Daniele jsme osobně nepotkali, nicméně velmi rychle reagoval na zprávy. Byt byl příjemný, hned u moře, bezproblémové parkování.

Super schöne Wohnung in der besten Lage. Direkt am Strand und im Zentrum. Die Wohnung und der Haus sind sehr sauber. Super gut ausgestattete Küche mit alles, was man braucht. Die Elektrogeräte sind modern und sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist groß und hat einen sehr schönen Balkon mit dem wunderschönen Blick auf Strand und Meer. Rodolfo hat immer auf unsere Fragen sofort reagiert und mit Ratschlägen geholfen. Da wir mit 3 Erwachsenen waren, hat Rodolfo für uns noch ein Sonnenschirm am Strand reserviert. Dafür noch ein besonderen Dank von uns . Der Strand ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Einziges, was man verbessert könnte ist Internet Zugang - es gibt kein WLAN. Öffentliches Internet am Strand oder an der Fußgängerzone ist sehr schlecht. Aber es war für uns kein großes Problem, da unser eigenes Internet uns gereicht hat. Es war ein sehr schönen Urlaub. Es war hervorragend, alles wie beschrieben und sogar noch mehr Ausstattung als in der Beschreibung. Sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir werden aufgrund der Sauberkeit und des Preis Leistung Verhältnis definitiv wieder kommen. Perfekte Lage und im Haus selber sehr ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage. 10/10!

We had an incredible stay at Raffaella's house for three days with our family. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and only steps away from a supermarket and some fantastic restaurants. The pictures on Airbnb don't quite capture the actual beauty of this place. It's in a great spot, very central to all the amenities in Lido di Jesolo, making it our favorite stop during our entire trip to Italy. The nightlife and overall atmosphere were extraordinary. Raffaella was an outstanding host, very accommodating and responsive. She kindly allowed us to check in early when we requested it due to our travel from Venice and the heat, especially with the kids. She went above and beyond, even arranging for someone to help us when we couldn't figure out how to turn on a light. Overall, it was an amazing experience for us. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Wir haben die Wohnung als 4-köpfige Familie bezogen, ein Kind 13, das andere 11. Beide Kinder haben auf einem Schlafsofa geschlafen, welches für beide ein wenig klein war. Von der Beschreibung her sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass es sich um eine Wohnung direkt am Strand mit Meerblick handelt. Die Wohnung, befand sich seitlich im EG im Objekt, so dass kein Meerblick möglich war. Die Wohnung hat eine den ganzen Tag im Schatten gelegene Terrasse. Die Wohnung liegt trotzdem sehr zentral und geparkt werden kann in einer modernen und super sauberen Tiefgarage. Alles war vorhanden. Eine elektrische Kaffeemaschine war nicht vorhanden. Aber viele gute Cafés waren in der Nähe. Wir konnten sogar noch in einem wirklich schönen und sauberen Pool springen, dieser befindet sich direkt am Strand und ist im Sommer sicherlich ein Highlight.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und hat genau den Photos entsprochen. Alles blitzsauber, Ur Badezimmer etwas klein. Leider sind die beiden Balkone nur für Frischliftfanstiker, denn durch die kleine Gasse weht ein ordentlicher , kalter Wind. Ausserdem eher klein und unpraktisch. Sonst alles bestens.

We loved this Airbnb! The street is a short stroll to gorgeous bars and restaurants (restaurant Al Timon hugely recommended)We actually preferred the nights out we spent on the street the apartment is on. It’s easy to get to the apartment from the Aquabus stop and very near to central Venice if you want to see the sights. Lovely to chill out in the jacuzzi outside too!

L’appartamento è molto accogliente pulito e di nuova costruzione. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi l’area pedonale e l’accesso al mare. Linda una padrona di casa impeccabile sempre disponibile, indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e accedervi minuziose e dettagliate. Raccomando la soluzione proposta.

Rajiha and Lorenzo are nice hosts who make us feel warm and welcomed on the island. The house is well located, clean, and has all that we need! The stairs however are quite unsafe for little ones but no problem if you watch your children at all times.

