Ho passato 4 giorni in pieno relax ,casa confortevolissima e super pulita. A pochi passi ottimi ristoranti di cui uno consigliato da Jacopo che è sempre stato prodigo per consigli problem solving . Pochi passi dal mare che in questa stagione amio avviso è splendido. Non potevamo chiedere di più.

Arianna is a beautiful, amazing host! She was so gracious to us-we got in very late and she stayed awake to meet us. We love Rimini and will be back here to stay again! Close to everything to do and the beach! Arianna, we look forward to seeing you again soon!

Eine wunderbare Wohnung, super durchdacht und perfekt umgesetzt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Alice ist eine sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur bestens empfehlen.

We’ve spent a great October week in Cervia with the family and there are three highlights of the apartment: (1) central location right at the Borgomarina close to the beaches and restaurants, (2) spacious place with 3 bedrooms and living room (3) Alessia as host is super friendly and helpful Watch outs: the parking is quite narrow - I would say it is recommended only for small/medium vehicles and it gets loud during the weekends however bedrooms are quiet. We certainly recommend this place if you’re looking for central location. Overall off-season stay in Cervia is absolutely worth it!

Beatrice’s apartment is super cute, very clean, tastefully decorated and has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. I really loved the fact that there is a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. My husband enjoyed the balcony:) The beach is within a 2-minute walk. A huge plus is a gated private parking lot. Beatrice is very easy to communicate with. She responded to my messages instantly and answered all the questions I had. We definitely recommend Beatrice’s place.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Nicolò, Roberta und Thor hat uns unglaublich gut gefallen! ☺️ Wir sind zusammen mit unserer zweijährigen Tochter gereist, die bei uns im Bett geschlafen hat, und die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt. Der lange Sandstrand ist direkt vor der Tür (ein paar Meter) und überall sind kleine Spielplätze. Die Kommunikation mit Nicolò und Roberta hat auch immer reibungslos funktioniert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen, wenn wir noch mal in Rimini wären. Vielen Dank für alles! ☺️🤗

Menzione speciale a “”mamma”” Simona che fin dal primo momento è stata gentile, disponibile e molto premurosa in tutto e per tutto. Appartamento nuovo di pacca, curato nei minimi dettagli, molto pulito e soprattutto con una personalità che ci ha fatto sembrare di stare a casa. Non mancava assolutamente nulla anzi c’era più di quello che serviva e nota interessante il parcheggio auto che ci ha fatto molto comodo viste le micro vie mono senso di Torre Pedrera facili da percorrere a piedi un po’ meno con l’auto.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The apartment is in a fantastic, central location, with everything you could possibly want right on your doorstep! We had a wonderful holiday, despite a heatwave during our week there! The air conditioning in the apartment worked perfectly and was a real lifesaver. The apartment is just as gorgeous in real life as it is in the pictures! It's modern and beautifully decorated. We want to thank Simone for the amazing service he provided during our entire stay. He was so helpful when we arrived, during out stay and when we left, and gave us great tips for things to do and see in and around Sottomarina. We were especially grateful that he let us arrive a day early, free of charge, because the apartment was empty. It was such a nice surprise! We've never had such a great experience. Thank you so much!

Wir hatten sehr schöne und ruhige Tage bei Vittorio. Es ist ein sehr schönes Sommerhaus von der Familie und ist paar Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Wir haben alles im Haus, Garten und die Insel genossen. Danke für so schöne Unterkunft. Vittorio antwortete sehr schnell immer und hat uns immer unterstützt in allen Wünschen :D Die Insel war super leer zu der Zeit, alles inclusive Lebensmittelladen war zu. Die Gegend ist irgendwie Einmalig in verschiedenen Hinsichten. Es war sehr warm und ruhig. Auch für ein kleines Kind geeignet. Wir können nur weiter empfehlen...

Merci à Laura pour son sympathique accueil. Logement de style local ancien, propre et bien agréable. La terrasse est bien clôturé ce qui était important pour nous avec nos 3 petits chiens. Laura est disponible, elle nous a donné de bonnes informations touristiques. Nous espérons revenir, la proximité de la plage de Bellaria-Igea à pied nous a séduit A 2 min à pied nous avons pu profiter des commerces dans la rue piétonne et son ambiance. We enjoyed Stefano‘s place a lot. The swimming pool was a hit for our children and in fact for everyone. We are a patchwork family of eight persons and we could separate us in the two half’s of the house. Very practical was that those who wanted to sleep long were not disturbed by the early birds. The garden and pool was super nice and we don’t most of the time outside. Because of the big awnings there was a always enough shade to take a break from the heat of the sun. For us it was a beautiful holiday for everyone.

