Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Ho trascorso in questo residence un fine settimana con la mia la famiglia da venerdì a Domenica ma merita un soggiorno più lungo. Devo innanzitutto ringraziare Marco per l'accoglienza, per sua massima disponibilità e gentilezza. Il luogo è fantastico e accogliente. L'appartamento è molto pulito, ben attrezzato e tranquillo con varie possibilità di svago. Ottima posizione per raggiungere Venezia e vicino autostrada per raggiungere altre località. Se devo racchiudere tutto in una parola direi eccellente e super consigliato.

Een hele mooie locatie met zeer veel voorzieningen voor een goed verblijf. Er is in deze locatie genoeg ruimte om spllen neer te zetten. De huiskamer en keuken zijn in één ruimte. Er is een aparte douche met toilet. Op de tweede verdieping is een ruime slaapkamer met en zitbank en TV. De omgeving vond ik geweldig. Een zeer rustige en leuke omgeving maakte deze korte uitstap tot een mooie herinnering.

Lovely place, very cozy and chic, amazing rooftop, great location for getting around. Francesca was super responsive, when we had trouble with the hot water in, she had someone out right away to fix it. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Ce logement est une pépite à Venise et en Italie en général. Spacieux, extrêmement bien placé pour visiter la ville à pied, à l’écart de l’agitation. Vraiment tout était parfait, de l’accueil aux conseils, en passant par la propreté. Merci

Eine geräumige, ansprechende, freundliche Wohnung in schöner Umgebung, ruhig gelegen, etwas abseits vom Rummel in Venedig. Sauber, hübsch eingerichtet, mit Aussensitzplatz, den wir jedoch leider wegen den kalten Temperaturen nicht nutzen konnten. Zuerst brauchte einen Moment um herauszufinden, mit welchem Boot man nach Murano Museum kommt, anschließend sind die Beschreibungen hilfreich. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, wieder hier zu übernachten.

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

Nicole is a absolute gem. Total sweetheart! She met us at check in and showed us how to use waterbus transportation, gave us directions to her fav restaurants nearby and suggestions on fun stuff to do in Venice. Her place is so clean and cute. She had espresso, water, orange juice and champagne for us! Location is super close to water transportation. She also gave us access to her bikes which we rode to pick up food twice. Super quiet and away from crowds. We loved it.

Belle endroit propre et confortable, l'hôte répondais rapidement, une belle attention sur certaine demande, nous avons bien aimé notre expérience.

Nous sommes restés un week-end dans ce logement très agréable et bien situé . Idéal pour une famille , je recommande à 100%.

Appartement très bien situé avec une terrasse qui offre un point de vue magnifique. L’appartement est confortable et il y a eu une bonne communication avec l’hôte.

Absolutely beautiful apartment close to all the sights of Venice & next to a lovely square with a range of different cafés & restaurant. The apartment is near boat stations, easy to find & has everything you need for a very comfortable stay in Venice, we stayed when the weather was cooler & we were warm and cosy. The roof top terrace with views is a super plus. The apartment is in a fabulous location minutes from Accademia Bridge with beautiful views of Grand Canal & Basilica di Santa Maria della Salute and just a short walk to St Mark’s Square & Rialto Bridge in the other direction. Cristina is an exceptional host, she speaks English which is a plus for us and she is incredibly friendly & helpful. We’d recommend anyone new to Venice to stay here as you won’t be disappointed and for folk like us who visit regularly you’ll find Cristina’s apartment a real gem.

L’appartamento di Giuliana corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto. Non solo è molto pulito ma offre anche tutte le comodità: microonde, moka, bollitore, ecc. Giuliana è stata molto gentile e accogliente e ha anche lasciato delle dolcezze per la colazione. Se torneremo a Treviso torneremo sicuramente.

Amazing place, host was very friendly and responsive all the time. You have to take some stairs to reach the apartment but it is worth it, the place is very pretty and comfy.

perfect couple of days tucked away at Francescas apartment. she is so responsive and helpful. great views from the terrace were especially special seeing the NYE fireworks. highly recommend.

This was a great stay, all thanks to Laura- we came to Venice to run the marathon, only to find that we absolutely had to pick up the race packs the day before our flight arrived. Laura went over to Mestre in her spare time and collected our packs and had them waiting for us at the property- without her excellent support, we would not have been able to run. This was indicative of the care and attention we recieved throughout our stay. Grazie mille, Laura!

Bu evden ayrılmak istemedik! Harika bir tatildi. Evin inanılmaz güzellikteki manzarasına hayran olduk. Terası ve geniş pencereleri ile Venedik’i gerçekten evin içerisinden yaşadık. Evin konumu da şehrin tadını çıkarmak için doğru bir seçim. Ev sahibimizin organize ettiği özel transfer bizi havalimanından aldı ve evimize getirdi, dönüş günümüzde bunu tekrar kullandık ve çok rahat ettik, yorulmadık. Bunu ayarladıkları için de ev sahiplerine çok teşekkür ederiz. Ev sahibimiz Pietro bizi karşıladı çok kibar ve yardımseverdi, şahane zevkli dekore edilmiş evini gezdirdi, her şeyi tek tek anlattı. Aile apartmanı olması ve konumu itibariyle kendinizi her zaman güvende hissedebilirsiniz. Evin içinde sizin için her şey düşünülmüş, olumsuz tek bir şey söyleyemem. Kesinlikle bu eve geri dönmek isterdik. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle güzel Venedik!

Beautiful spot in the Rialto area of Venice. 10 mins walk to San Marco Square and most attractions. Plenty of restaurants right outside the apartment. Very centrally located. Apartment looked just as advertised and the view from the terrace was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for more.

My family and I had such an amazing time in Venice! The apartment is so unique and feels like a different world. Everything is beautifully put together and the decor is truly inspiring. We had so many nooks to explore and I feel like the photos don’t even do the space any justice. It was ten times better than we were expecting! The palazzo, that this apartment is located in, feels like you’re stepping into history. It’s just amazing!! The views from the balcony are unparalleled. I have so many photos from all the sunsets we were able to see. Definitely hire a porter for your luggage if you’re hesitant or packed a big suitcase. My family and I managed to haul our stuff up but if I ever have the pleasure of visiting again, I wouldn’t think twice about hiring help. We truly had a wonderful vacation! Thank you, Olivia!!

The apartment is perfect, especially the big balcony with a view to the pool. There was everything needed for the family, all needed kitchen devices. Markus was very friendly and communicative, any questions were answered almost immediatelly. The position of the apartment is very good, about 5 minutes walking from the beach, but still in the quiet area.

Monica’s apartment is beautiful and well located. It was spotless when my friend and I arrived. Monica and her husband were incredibly helpful in coordinating our transpiration from the airport and to the train station. I would absolutely stay here again.

Buena relación con el precio. Muy cerca de la Plaza de San Marcos, con agua caliente ideal para el invierno. Es pequeño para cuatro personas con muchas maletas, pero la descripción del anuncio fue exacta y menciona claramente su tamaño, así como también menciona que hay escaleras que subir. Su cercanía, precio y amenidades hacen que sea muy buena opción.
