We recently stayed at Joanne’s home in the Brighton Hove area. We were an extended family with 7 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of room for everyone with large bedrooms and comfortable beds. A wonderful Kitchin area with plenty of room to gather. The most amazing doors that open out to a beautiful and private yard. The home was a short walk to the beach, or to the bus (very reliable and comes often) to get to town. There is a tesco nearby as well as cafes for a morning coffee and bakery treat. The only item to be aware of is that the stairs are a bit steep so if you have accessibility issues, this might not be the right fit. Overall, we would highly recommend this property and certainly rent again. Thank you Joanne! Beth

This was a return visit to this lovely house. The house is bright, clean, well equipped, and not cluttered at all. The kitchen is bright and has everything you'd need. Old Town is a lovely area of Eastbourne. We are a family of four, the bedroom set up is perfect for us. There are nice playgrounds in Gildredge Park and the nearby recreation ground (i forget the name). Recommended :)

Stayed here with my Wife and Son (18 months) for 1 week and was very happy with our stay. The house is a good size and location was ideal. Graham was a very accommodating host and answered any questions we had very quickly, despite being on holiday at the time (sorry Graham). Sad we did not get to use the rear patio due to cold/wet weather but looks like a lovely spot to spend your time in the warmer months. Great stay. Will definitely be back!

Such a lovely house we loved the balcony and it was very clean. Host was great informative and gave great instructions. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely be returning 😊

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und authentische Gastgeberin, die sich um die Gäste und deren Wohlergehen kümmert. Stetig erreichbar über email und Telefon. Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit Wohlfühleffekt. Das habe ich von einem alten englischen Haus erwartet. Viel Platz für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Die Umgebung ist perfekt, das Meer direkt vor der Tür. Trubel am Palace Pier und ganz viele Shops und pubs etc. fußläufig erreichbar. Ganz tolle Unterkunft für 8 Tage oder mehr. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht ins Hotel möchte.

The house is perfectly positioned in a quiet mews - within walking distance of the station, the beach and a range of fantastic restaurants. Jackie and family are fabulous hosts and made us feel incredibly welcome in their beautiful, stylish home. We had all the home comforts we could possibly wish for - including comfy beds, fluffy towels and a very well equipped kitchen. The house is spotlessly clean and the communication before and during our stay was excellent. We would love to return and will definitely recommend.

A brilliant house in a great location. Just a few minutes walk from Brighton station by the road itself was very peaceful with no through traffic. Added plus of parking. Great house and Brighton and the seafront all within walking distance. Lots of lovely pubs nearby too. Charlie was very responsive and on hand if we needed anything. Great place to stay and Brighton has so much to offer!

Marks place was perfect, and had everything we needed. His communication was great and was really helpful with the checkout. We look forward to staying here again.

Lovely house in a great spot close to the sea. Warm, cosy and fine for a small family. 10 min walk into Goring, 20 min walk into Worthing. Christopher was very helpful, Gave us a call to make sure everything was ok with the house. Parking for one vehicle, additional parking not too far away. Would definately stay again.

Great communication with Alexis, she was extremely helpful. Lovely to receive a welcome hamper. I can highly recommend this property to all.

Comfortable modern cottage with sunny garden in old Lewes. Easy to find and within walking distance of great pubs, indie restaurants, flea markets, boho shops, market stalls and all major supermarkets. The huge bed was extremely comfortable and all linens, towels etc are top spec. Plenty of hanging and drawer storage for longer stays and the lounge diner with French doors out to the garden is great for chilling, games, movies etc. The kitchen is spotless, very well equipped and fully functioning. Thank you for the welcoming milk, biscuits, tea and coffee, the top walking tips and local recommendations. Rachel and Verna are great communicators and keep a delightful home from home. Highly recommended 🙂

Stayed at Evrim’s place for the Brighton half marathon. It was in the perfect location, short walk from train station, beach, shops and restaurants. House was very clean and spacious and the arcade game a great addition. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us.

Roz was kind and helpful. She told us of events in the area and provided us with helpful information. The kitchen was stocked with treats and snacks on arrival. We had eight people stay and the house accommodated us all nicely.

Truly one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in, everything was so well thought out. The house has everything you and more. The bedrooms are really cute, each having their own theme and super comfy. The host was amazing from day 1, we got a welcome pack that had everything we needed and he was there to greet us with cake and fizz as it was my birthday. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. I even got a message from everyone one I came with, to say thank you to the host!!

Nice cosy home. Basement kitchen and living area was a nice space to retreat to at the end of the day - perfect location for us, easy walk to the north lanes - fantastic Japanese/korean place to eat O’shio a few minutes walk away and couple of pubs at the end of the street. We visited in Feb so was cold and didn’t use the outdoor space - but would have made a nice spot to chill out in when warmer - Mathew was good, quick to respond with info etc - check-in etc all very nice easy. Would stay again next time we back in the uk/brighton!

This is a great place to stay in Brighton, especially if there are several of you. It is exactly as described – spacious, lots of natural light, very central with easy access to everywhere, and surrounded by lots of places to eat. Having an outdoor area really is lovely, and with a sea view from the stairs and one of the bedrooms it was all you could ask for. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay again when visiting the lovely relaxing town of Brighton.

Hannah is simply a delightful and insightful host. Very kind and graciously accommodating to our queries and needs. Not only is the environment warm and lovingly filled, it’s spacious and giving with memories, laughter and gleeful spells. Located in a very safe and welcoming neighborhood, that has an enchanting morning light; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids were ridiculously giddy with excitement to explore the toys and books available. We had a lovely weekend away staying here. The house was very clean and tidy and it was a very easy commute into central Brighton. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a stay just outside Brighton.

It was an excellent stay. The house is beautiful, well furnished, warm and obviously well cared for, and we were welcomed in. Everything was really lovely and when we had any problem/query Guy’s response was absolutely immediate. We just could not have had a better host, the communication was so good. No hesitation in recommending both the property and the host.

Beautiful home. Went to Brighton for my hen-do and this home was in the perfect location. Walkable distance to bars, clubs, restaurants. Check in was easy and the host was helpful. The house was spotless.
