Très bonne adresse, bien située, à 10 minutes du Rialto (quand on ne se perd pas dans les ruelles😂) et des bus pour l'aéroport. Caterina est très accueillante et serviable. Grazie ! Nous recommandons son appartement.

Good accommodation overall. We were missing some better couch for sleeping in living room. The current one was not so comfortable and kinda noisy when we were rolling over

We spent 2 nights in Venice. The host was very kind and friendly. Unfortunately it was a bit cold and rainy outside and we asked him to raise the heating temperature and he helped immediately. The flat is very quiet and calm but just a few minutes walk from good restaurants. The Rialto and the Saint Mark Square is a 20-25 mins comfortable walk from the flat. It was absolutely good to stay there. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped such as the kitchen, too. It was easy to check in. The host came there to show what we could find there and give some instructions and suggestions. We just had to leave the keys on the kitchen table. Absolutely recommended. Thank you.

We enjoyed our 3 night night stay at Mirella's apartment in Venice! It is a short walk to the train station and walking distance to restaurants and 30 minute walk to the docks where all the boat tours leave from. Just be aware that there is a large book of instructions and rules in the apartment that we had to figure out. The owner wants the dishes done and the apartment clean as when you arrived. We also had to take the trash out which I though was weird. Especially since we are not familiar with Venice's trash service. It was a little confusing. They say they're is a $160 fine if you leave trash. We checked out on a Sunday which is not a trash day there and I literally walked the streets looking for a trash can and could not find one anywhere. We ran into the owners when heading out with all of our luggage and asked where we can put these bags of trash and they didn't offer to take it but rather told us where to find cams on our way to the train station. We thought that was odd.

Had a lovely stay at Valeria’s place, which was very comfortable. Valeria was super helpful with recommendations when I lost my phone charger cord and needed to buy a new one. We also loved the setting - close to San Marco yet quiet and peaceful at night. Note that for people arriving via the airport, the Alilaguna blue line vaporetto stops at the Arsenale stop, which is also a short walk from the apartment. You can also take vaporetto line 1 from Arsenale to the train station and see the Grand Canal en route.

The house was spacious and full of character with amazing views across to Venice city and close to restaurants and boat services. There was a lovely charming garden we only wished we had more time to enjoy. Paolo and Nadia were extremely responsive hosts. We’ll most definitely be back.

l'alloggio è comodissimo e fornito di ogni necessità. Molto comodo e godibile lo spazio esterno, soprattutto per i cani. Alessandro e Stefania sono molto disponibili e simpatici. Consigliamo senza dubbio questo alloggio e ci torneremo sicuramente!

Bellissima casa, facile da raggiungere dalla stazione a piedi. Casa pulita, ordinata e confortevole. Ottimi ristoranti e bar nelle vicinanze. Andree è stata molto disponibile. Da ripetere!

We had a fantastic time, thank you! The location is perfect, in a quiet area around the corner from Giardini. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the vaporetto stop is conveniently located at a few steps from the house. The flat is spotless and we immediately felt at home. It has everything you need, from perfect air conditioning to efficient wi-fi (I worked and had Zoom calls during our stay). The hosts were very kind from the beginning and welcomed us in person at the check-in, even if our arrival was delayed to after midnight. Around the corner from the house, Osteria San Isepo serves some delicious food in a quiet ‘calle’. We are looking forward to going back, highly recommended!

Emplacement exceptionnel : vue imprenable sur la lagune, au calme, en face d'un arrêt de vaporetto... Beau et pratique à la fois. Très grande réactivité de Luigi, toujours à l'écoute et attentif : un grand merci ! Nous sommes venus 5 jours à 7 (avec nos 5 enfants de 13 à 23 ans) et nous avons passés un séjour merveilleux à partir de ce logement. Logement bien chauffé (important en décembre !) et eau chaude en quantité, parfait. Un seul bémol : la machine à laver annoncée dans le descriptif n'était pas fonctionnelle et a fait sauter l'électricité. Dommage car nous avions prévu une lessive sur place... On pourrait aussi attendre un peu plus de vaisselle pour 7. Mais cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir à l'occasion, nous l'espérons ! Nous recommandons.

