We had a great time at Mikes place! It was all the little things and extras. From the provided waffle mix with toppings, the golf simulator and indoor pool to the ping pong table and infinity game table. It was also very cozy and we all felt close and connected. We were a large group that gets together once a year for skiing. It was the first time we visited Wisconsin and we would definitely come back! Mike was very responsive with any issues that came up.

Check in was easy, and everything was as described. Julie’s place met our needs for a place to stay while visiting family. Her place is clean and well supplied. Lots of room which we didn’t use all of it. The fenced in area was nice to be able to let our dogs out.

Moiz and his team were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the booking process. The home was clean and spacious enough for our family of 6.

My family and I had a great time. The home exceeded our expectations and we all had tons of things to do. We attended local Groundhog's Day festivities and just enjoyed our time together in a wonderful home away from home. We definately recommend!

It was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a large family gathering. It was decorated beautifully for the holidays and included so many amenities. The kids loved the dart boards, games and toys in the downstairs living space. We made very special family memories and hope to stay there again. Walking distance to the beautiful historic Woodstock Square.

We were genuinely surprised to find a place in this location so close to the relatives we were visiting. Genoa City is not exactly the hotspot on the border! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, but no overly inquisitive citizens. Property was perfect for our requirements, with the fenced in back yard that allowed us to let our pet out whenever without having to use a leash. Nice personal welcoming touches were unexpected and truly appreciated, since we arrived late and weren't able to do any shopping before hand. Beds were comfortable and spaced throughout the second floor, with expansion in the lower basement if necessary for bigger families, especially those with older children. School immediately across the street is great for spontaneous recreation of all types if you have the equipment. Our dog has not had the opportunity to enjoy such a large open space for quite some time and it was great to wear him out for the evening prior to bedtime. Abundant TVs throughout the home!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It is close to everything. The place is clean and very organized. Lily and Nathan has been wonderful and very responsive and communicated well with us. I definitely recommend this place when you visit Schaumburg. Thank you guys for everything.

The pictures are very accurate, with 3 bedrooms the house is roomy. Private fenced yard, perfect for evenings relaxing. Easy check-in and very responsive hosts. Good neighborhood location, good water pressure, and comfy bed.

Very clean and comfortable, nice neighborhood and not too far from our venue. Bikash was super responsive and even recommended a great place to try out Chicago deep dish pizza.

We loved Sharlene’s place! It was so clean and spacious. The neighborhood was great, easy parking, and she was a great communicator. Highly recommend!

This stay provided a relaxing and quiet atmosphere. Perfect space and amenities. Maria provided perfect communication and the location was safe and clean. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The downstairs bedroom has an ensuite bathroom while the two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. The bathrooms has great amenities and are spacious as well. The kitchen was clean and had anything you could want or need to make a meal. Maria even thought of some other items like Tupperware and parchment paper. The coffee maker was serviceable. The gift basket was truly indulgent and appreciated. The big sofa was comfy and the tvs are the perfect size with any app you may want. While it was cold outside and I didn't get to enjoy the property, it was certainly still beautiful and lovely to enjoy my coffee and watch the snow in the mornings. I highly recommend this Airbnb. The location alone makes this home worth booking. Add that there’s ample room for family/friends and it’s a gem in the middle of a great Chicago neighborhood. We were a group of six and loved every minute.

Dennis is a great host and quick to respond when I needed help getting inside. The location is quiet, affordable, and enjoyable with plenty of amenities and things to do. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Stayed here for a bachelorette and was greeted with a lovely customized message for our bride, music, and a lovely home! Clean, spacious, accommodating for a whole gaggle of gals - and that’s tough to do! We especially appreciated how close the house is to Wrigleyville’s food and bars and some great coffee shops, all while still being far enough away to be quiet at night so we could sleep. Very kind host who let us check out late and made sure we were doing ok the entire time. Overall, so so wonderful! Thank you :)

Fantastic place in an awesome location. Very walkable part of town and a great spot to easily get to Wrigley Field. Found a number of great bars and restaurants in walking distance during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We felt right at home during our stay. The house was thoughtfully arranged, well stocked, and clean. One of the cleanest stays we have had! The kitchen was well appointed. Great quality pots/pans/utensils. We cooked several meals during our stay & had everything we needed to prepare our various meals! Plenty of linens/blankets/towels out & were well displayed. There was also additional linens available if needed. All were good quality & comfortable. There was a great selection of books/board games/toys. The desk area was perfect for getting a bit of work done during our stay. The location was great & the neighborhood was so quiet. We felt safe during our entire stay. The playground across the street was so nice & there were nice sidewalks for our post-dinner strolls. The drive to the naval base was easy & not too far. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! We will stay again if we find ourselves back in this area!

This is the 2nd time this year we rented from Michael. He continued to impress with the responsiveness. This time we filled the whole house, all bedrooms and both floors, 12 in total, mix of kids and adults. We decorated for Christmas, made it feel like we were home for the holidays. We walked all around the neighborhood, got coffee in the morning, fresh bread from a fabulous bakery in Downtown Oak Park and always felt safe and enjoyed the friendly neighborhood. The home and bedrooms were warm when you wanted them warm during the day and cool at night to sleep in. Kitchens were well equipped and all the appliances worked perfectly. The tankless water heater was a blessing when we were all trying to get out for a family event. At one point we realized that we were out of trash bags on Christmas morning. Michael had them there in less than 30 minutes. Over the top responsiveness. Being 10 minutes from the Eisenhower makes this convenient to either Downtown or Oak Brook.

Layla and John were extremely responsive from the very beginning of booking, they let us know great places to go and local eats to check out. I took my team of cleaning technicians to the Lakehouse for our 3rd Annual Retreat and this was the nicest and cleanest place so far. We stayed at the house the whole weekend and cooked lots of meals, played games, had quite a few meetings that bored my techs to tears but they were excited to unwind in the hot tub after having to listen to their boss for hours! The Lakehouse had everything we needed from a huge table that fit the whole team, a crockpot to have lunch cooking during the meetings, extra blankets for all the freeze babies and a comfortable space for the team to lounge and watch my presentations on a huge TV. Thank you so much, Layla and John for making us feel welcome in your home, we truly enjoyed ourselves!

Uthuman’s was a great place to stay! It was cozy! There were plenty of towels available. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. I had quick responses to any questions I had. I would recommend staying here!

Great having pool table, wall mounted TV, and games in lower level. Appreciated comfortable beds, ample supply of glasses, bowls, flatware, and plates &, large dining space. Clean home, safe & quiet neighborhood, with easy access to major roads & O'Hare. Host provided clear & simple check in instructions

I had an incredible stay at Wanda's house! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The home was exactly as described, even better in person—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending that weekend. I especially loved how cozy and convenient it was. Wanda went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, providing flexible check in/out times, ample snacks, and an abundance of amenities to help it feel more like home. This place is absolutely beautiful! The pictures really don’t do it justice. It’s in a nice and peaceful area. House was very clean and the “How to” book was very helpful. Nancy was very responsive and even accommodated my group to allow early check-in. If there is one thing I would point out is the hot water temp. It’s very very hot to the point where it stings, so please be careful not to burn yourselves. On the other hand, the water never gets cold when taking a hot shower lol. I highly recommend booking!

We absolutely loved our stay with Jehu in Itasca! I grew up there in my childhood and her home made us feel so cared for and comforted. It is beautifully laid out, well appointed and so convenient for travelers that want to stay in the suburbs but have easy access to the city and airport. I plan to stay often when I return!
