Great place to stay. Caretakers are also accommodating and gave all what we need. 🥰

The house is perfect for hosting a get together for multiple families. The helper stays on site and the only way to access the house is for her to open and close the gates for you. Comfy beds and lots of bathrooms. For the price it would be nice if they provided pool towels and at least shampoo/conditioner/body wash but it’s very clear in the description you should bring your own. If you want to use the hot tub make sure you make that very clear, it wasn’t set-up and it takes at least 12 hours to get hot, the helper unplugged it at night and it never got warm enough to use. Overall it’s a great location and I would go back again.

We have a great Christmas staycation. Even though it was raining, we still enjoyed the ambiance of the place. It was very cozy, and spacious. Ms. Liezl is also easy to communicate as the person in charge, as well as Ms. Trixia, the owner. We're grateful that it is also a petfriendly place, our 3 cats enjoyed it too! We definitely recommend staying here!

Upon booking, I immediately received a message from Kirk. Their caretaker was very helpful and responsive. The house was as seen on photos. We had a wonderful stay. It was clean, spacious, airconditioned and beds were comfortable. The group had fun outdoors roasting hotdogs and marshmallows in their griller, playing kickball in the nearby clubhouse, and indoors lounging in the sofa watching TV and cooking. Our new favorite seafood restaurant, Highlands Crab, is just a few mins drive.

Ms. Ana was responsive and very welcoming 🥰 She offered to extend our stay for a few hours from check-out time since she knew we got back to the listing past midnight the night before. Based on the previous reviews, they received fish and fruits from Ms. Ana - I was kind of (hehe) expecting the same but we didn’t. Instead, she gave us a WHOLE CHICKEN and eggs!! You guessed it right, we cooked adobo that night hehe. Thank you for having us Ms. Ana! 💞 Things to note: - Bed linen and towels were provided - Complimentary tomatoes from Ms. Ana’s harvest ❣️ - Water heater in the shower - there’s an airfryer in the kitchen - karaoke - Listing was 100% accurate and clean Thank you again!!

We had a wonderful experience at the resort! The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. It made our stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this place to others!

The place was even more beautiful in person – a peaceful, charming escape in the countryside. Ian even It had a cozy, homely feel with everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and all the dinnerware. Just a short walk to the beach, it was the perfect location. Our kids had a blast glamping in the garden, and we all enjoyed relaxing on the lovely swing. The fresh, clean sheets and linens made it feel like a true home away from home. Ian even accommodated our last minute request which we truly appreciated. Our family had such a wonderful time, and we highly recommend this place!

A great apartment, very close the SM City shopping centre. Really welcoming hosts and the place was spotless. The aircon was really quiet and effective with all the amenities close by. Highly recommended.

The price is affordable for an experience that is worth the wait. The host is kind and we love the jakuzzi and videoke.

On the service: - The host helped us on the confusion while entering thru the Guest Pavillion. - The caretaker, Al, was very helpful. He helped us with a trolley to bring up our bags at check-in, and also came over with the trolley at check-out. - The caretaker was also very responsive to questions and requests, like the trash bags he provided (since we needed more for baby's diaper disposal) and the gallon of water he helped us buy On the room: - The room is nice and cozy. The linens and pillows were clean and comfy, and they provided towels and toiletries for use in the room. - The floor under the pullout was quite dusty. It looks like it got missed out when they swept/cleaned the room. - Despite additional instructions from the caretaker, the hot water in the shower was not coming out, but the room had a pail and tabo so we resorted to heating water on the kettle (esp for baby). - Out of their control, but the room is unfortunately facing construction on the other side of the road.

Best place to relax and stay when in Batangas. Rooms are the same as what is posted. Very clean. Everything is available inside the unit! Host is very responsive as well and welcoming! Also a great place for private gathering! Affordable!! Will definitely recommend!

The room looks nice and clean! We loved the place. It's clean and spacious. It felt nice to stay in and didn't have any problems. We're frequent guests of Pico De Loro and this is one of the nicest stays we've experienced. Ms. Tess and the caretaker were also very responsive and welcoming. We highly recommend this as you'll definitely have a wonderful experience during your stay. Thanks for having us!

We had an amazing stay at Baron’s place. The unit is big enough to fit our family of 7 and we feel like it could fit more. Ate Rowena was very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely go back to Baron’s place next time. Thank you!

We had a great stay at this Laura’s apartment , even though it was just for one night. The location is perfect, surrounded by plenty of nice restaurants and cafes. We felt safe in the area, which was a big plus. Laura and Ellah was also very flexible with check-in, which we appreciated. The only downside was that when we first entered the apartment, we noticed a smell (possibly from the furniture?). The main door hanger abit loose also but still functional. Overall, we would recommend this Airbnb to others. It's a great spot to stay, especially if you're looking for a convenient location with plenty of amenities nearby.

Host Melissa is wonderful! Also her caretaker is very kind, maasikaso, marespeto, basta Nanay Jeng (?) I forgot her name huhu sorry, is excellent, she deserves a raise! Place is good! Ang lamig! Super. Nakapagrelax kami ng sobra. Ang peaceful. Ang tahimik which is 'yun talaga bet namin. Nearby stores din so no worries sa mga needs! :) Mababait din mga guards nila! I really love our stay there. Overall, Host Melissa, her caretaker, and the place are outstanding! 🥰 will recommend!

Love the place and has one of the greatest view of Taal Volcano. Host and the staff were very helpful, easy check in, worth the price, and I enjoyed my short vacation. The place is highly recommended 😊😊😊😊

Condo: Super nice and cozy. makakarelax ka tlga. my daughter even love the sofa bed kasi super laki niya kasya 4 pax sa sofa bed pa lang. yung gamit sa kit hehe kumpleto, from plates, to knifes hanggang mga dishwashing. Generous tlga may libre pang for coffee, even salt. Sa bathroom kumpleto din, may toiletries, hand soap, tissue, and towel. Plus, may hot shower. 🥰 Host: They are soooo accomodating! ang bilis ngvrespo ses. well instructed din sila before check in. we check in na ng 7pm but they still entertain our questions. Also add ko na din, we accidentally broke 1 plate but they did not charge it. Napaka bait 🥰 Overall, it was excellent. Babalik balikan mo tlga. 🥰
