Had an amazing long weekend - place was beautiful with clean, simple, beach decor. Amazing beach with chairs, toys, kayaks, fire pit, hammocks, umbrella, you name it…. Hot tub was clean and it being built into the deck was super convenient. Guest house was adorable and perfect for my little brother. Host was so responsive and helpful. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, would highly recommend.

we had a lovely time unwinding from our stressful careers. walks on the beach, beautiful open living space, hot tub at night. highly recommend. small dishwasher and washer dryer made it so easy to clean up.

Cozy and full of charm! As Michigan natives who moved south to escape winter, this rental brought us right back to the beauty of the Midwest. Even on a gray day, the stunning lake views were a dream. The hosts truly go the extra mile to make this feel like a home away from home—every detail shows the care and heart they’ve poured into the space. We’ll forever cherish the photos and videos of our kids and their cousins making memories here, with the gorgeous Christmas décor adding a magical backdrop. Highly recommend for a cozy, heartfelt getaway!

Beautiful location and houses. You can tell that Sean and Jill know what they’re doing. Right down to having extra phone chargers and many other things in case you forgot yours. All we had to bring was our clothes, food and person toiletries. Everything else was already there. Super clean and nice open concept for a good hangout area. Will definitely use them again.

The place is even more beautiful than the photos! Alexis’s place was spotless, had everything you would need, the beds were extremely comfortable, lots of space, peaceful, and the beach and view was gorgeous. The beach is sandy- not rocky and very slowly gets deeper but the water is pretty shallow (waist height) so great for kids or people looking to just cool off. We even found lots of sea glass for art! The stairs were easy to go up and down, but the golf cart was a great option if you didn’t want to or were unable to use the stairs. Just a short drive from grand bend, but Alexis gave many local activities and recommendations. I highly recommend bringing bug repellents. Alexis was very quick to respond, organized, and the best host I’ve communicated with on Airbnb. We would all love to come back!

Had a wonderful stay at Sean and Jill’s place. It was the perfect spot for a quiet getaway and had everything we needed. Amazing sleeps, wonderful open concept space and great recommendations for things to do. Cannot say enough about the magical sunsets, nothing like it. Would absolutely book again.

We had a great experience during our stay. The check in instructions were very clear and the place looked exactly like the photos. The games room was perfect, the Airbnb was very spacious, and the location was great as it’s close to a couple wineries. Would come back again and recommend.

Stargazer Cottage is an absolute gem! Our stay was nothing short of spectacular. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the beached, with optimal depth water that made our daily swims unforgettable. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. They were especially accommodating with our kids, providing plenty of toys and games to keep them entertained. The cottage itself is beautifully maintained and boasts an outstanding view that we enjoyed every morning with our coffee. Every detail, from the cozy furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen, was perfect. This was a 10 out of 10 experience, and we can't recommend Stargazer Cottage highly enough. If you're looking for a serene yet activity-filled getaway, this is the place to be!

A beautiful and quiet location close to beach access. Loved the clean and well equipped cottage and large yard but there was an opening that could have allowed dogs to wander. We just used some outdoor chairs to block it and it worked for us. Would definitely come back! The host was quick to respond and extremely helpful with issues that came up. What a pleasure to stay at Nicole's beautiful vacation home. We loved everything about our stay. We had everything we needed, nice short walk to the beach, and so many cute details about the home that made the stay cheery and bright. Nicole was a pleasure to speak to when we had a little oopsie moment (our fault) and didn't hesitate to try to help in any way she could. This is a great place to stay, highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at Jane's BnB. She is incredibly communicative, responsive and accommodating. She made an exception for us to rent the cottage for two nights instead of three and let us know we could check in early and check out late! The cottage itself is clean, has everything you could possibly need or want, and is incredibly quiet. Our favourite part is that we can bring our dog and that there's a relatively private beach just steps away. We enjoyed taking our Springer Spaniel for swims on leash, didn't really encounter any other dogs (which is a bonus as he's dog reactive) and liked taking him 20min to the pinery for a big hike. We'd absolutely recommend staying here and would return for a third time!

We arrived after dark the first day, in the morning we awoke to amazing views and the tranquility of the waves crashing and wind blowing through the leaves. The cottage is very quaint and cozy. Perfect weekend getaway.

Our stay was great! The airbnb was so cozy- it was the perfect winter getaway with the fireplaces and cozy atmosphere of the home. Our host was great and we even extended our stay an extra day because we loved it so much! We highly recommend going to the local museum (it’s a bit hard to access the lake in the winter from our experience because it snowed a bunch but there’s still lots to do). Would definitely go again!

We enjoyed our stay here. There is enough beds and space to have the whole family here and of course our fur animal got to come along with us. We really enjoyed that the backyard was fenced in for both the kids and the dog, it gave that extra peace of mind. The entire house really is stocked with almost everything you need. The kitchen had a ton, the extra blankets, the games for the kids, the portable a/c is a huge bonus. The beach is close enough to walk with no problems. Small area of rocks and then the water is sandy. We bought some cheap (like $7) water shoes off Amazon the previous yr and they worked perfect again for the little bit of rocks there are. This would definitely be on the list to return to again!

We had a wonderful stay at Sinan’s place! The location was excellent, the space was ample, and it offered great value for money. Communication was seamless, and we truly appreciated being able to bring our dog along. We’d happily stay here again!

Had a Thanksgiving weekend with my family. Diana’s Birchwood beach house was the prefect spot for our families. Large clean bedrooms. 2 huge bathrooms. Amazing kitchen and dining room. Diana has thought of everything that you would need. This place had it all. Would definitely recommend it for you and your family. Diana was very helpful and responsive. Donna’s home is beautiful and had everything we needed (and didn’t know we needed!) for a quiet weekend away. The neighborhood is very peaceful, and the house and area are exactly as pictured. While it was just two of us, this is clearly a great spot for a larger group too. I definitely hope to be back, especially thanks to Donna’s responsiveness. A great house and a great place!

Beth's place was clean and comfortably furnished, with all the essential amenities. The location worked well for our purposes, and check-in was straightforward. Beth was responsive to messages, and the pricing made it a particularly good value. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Our family had a wonderful time at the lake house. The house and property are well appointed and comfortable. The beach is sandy and water is perfect for kids.

Shawn’s place was amazing with the easy access to beaches within walking distance of the home. The BBQ grill and the fire pit were our best place to hangout. The game room/library room is one the best room. We were a group of 4 with 2 kids and the home could easily accommodate us. The amenities provided were good too and Shawn was very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

We have stayed at Todd’s cottage several times and have never been disappointed. It has always been clean, well stocked with amenities, and during this winter stay, the driveway was clear of snow and ready for us to arrive. Todd is a great host!

Our family enjoyed a summery September weekend at Sandy Bottoms. The layout of the cottage and property were perfect for us. It was very helpful for us to have use of 2 kitchens and very, very handy to be so close to the beach!
