Such a great little place! The location is perfect—close to White Pass and right down the road from Packwood Brewery, which is a personal favorite. We truly appreciated the convenience of carport parking and a private entrance, especially when it was pouring rain. The spacious, functional kitchen was a definite perk that we took full advantage of. Overall, a delightful stay that we’d highly recommend—and we can’t wait to return for another visit soon!

Savannah has transformed this motel into a little gem. The unit was sparse but clean, and it is clear that she is still making improvements to the property. The location is great and an easy zip up to the mountain. We would stay again. Thank you!

Great space was clean and comfortable and larger than expected. Great location and very walkable. Staircase is a bit narrow and steep so pack light unlike me lol however, I would stay again!

Convenient location, close to highway (road noise is high). Covered parking location is a plus. Overall, the place is nice, convenient and everything you probably need for a weekend mountain getaway. If you plan to cook be aware the stove in this unit is a smaller oven and be prepared to bring all your own spices, coffee creamer, etc.

This is a lovely property in a lovely area. We visited in November when the leaves were beautiful. It was also a nice time of year to enjoy the cozy fireplaces, which they had plenty of wood for. The upstairs apartment is nice and spacious and suited our family pretty well. It was equipped with some basic resources that served just fine for us. We're cat people, so we enjoyed visiting with a few of the cats on the property as well. They are so sweet and friendly. :) The kind gentleman who owns the property checked in on us periodically and took my husband and brother-in-law on a hike in his beautiful trails leading down to a creek. Overall, we enjoyed out stay and were thankful to have a place close to our in-laws for our visit. It worked out wonderfully.

Nice clean home, easy to find - plenty of parking. Kitchen had everything you needed and the games were fun! You can hear the train (and neighbors upstairs) so plan accordingly with ear plugs or noise machine. We would rent again! Thank you!

Lovely stay! Very clean and comfortable beds. A heads up, the WiFi did not work while we were there.

Perfect set up for a weekend ski trip to White Pass for two. Loved the outdoors hot tub. Kitchen well set up for us to cook at home. Close to the mountain. Would definitely stay here again next time!

Thanks to Jeaneva's excellent directions we were able to find the place without issue. Jeaneva's home was beautiful, private, and has lots of space outside to explore. Inside it was clean and cozy which made us feel right at home, but made it difficult to want to leave. Jeaneva's place is close to Packwood and White Pass to make a getaway in the country not too far from things to do. We hope life will take us back there.

Rachel’s place was perfect for our group- lots of space, comfortable bedrooms, clean, and a well- stocked kitchen. The log cabin decor was beautiful. It was 95 degrees and her home had great AC, which was so appreciated! Each morning and evening a herd of elk visited the back yard, which was an unexpected treat! Perfect weekend for 3 couples.

This is the second time we have stayed at Alpinwald. The cabin is updated and beautiful, the kitchen is fully stocked, there are plenty of extra blankets and pillows, towels for the hot tub, wood for the fireplace, and there are even games and puzzles to enjoy. And it is a short drive up to White Pass to ski!

Very flexible host! We had a great stay and this house had everything we needed. Peaceful location as well.

We had a very nice stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. The hot tub was well maintained. The deck is very nice and we really enjoyed the fire pit. The beds are comfortable and there are lots of extra towels and throw blankets. This was our second time staying in the home and it was just as nice as the first. We had 6 adults and we all fit comfortably.

This was the most cutest and much needed retreat. Shelley communicated very well and was available for questions! We will be back. The location was nice and near the water and the cabin was literally perfect. Thank you so much for providing such an amazing spot for us to stay at!

Place was wonderful and an easy walk to town. Everything was clean and had nice amenities. Brian was a great host! Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved staying at this Packwood home. We regularly stay in Airbnb's at Packwood since it is close to Whitepass. This was our favorite so far. Two families with kids were more than comfortable staying together in this home. Love how big and cozy the place felt at the same time. We never felt like we were in each others way and the rooms were separate enough from each other that sound was never an issue. Beds were comfortable and the rooms all had window coverings so they stayed dark if you wanted to sleep in. Sitting on the covered back porch and looking out at the river was so peaceful. The home also had so much character, with all of the beautiful wood doors, closets, built ins. I loved the mix of old and new decor. My daughter also loved the dress up closet in the kids bedroom upstairs. Definitely would love to come back!
