Great spot for solo traveler or traveling duo! Convenient to lots of walkable spots. Easy parking. This place really isn’t for the tall of stature, but that’s spelled out fairly clearly in the listing. Very cozy!

Clean place, responsive host, and easy to get around the city. The listing is exactly as shown and on the top of the building - just to keep in mind. The kitchen was well stocked and the nook area for the couch is adjacent. Not tons of space outside of the bedrooms. it was a bit warmer when we were here and the bedrooms did get warm as the AC unit is only in the kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas at Nate's place. It has an authentic and lived-in feeling (unlike some places with that sterile Ikea-Airbnb-kit feeling). It feels like a real home with warmth and character. The beds are comfortable, and there's an excellent couch for watching TV, reading, or lounging. The kitchen has everything you need. It's in a more residential part of Portland, but it's close to everything great in Portland. The location was excellent for us because we had a family member in nearby Mercy Hospital, just five minutes away. Nate's place provided a comfortable place to decompress. Nate was very responsive and just excellent. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Enjoy!

We have stayed there as often as possible because of its convenience for us. We enjoy the delicious food from the convenience store and deli that is right there.

We had a wonderful stay at Elizabeth's apartment for a long weekend in Portland. The apartment is super cozy with really cool local vintage furniture. We were remodeling our home and needed a place to stay for over a month and this place did not disappoint. The home is welcoming and super clean and neat. There were plenty of amenities for cooking and it was well stocked with paper products and a few toiletries as well as plenty of linens. It is so close to many great businesses and walkable to an excellent Gluten free bakery. The host was extremely kind and responsive to our needs- my son (7) said this home felt just like our own home. His favorite part was the “fancy fridge” that we could play music on and see different pictures according to the weather haha. Definitely a great place.

Such a beautiful location and home! We visited Peaks Island off-season and couldn't have found a better place to relax and unwind. The home was beautiful and very comfortable (especially the beds!). We had everything we needed. The location was perfect - walkable to ferry and restaurants. Capt. Gene couldn't have been a more accommodating host. Since it was off-season, he helped us with what was open, ferry schedule, etc. He checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. He made us feel so very welcomed! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will be back! Thank you, Capt. Gene!

This was a lovely place and stay. It was beautifully furnished, comfortable, with terrific design. We felt so at home, partly because there were supplies such as extra blankets, coffee, and tissues. Thank you so much, highly recommend!

Comfortable stay for my family of 5 adults and 1 toddler. Centrally located too. Host was proactive, accommodating and super easy work with.

We loved our stay. The apartment was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. It had everything you need to cook meals and having the washer and dryer was a bonus especially when hiking. There was even laundry detergent. I would definitely stay here again. It was about 30 minutes to Acadia National Park. Bar Harbor had so many restaurants and shops. Loved the coffee shop Flexit Cafe in Ellsworth. Amazing breakfast sandwiches.

Quick four-day trip before Christmas with my wife and daughter. We loved the house-It was perfect! Centrally located with quick access to Bar Harbor, Ellsworth, and Bangor. Incredible deal for three bedrooms, full kitchen, living room with comfy couch with a large screen TV, and a fun basement with a pool table, air hockey, and a dart board...We ended our days with takeout food from local restaurants and a movie or two each night in the living room before jumping into the very comfortable beds. I really can't say enough nice things about the house-It will be our go-to for all of our trips to Down East Maine (which are a few times a year).

William was a wonderful host. His home was very peaceful and quiet which is exactly what a family of six needed on their vacation. The views were absolutely beautiful, his home was very clean & his kitchen had spices so it was nice making a few meals from scratch. Thank you for the perfect trip to Maine. We really enjoyed ourselves. Williams photos do not do his place justice & the pricing was an unbelievable great deal. I Promise you will not regret staying here.

We adored this Air BnB--it was in the perfect location, had absolutely everything you could have dreamed of needing, was super comfy and cozy and even decorated for the holidays during our visit in late December--I can't say enough good things about it! My kids loved the numerous games and puzzles available, and we loved the incredibly well-stocked kitchen :) We will for sure try to stay here again when we return to Portland!

Barrett was an excellent host. The place was immaculate, easy check-in, excellent location, and well supplied with everything you may need. Barrett responded quickly to anything we had a question about. We really were very happy with everything. We highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Had a beautiful stay in Booth Bay Harbor. Sal & Soraia’s rental was perfect for our trip. Needed something close to the main part of town - can easily walk to anything you need. Place had what you needed - ample towels, blankets, etc. Was clean and simple, no fuss which allowed you to really enjoy the surroundings of such an ideal Maine harbor town.

Taryn’s place was amazing! The space itself is modern and comfortable, a nice blend of luxury and chic. My wife and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary here and it was the perfect setting. We appreciated how open and bright the space is. The main bedroom has a unique round window that lends extra charm. The kitchen is fully stocked, with nice touches like a craft coffee setup, sparkling water, and high-end kitchenware. In terms of location, it’s centrally located to everything in Portland. Stay here if you want to find restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops that the locals frequent. A nice way to experience more than just the old port. The street parking is free and easy enough to find, or there’s a parking lot two blocks away where you can pay for a spot if you’re not comfortable with street parking. Finally, Taryn is a thoughtful and communicative host. She made sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. We really appreciated it! If you want to stay in Portland, this is the one!

Really nice place, great location. The yard is a nice bonus. We had issues upon arrival and the hosts do take a bit to respond. But they were very helpful in resolving everything, so no complaints. Great stay overall. The bed and bedroom is very small but we made it work!

What a great location for a quiet stay in Portland! It’s 5 minutes by car to the Old Port and easily walkable/runnable to the Back Cove Trail and even to downtown Portland itself. The condo is lovely and just as described. My family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 3 and 7) was very comfortable during our 3-night stay. Lastly, Colin was responsive and a great host.

Lovely, clean apartment with a terrific location! We highly recommend and hope to return soon--maybe even for Pumpkinfest again next year. Thank you especially for the extra blankets, that was such a kind gesture.

What a beautiful location and house. There’s nothing better than sitting in the living room or front porch and being able to see the Belfast Bay. The house is very clean and neat. Beds are comfortable, shower is very hot. Don’t miss the sunrise in the mornings. Overall this is one of our favorite places we have stayed in Belfast.