Es ist ein charmantes kleines Haus. Sehr schön gelegen. Ein Bäcker ist direkt nebenan. In 15Min. ist man in Chioggia zu Fuß. Quasi vor der Haustür kann man mit "Raffaelo" nach Venedig per Schiff oder Busse auch direkt da. Cristian hat uns kostenlos folgendes zur Verfügung gestellt: Cola, Kaffee, Nudeln, Öl, verpackte Crossaints, Kekse, 1x Tomatensoße, Wein, Handtücher, Klopapier, Handtücher und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Es gibt 2 Fernseher mit Netflix und Prime. Leider ist das Internet nicht so gut, aber das war es auch an "negativem". Cristian war immer leicht erreichbar. Meine Kinder haben leider etwas beschädigt, aber Cristian war weder sauer noch wollte er Geld. Ich hoffe er war mit uns genauso zufrieden wie wir mit ihm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danke nochmal für den Parkplatz und die Möglichkeit erst am Abend auszuchecken statt in der Früh. Die Lage ist wirklich toll dort. Man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber sehr zentral.

Un séjour très agréable, dans un endroit très calme, avec beaucoup de lieux naturels et historiques à visiter: les plages, le delta du Pô et ses nombreuses réserves, Rimini, Comacchio et même Venise... À noter que la literie est particulièrement confortable dans une maison agréable et propre où il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Tiziana, même sans l'avoir vue nous pouvons le dire, est une personne très sympathique, une hôtesse parfaite.

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, der Strand ist direkt hinter dem Haus, Geschäfte und Cafes nebenan, auch der Garten war unglaublich schön, inklusive eines großen Privatparkplatzes. Alle Italiener sind äußerst freundlich und kommunikativ. Und die Innenstadt wäre sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen, um das Parkplatzproblem zu umgehen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig, ab 5 Uhr hört man die Vögel pfeifen. Aber insgesamt mein schönster Urlaub.

L’appartamento è ristrutturato, molto pulito, curato nei minimi dettagli e fornito di tutto il necessario. La posizione è ottima, poco distante dalle spiagge di Sottomarina e dal centro storico di Chioggia. In vicinanza vari bar e supermercati. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa!

Lovely little apartment very nicely furnished and decorated. Modern, clean, and homely. Withing the old town of Choiggia with easy access to the main shopping street and restaurants just across the footbridge.

This place is comfortable, clean and tidy. Communication with the host was good and clear. The only downside is there is nothing going on in the entire town when it’s off season. We felt like we were the only people in the entire village. However, I would recommend this place to anyone who’s just looking for a place to sleep and go out of town during the day.

L’appartamento corrisponde pienamente a quanto si vede dalle foto. La posizione è proprio sulla spiaggia, fisicamente si parcheggia sulla sabbia! Host e proprietari gentilissimi, noi per un contrattempo abbiamo dovuto andare via un giorno prima e loro sono stati molto comprensivi. Persone proprio a modo.

Quasi un peccato starci una sola notte. Appartamento meraviglioso e moderno, molto luminoso e ben arredato, con diversi parcheggi intorno e vicina a quella che è la piazza principale di Cervia, oltre a diversi negozi e ristoranti e a 5/10 minuti di camminata dal mare. Marco una persona seria, cordiale, amichevole e responsabile, oltre ad essere estremamente disponibile. Se volete fare bella figura con degli amici o con la vostra metà, consigliatissimo e se dovrò tornare in zona, non ci penserò due volte a dove prenotare!

Chiara ist eine sehr nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Das Apartment war wie beschrieben und sogar mit den Basics wie Pfeffer, Salz, Öl, Seife etc. und sogar Kaffee ausgestattet. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Our stay in Rimini was truly wonderful! The apartment was ideally located, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by numerous restaurants and activities. Whether you wanted to relax by the sea or explore the vibrant local scene, everything was easily accessible on foot. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the private parking, which made our stay even more convenient. The host was exceptionally kind, flexible, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality added a special touch to our trip. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Rimini – it’s the perfect base for a memorable vacation!

чудова квартира з чудовим розташуванням. Громадський транспорт не далеко. Є багато магазинів поруч. Давіде швидко відповідав, допомагав.

Alloggio recentemente ristrutturato. Arredamento curato e funzionale . Lenzuola e asciugamani nuovi e pulitissimi. Possibilità di utilizzare la lavatrice e di stirare. Stefania cordiale e presente. Davvero un ' esperienza positiva .
