughtfully cared for Claire's Holiday Home in Worthing is from the images. However, when we got there, we were still absolutely delighted with the lovely cottage, and how it had been so caringly prepared for our arrival. Clair was so very helpful ahead of our stay, with clear instructions and lots of great recommendations - this and the fact that Worthing is such a fantastic, dynamic, perfectly placed seaside town meant our stay was 100% restful, & interesting at the same time! The position of the cottage is set back down a secluded, very attractive cul de sac. So quiet, whilst being in the centre of town, and just a turn away from the sea front. The pretty courtyard garden gave a lovely view out, and added to the cared for, calming vibe throughout! We had fantastic, easy, long walks to the East and the West of Worthing - finding great coffee places along the way, then returning to enjoy some of Worthing's myriad of independent shops & eateries :-)

We have just come back from a weekend at Sarahs.We went with another couple. The flat was easy to find. When we walked in we were just taken a back at how lovely it was, we kept wandering around saying, oooh isnt that lovely and what great taste Sarah had🤣 Sarah had left crossiants and milk and a bottle of prosecco which was so kind. The flat is spotless and there are many cute little extra touches which makes it such a great experience. Great place for location. 2 of us swam Saturday morning in the freezing sea and was so easy to walk down and up in a towel! We like to walk and its a lovely place to walk from. Can see why the place is popular and why Sarah is a super host. Thankyou Sarah

Whether you’re planning a funfilled time or relaxing break away, I can honestly confirm that Siobhan’s place is the perfect place to stay. All that is advertised was found to be accurate, detailed guide provided useful information about the house and outside in the community.

Xavier was great a communicating, sorted out parking for us, as parking in Brighton is not easy. Xavier greeted us upon arrival, then kindly found a parking spot for us a short distance from the house. The property is in a great location found a lovely friendly pub to watch the England rugby just around the corner. It’s a nice stroll into Brighton. The property was a perfect size for our family group of 7.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb for the weekend. The place was comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was really nice and had nice little touches. The decor and touches to the apartment were beautiful. I loved the garden and also the nook in it. Very close to the beach and also to the centre. It was nice and quiet too and very easy to relax. Host was very nice and also checked in to make sure everything was ok which I really appreciated. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Amber’s apartment. Communication prior to and during the stay was great. The apartment itself was clean and ideally located. Having access to the pool and gym at the hotel below was a fantastic perk. We did unfortunately have to request some of the stated amenities during our stay. It would also be a nice touch if there was some furniture on the balcony to be able to enjoy the view. But other than that, we had a great stay!

Return visit. Would totally recommend the caravan. We love how close it is to the sea

Have just come back from a 3 night stay. Caravan is clean, tidy and homely with a modern touch. Its in a perfect spot for children as there is a small park right outside within eye shot. Not only was Lisa super helpful and friendly but the accomodation itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, well stocked and had wonderful, thoughtful additions. Will definitely be booking again

We loved this caravan. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we could have needed for our family weekend away. The beach is just a few steps away and we enjoyed a walk to the harbour. Even spotted a seal in the sea. The site was very quiet and peaceful and is tucked right away from the main road. Jenny was a very responsive host who answered all our questions immediately. We’d love to come back. Thanks Jenny!

The minute we walked in it felt welcoming and homely, there were great added extras like board games which the kids loved, towels and extra bedding and blankets to curl up on the couch with. This is a prime location not only on site right next to the arcade and shops, but not where you get disturbed with noise, but also amazing location to travel to all the sight seeing opportunities in the local area. Everything was was really easy to get to and ensured we had an amazing time exploring without worrying about extra travel. Both hosts were fantastic with responding and being contactable and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a great value for money place to stay in a great location! Thank you so much for a great stay!

Just the respite I was looking for - for one solo night away from my (lovely) family. Spotlessly clean, sumptuously furnished, comfy bed, great shower, the kitchen was extremely well appointed. Thank you J, I loved it. Will be back 💕 E.

We really enjoyed our New Year week stay at Sea Sure, great location, right on the seafront, but close to local pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants. Paid parking right outside was cheap and easy to organise via the Ringo app and free parking was available nearby too. Ideal for dog walking on the beach at low tide or on the very well maintained promenade at sunrise and sunset and in Egerton Park, just a short walk away. The basket of goodies to welcome us was much appreciated and the property was cosy, comfortable, well decorated, beautifully clean and lovely and warm on what turned out to be a couple of stormy winter days. Best place to stay in Bexhill I would say, thanks so much Gemma and Marc.

Wow, das Penthouse in Embassy Court ist wirklich klasse - Modernistische Architektur direkt am Strand mit toller Aussicht auf Strand, Meer, Pier und Stadt. Es ist sicher DER Ort in Brighton, an dem sich Geschichte, Form, Funktion und Lage perfekt treffen. Und Stephen und James sind super Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das lag nicht nur an der Lage, sondern auch der hervorragenden Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - Danke!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sea la Vie. Rob’s place is fantastic, it’s in a great location in Hove, the house has been really nicely done up and the secure garden was perfect for our two dogs. We had a brilliant week and can’t wait to come back in the future. Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! The apartment was beautiful and just as described. The view of the sea was very special too, as well as being able to step outside onto the sea front! Amandeep and Rebecca were very responsive and helpful. They provided a booklet with recommendations of the area and everything we needed to know about the apartment. An added bonus, if you’re a keen runner like me, Hastings parkrun was just a 5 minute walk away - 5k along the coast! We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Thanks again!

We had a great stay at Sillwood Mews! It was the best location - quiet but a short walk to everything. Lovely coffee houses, cafes and restaurants pretty much on the doorstep and of course the seafront is a two min walk! The house is lovely, clean and spacious with comfy beds. Jayne was an excellent host. We had a small issue with parking on arrival (due to some other residents in the Mews not parking with consideration) but Jayne responded to our queries immediately and was very helpful. We will definitely stay again when we return to Brighton!

Anna's place is small but cosy and perfect for exploring the coast. Great to have off street parking too!

Nice house with a very well equipped kitchen (the best we've had in the Eastbourne area). Also very comfortable beds and loads of space. The layout of the house means that the dining room is one floor above the kitchen (although there is an outdoor dining table right behind the kitchen if the weather is warm and dry enough) which is a bit strange, but we mostly ate out so this wasn't a big issue for us (Thai Marina in Sovereign harbour is highly recommended as is Raipur in Pevensey Bay). If you have the windows open at night there is occasional noise from people walking past - it seems to echo a lot - but again that didn't bother us. The only other issue is that the water pressure isn't great, so despite having 3 showers in the house only one can ever be used at a time. However, the house really was very nice and is now at the top of my list for a return trip to Eastbourne (we go 2 or 3 times a year for my other half to go scuba diving)
