We had a lovely stay at Glenview! The location is ideal for hikers- right between the Old man of Storr and Quiraing hiking trailheads. In addition across the street is a walk down to a beautiful beach Brothers Point which has fossilized dinosaur prints (if you can find them at low tide!). The space itself was cozy, large comfortable king bed and large clean bathroom. The record player was a nice touch which we enjoyed in the evenings. Kirsty was very kind and gave the option to provide dinner at a cost to guests which could be helpful as most of the food options are 20 minutes away in Portree. Overall we had a great stay!

Andrea’s apartment in Kyleakin was a perfect place for us to stay on Skye. It provided easy access to locations on the Isle of Skye and in the greater Scottish Highlands. The apartment had everything needed to run an effective “home base” for our days. I would absolutely stay with Andrea again on another trip to Skye.

The views from our living room during our stay in Dunvegan were absolutely amazing. Jennifer was always available to help us if we had any questions. i fully recommend this location to anyone who is thinking of staying in Dunvegan.

The apartment was lovely new, clean, and very comfortable to stay in. It was in a perfect location for anyone who doesn’t want to stay in Portree but still close enough to visit. We didn’t meet Sue, but her daughter was available via phone for any issue or question. My only suggestion: I would have appreciated it if the kitchen was stocked with quality coffee and various tea flavors. It’s hard to start the morning without a good cup of coffee.

We really enjoyed our stay in the flat. It was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed, like a home away from home, very convenient to the main shops and restaurants and amazing views. Marion is a wonderful and thoughtful host who pays attention to detail, is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyable stay at Jurriaans place, would highly recommend. Great location and only a short walk into the centre of Portree. Accommodation was spotlessly clean throughout and had fantastic views.

The apartment was perfect for me.The standard and quality of everything is very high. It was immaculately clean,a good supply of towels,everything you could possibly need in the kitchen,lovely toiletries in the bathroom and in a great location with views across the bay. I had a lovely time and wished I could have stayed longer.

This is a lovely, clean, cozy, quiet and warming place! Joe was fantastic in providing guidance but also greeting us. I would completely recommend this lovely place to stay at Isle of Skye! Thank you Joe for your hospitality and warmth! I will definitely re-visit!

Dorothy’s place is wonderful. It’s a very comfortable place to stay and we loved the outside patio. It had all the amenities we needed and Dorothy was super responsive to our questions. The view from the house/patio is breathtaking and we would definitely stay here again

My fiancé and I spent a beautiful weekend touring the Isle of Skye and our adventures were made even better having this beautiful space to call home for the weekend. well we'll what can I say about Sarah.. she is just a beautiful wonderful host inside and out. the place is so spacious very neat and clean.had everything what we needed. fridge and freezer full of food and the most important thing is we could use everything that was so kind of Sarah.she couldn't do enough for us. always checking if we were comfortable and needed anything. loved staying every minute of it. Will definitely come in summer again.just felt like home.thank you so much for everything Sarah. hope you have a wonderful time at NEW YEAR.all the best for 2025 !!

If you want to tour Skye without paying inflated Skye prices, this cottage is a great option as it is only a ten minute drive to the Skye bridge. Plus you are well situated for exploring Plockton, Applecross, Glenelg, etc. The cottage is in a very peaceful setting. You will really enjoy driving back from a day’s exploration because the evening light is so wonderful in the Highlands. We had a week of unusually warm weather - good luck with yours on the “misty isle”.

Great wee place. Ideal for one person or a couple. Would happily stay there again.

This was a fabulous place to stay, luxurious and very comfortable, a wonderfully large bedroom. Lovely outlook from the first floor lounge and balcony. Peaceful and close enough to Portree and other excursions. I didn’t want it to end. Thank you Elaine for hosting me.

Doreen was very helpful and kind with information in advance. We booked two flats of hers in the same place, this was very convenient and also good for accommodation when just off the ferry.

The apartment was great! It was clean, very comfortable and well laid out, walking proximity to downtown was incredible, and communication with Etta was quick and informative. She was very accommodating and hospitable. We would stay again and recommend to friends!

We had a great stay at Mairi’s place. It was perfectly situated for exploring the Isle of Skye. The place itself is very well equipped for a comfortable stay, we appreciated the space and the amenities, especially after being out all day exploring. The beds were comfortable, and it was in a very quiet area with a lovely outlook. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and recommend it to family and friends.

The view was beautiful very peaceful and relaxing- quick response to all our needs

Sandra’s place is wonderful the perfect base location for a great week of exploring. The flat is wonderful a clean and cosy flat with a spectacular view from the balcony. What a wonderful stay we had definitely will return.
