It is rare for apartments to truly match the description given on site. The features are often overstated and reality falls short. John's place is the first that was everything he described, even exceeding expectations. The neighborhood is beautiful and serene. I did not want to be in the midst of all the action and so it was perfect. I got turned around a bit in locating the apartment, but John was immediately responsive and check in was a breeze. The apartment was spotless and quite cozy. I spent a lot of time exploring Charlotte. Travel uptown was quite simple and inexpensive by Rideshare or public transportation, often going out more than once in the day. I had just about everything I needed amenity wise. That made the times I stayed in quite homey. Johs was always available when needed. His accommodations would certainly be my first choice when I return.

My husband and I arrived for Wake Forest parents weekend. Gina‘s place was beautifully decorated, nice linens and very comfortable bed. We would definitely rent here again. It is probably about a 10 minute drive to Wake forest; not bad - you pass through downtown and then you’re at Wake! Good location very convenient

Jess’s place was so snug. My family loved the layout, comfy beds, & all the special touches. This home felt so comfortable that we felt right at home. Jess was very responsive & helped when we left our son’s Mickey Mouse blanket he’s had since he was one. Great stay! We were also really close to everything we needed. Target & Walmart both are just about a mile away. Jake’s dinner had yummy breakfast too.

We chose this place to stay because of the close proximity to our family members home. The apartment was nicely decorated, clean, and very inviting. We had others staying above us, and didn’t even know they were there. The hosts promptly accommodated a last minute change with us removing two guests. We have already shared the listing with friends who will be in the area soon. Thanks for the great stay.

This host was truly accommodating. The property’s security measures were exceptional. The apartment was spotless; the fresh scent upon entering indicated meticulous cleaning. Everything matched the online photos perfectly. I had an excellent stay and will undoubtedly book again!

We had another lovely stay at Cathy's apartment. The back deck with rocking chairs was wonderful on a warm afternoon in March. Everything was so comfortable. We walked to downtown Davidson in about 15 minutes.

The townhome was great. It was so clean and cozy. It’s in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood close to grocery stores and restaurants. Kristin is a wonderful host. She responds quickly and checks in with you throughout your stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay so much! We love the house! The surroundings are beautiful. We even caught some fish in December. Most of our time was spent purely relaxing, and this was a perfect place for that.

This house was great! Great living room with lots of space for seating for hanging out. Great bedrooms! (Only complaint is to bring your own pillows as these are the tallest, hardest pillows ever 😂)

Corey is a great host. Close to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

I had an excellent stay, all three days were fabulous. They place was wonderful, the neighborhood was clean and safe. Close to restaurants, stores, gas and more. For the price absolutely completely satisfied with everything. Everything from check-in to .y stay and check out was fantastic. Hosts were very communicative from start to finish. I greatly recommend them to anyone that wants to stay a home away from home, this is your place. Everything up to date and some. Anything you could need they have. This place became a home base to the South End. It was perfectly located on the edge. Street was quiet and nice. Home was perfect.

We loved our weekend away in Charlotte for a concert at Courtney’s place! It was exactly as pictured, she gave very clear instructions on how to find it, where to park, etc. it was super close to the venue and anywhere else we wanted to go. We travel often for concerts & the next time we are in Charlotte for one we will absolutely try to stay here again!

The condo was as described/pictured. It was clean, free of clutter, the kitchen had a nice amount of pots and pans to cook your own meal. Nice washer &dryer, which was nice. The condo is roomy. The wifi worked well. Great safe neighborhood, great for walks! Neighbors were friendly. Close driving distance to shopping, grocery stores , restaurants, banks, gas stations. Felt at home during our stay. Eli is a great host, friendly and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.