Super lieve vrouw met top ontvangst. Heel betrokken bij haar gasten. Echt wat je nog ouderwets zoekt bij een b&b. Lekkere mand fruit in de keuken staat klaar. Goede tips voor restaurants in de omgeving voor ontbijt en diner. Appartement heerlijk ruim. Dan je wel Stefania en vriendin ( die zo lief was om alle vertalingen te doen😁)

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

We loved out stay in Lido,it's ideal for visiting Venice as it's easy to get to and it's away from all the bustle. The apartment was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean and had a lovely terrace looking out on a small canal. The host was very responsive and left very good instructions on how to get in, even a little video to help find the apartment. The beach was within easy walking distance, as was the water taxi stop. The bus passed very often if you didn't want to walk. We would definately stay here again.

Everything was super. It is close to the beach and to the shops/restaurants, we got sun-umbrella, Caribe Bay is a few mins walk only. Luisa is very kind and helped us to have a wonderful vacation.

The apartment was everything we hoped it would be, and it certainly lived up to the great reviews we had seen online prior to our visit. Loredona was a very helpful host. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Quiet building with a grocery right around the corner.

Wir waren über Silvester dort und sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Top- Lage und ist einfach perfekt. Eva und ihr Mann sind sehr sehr nett und stehen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Einfach ein perfekter Urlaub.

Cinzia è stata molto gentile e accogliente. Ottima la posizione della casa, pulita ordinata e con tutto il necessario. I cani non sono solo ben accetti ma lo sono con il cuore. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Cinzia a presto

Unsere Anreise erfolgte vor Weihnachten und das Appartement war weihnachtlich dekoriert und auch ein heschmückter Weihnachtsbaum stand im Wohnzimmer. So etwas nettes hatten wir nicht erwartet. Wir fühlten uns gleich sehr wohl. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und Internet funktionierte einwandfrei. Gegenüber vom Appartement befindet sich ein Supermarkt und gleich um die Ecke befindet sich die Einkaufsstraße. Gastgeber sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Bald kommen wir wieder. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Le logement de Maria est à son image... incroyable. La propreté du logement, les petites attentions (bougies allumées, bouteille de Prosecco...), mise à disposition de tout ce qu'il faut, y compris des oranges sanguines avec presse agrume pour le matin. Maria nous a envoyé tout ce qu'il fallait pour trouver le logement car elle n'a pas pu être présente, allant même jusqu'à faire une petite vidéo montrant le chemin à emprunter depuis une place pas loin. Vraiment rien à dire. Encore mille Mercis pour votre accueil qui a fait de notre séjour un souvenir incroyable. Je recommande 100 fois. Love love love!😉

Bu evden ayrılmak istemedik! Harika bir tatildi. Evin inanılmaz güzellikteki manzarasına hayran olduk. Terası ve geniş pencereleri ile Venedik’i gerçekten evin içerisinden yaşadık. Evin konumu da şehrin tadını çıkarmak için doğru bir seçim. Ev sahibimizin organize ettiği özel transfer bizi havalimanından aldı ve evimize getirdi, dönüş günümüzde bunu tekrar kullandık ve çok rahat ettik, yorulmadık. Bunu ayarladıkları için de ev sahiplerine çok teşekkür ederiz. Ev sahibimiz Pietro bizi karşıladı çok kibar ve yardımseverdi, şahane zevkli dekore edilmiş evini gezdirdi, her şeyi tek tek anlattı. Aile apartmanı olması ve konumu itibariyle kendinizi her zaman güvende hissedebilirsiniz. Evin içinde sizin için her şey düşünülmüş, olumsuz tek bir şey söyleyemem. Kesinlikle bu eve geri dönmek isterdik. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle güzel Venedik!

The apartment is perfect, especially the big balcony with a view to the pool. There was everything needed for the family, all needed kitchen devices. Markus was very friendly and communicative, any questions were answered almost immediatelly. The position of the apartment is very good, about 5 minutes walking from the beach, but still in the quiet area.

Feel at home and such a friendly host is an amazing combination. We were helped with our itinerary and the local recommendations from here were bonus. We drove by car and her suggestion to better drive and park at the ferry stop instead of relying on bus... well saved a lot time and was comfortable for family. The vicinity to the beach is also great in case you plan for morning/evening walk.
