We loved our stay at Kamp Kessa. The surroundings were beautiful and Dr. T was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed being able to visit the horses. Our dogs loved the open area next to the cabin.

Jackie was a great host. Friendly and really enjoyed sharing her property with us. Bacon and fresh chickens were a real plus having these waiting for us in the refrigerator to make our breakfast on our schedule. Great place to get away or close enough to stay if you’re visiting the bourbon distilleries close by. We will stay here again for sure.

Natalies place was perfect for what we needed. Central to all the places we wanted to visit. Very clean. Natalies father Hoppy was a gentleman and explained the history of the farm and even drove us to Ashford Stud Farm since he was going there and showed us the farm which was the highlight of our stay. Very responsive host and peaceful location. It was a great farmhouse experience in the middle of the country, but not too far away from the city. Great location for people coming from the Bluegrass Airport. I wish I stayed longer!

It’s hard to believe this place is real!! Coming from Boston to this beautiful, peaceful property was just what we needed. I think my favorite part was rocking in a rocking chair watching the horses graze and play. 10/10!!! We will definitely stay here again! ( also was very comfortable, had everything we needed and was very clean) Thanks for having us!

Our sixth year in a row of staying here! We love it, so close to Masterson Station but yet remote enough to have some down time! Leslie and Al are incredible hosts!

We stayed here for about 2 weeks. My husband, I and our 4 kids, 16,13,12 and 5. This is a simple home, simple living with beautiful surroundings. Its a great place to get away. We thank Judy so much for accommodating us and our family.

We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday at the Twinflower cabin. The cabin decor was beautiful! We loved all of the small touches and curated playlist. It made for an absolutely perfect birthday surprise for my husband. We will definitely be back!

The loft was very clean and nicely decorated with some nice extra touches. The views were fantastic and the setting with a handful of friendly farm animals was a peaceful place to relax. Unfortunately, we had several things we had to do while we were in the area and therefore didn’t get as much time to enjoy the space or the animals as we would have wanted.

The Churchill Cottage was warm and lovely and quiet; it had a sunny back porch that we loved and all the rooms were very comfortable. The cottage was a historic home connected to the old weaving factory. We loved coming home in the evenings to it. Alison was very responsive to any questions we had. She was a wonderful to work. We went on a hike to the nearby Pinnacles and spent time at the college (the Friday night Planetariun show) and walked to nearby shops and Boone Tavern. We would love to come back and stay at the Churchill. Thank you Alison!

This home is absolutely beautiful. We loved everything about the peaceful space. Everything was super clean, and the master bed was extremely comfortable (we didn’t use the twin beds). The master bath had jets in the tub, and a water softener attached to the shower head which made my hair feel great. The best part was how close the wildlife adventure was to us. The animals were so well taken care of, and their space was impressively clean. We loved the animals.

Spacious, very clean, and so peaceful! Hosts were responsive and friendly—They even treated us to farm fresh eggs.

My husband and I stayed at this quaint and cozy Barn for the weekend. We loved everything about our stay…from the greeting by the friendly farm dogs to friendliness of our gracious host. We want to come back in the spring when all the flowers are in bloom. We highly recommend a stay here.

Everything was exactly as described. Right on the bourbon trail and close travel between it all. A great spot to stay in between multiple locations. The space felt ginormous too. We loved being able to have multiple areas for rest and relaxation. Had space to watch TV, eat, and play games, then the front part is perfect for lounging. The porch/chairs and natural light make it the perfect space to lounge and chat. If going out is your thing, it’s still possible with a great private spot to end at. The hot tub was perfect. Warm, clean, and fresh. Usually an issue at hotels, but not here. It was sublime. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Emily and Drew are absolutely wonderful hosts. They make you feel like you are a family member. Have stayed in the Bunkhouse three times so far and are looking forward to staying there again.

We absolutely adored our stay at Avena’s place! We felt right at home. It was beautiful, welcoming, and accessible even with being in Lexington amidst a snowstorm. :) Avena is flexible, accommodating, communicative, and kind. We are especially appreciative of the crib and high chair provided, and we appreciated there being a Target down the road that does grocery delivery. We will be looking to book with Avena again for our next stay in Lexington!

Stayed here for the night before my wedding and for the groomsmen to get ready. It did not disappoint! Everything was pristine!

My stay at Linda's horse farm was absolutely wonderful! it is a true oasis of peace and relaxation. It is a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The accommodation were clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated to match the horse farm charm. what truly made the experience special was the opportunity to interact with the horses, especially Shorty. Linda was very knowledgeable for horse's care, personality. If you are looking for a getaway that allows you to unplug and reconnect with nature, this is the place.

We loved our stay in this house. There was plenty of room for me and two teenage boys plus it was very clean. We will definitely stay here our next visit to the area.

We booked this barndominium for just a 2 night stay, it was SO clean and well taken care of. We would definitely go back. The only thing I was caught off guard was that the home of the owners is so close to the Barn. Had it been a little more private, I would have loved it even more. That being said, it is the nicest place we have stayed and trumps any hotel. There were plenty of supplies including coffee, laundry detergent, and shower essentials. The hot tub worked great and was a nice place to hangout. We had friends come one night to stay with us, and they loved it too. We felt safe and at home.