Abbiamo pernottato per 11 giorni, 3 ospiti, siamo stati benissimo! Pietro e la moglie ci hanno forniti tutto l’occorrente e l’attenzione che necessitavamo 😊 Posto incantevole immerso nel verde con balcone che da sul giardino. La casa è spaziosa e calda. Pulizia impeccabile👌 Consigliatissimo 😊 Torneremo senz’altro in futuro. Sean

Great location as near Santa Lucia station. Walkable with 2 bridge to cross. Easy check in, easy to follow instructions. The apartment was superb for me. The old classic kinda 2 storey house u will find in Venice. Love it. There’s trade off for that is the furniture bit old but great for me. At the common living & kitchen, quite dim. A little brighter with more lights would be great. The kitchen pots pans cutlery as sparkling clean. Gas stove great. Huge dining table for snacking and chatting. Both bedrooms on 2nd storey. One bathroom 1st storey and one at 2nd storey. So some stairs to climb. Both bedrooms superb. Spacious. Well lit. The bathroom 2nd floor linked to both bed rooms with lock, and with bath tub with jacuzzi. I used once and very satisfying after long day. Within walking distance, super yummy restaurant food and gelato. A bit far from St Mark’s but taking ferry is easy fuss free less walking! Super responsive host and recommended nice ferry tour to Burano Murano! Great!!

Una esperienza fantastica con Apollo e Diana. Ho prenotato l'alloggio con mesi di anticipo e sono stati gentilissimo con le mie richieste di modifica (ho aggiunto un ospite e una notte) successive. La casa è in una posizione ottimale per muoversi a piedi da e per Venezia, ma in una strada tranquilla. Tutto perfetto, dal check-in all'immobile esattamente come da foto se non meglio. Ma è per la cura alle comunicazioni, la disponibilità e la gentilezza che raccomando sinceramente questo host! Grazie mille per tutto!

Wir haben eine Woche bei Carla und Daniele gewohnt. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen mit einem riesigen Obstkorb und einer Flasche Prosecco und haben uns eine umfassende Führung durch Haus und Garten gegeben. Carla war sehr hilfreich, wenn es um Restaurantempfehlungen ging oder Tips zum Einkaufen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, gepflegt und praktisch. Ein Highligt für uns war das Frühstück in der Morgensonne am Balkon mit Blick in den Garten. Wir haben uns eine 7Tageskarte für Vaporetto und Bus gekauft und sind den Lido entlanggefahren und haben die Inselnbesucht. Nach Biennale und Venedig- Stadtbesuch waren wir jedes Mal froh wieder in unsere schöne und ruhige Bleibe am Lido zurückkehren zu können. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen mit dem Zug anzureisen, es ist viel entspannter und alles ist leicht zufinden. Am Lido braucht man kein Auto und in Venedig schon gar nicht. Ein schöner Urlaub mit Kunst, und Kultur und einer sehr netten Wohnung bei Carla wo wir wohl gefühlt haben.

El apartamento de Gianmarco es perfecto, muy práctico y tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. El barrio muy tranquilo, lindas residencias, supermercado a unas pocas cuadras con movilidad de transporte muy cerca: en venecia en 15 minutos. La comunicación fue excelente y estuvieron atentos a cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Súper recomiendo para hospedarse!

Our stay in Venice was a great pleasure. Of course, the city is just marvelous. And Jess‘ apartment added to a great experience. It is located in the middle of the city close to Mercato Rialto - and very quiet at the same time. Jess provided us with useful information and was always available when we had a question. The apartment is lovely with everything you need. And the terrace is just a blast. To have breakfast in the sun end of october before heading out into the city - that was extra nice. We would return anytime and highly recommend Jess‘ Domus Croce.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: a due passi dalla stazione, che permette di raggiungere Venezia in pochi minuti, senza stress e senza dover prendere l’auto. Le camere erano pulite, confortevoli e ben attrezzate, ideali per un soggiorno rilassante dopo una giornata trascorsa a esplorare la città. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Nei dintorni ci sono diverse opzioni per mangiare, tra pizzerie, bar e ristoranti, rendendo ancora più comoda la permanenza. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente, soprattutto considerando la vicinanza a Venezia. Consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia visitare la città senza rinunciare alla comodità e a un soggiorno piacevole!

Bu evden ayrılmak istemedik! Harika bir tatildi. Evin inanılmaz güzellikteki manzarasına hayran olduk. Terası ve geniş pencereleri ile Venedik’i gerçekten evin içerisinden yaşadık. Evin konumu da şehrin tadını çıkarmak için doğru bir seçim. Ev sahibimizin organize ettiği özel transfer bizi havalimanından aldı ve evimize getirdi, dönüş günümüzde bunu tekrar kullandık ve çok rahat ettik, yorulmadık. Bunu ayarladıkları için de ev sahiplerine çok teşekkür ederiz. Ev sahibimiz Pietro bizi karşıladı çok kibar ve yardımseverdi, şahane zevkli dekore edilmiş evini gezdirdi, her şeyi tek tek anlattı. Aile apartmanı olması ve konumu itibariyle kendinizi her zaman güvende hissedebilirsiniz. Evin içinde sizin için her şey düşünülmüş, olumsuz tek bir şey söyleyemem. Kesinlikle bu eve geri dönmek isterdik. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle güzel Venedik!
