We have been staying at Marriott Newport Coast Villas for years. It is a beautiful family oriented resort close to Orange County’s est beaches, restaurants and malls. Can’t go wrong !

Rebecca was very responsive and helpful! Her place is very comfortable and very well stocked. Worked great for 3 people. Decorated very nice! Didn’t use the swimming pool it was a bit cold. Jacuzzi is wonderful! Would stay here again.

Klaudia was a great host, responsive and open to assist with any questions throughout our stay. We felt at home and found parking around the corner which is not too far from the complex entrance . Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe . I really like the fact that the 7/11 is steps away .

Place is beautiful and well maintained. Amenities are great . Location is amazing and close by to a big shopping plaza with lots of great choices for dining. Would definitely recommend it.

We loved staying here. It was centrally located and very easy to walk to the aquarium and restaurants. The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had. Parking was easy but you do need to grab the transponder sticker inside the apartment before you can access the garage. This was the perfect place for our family’s weekend getaway in Long Beach. The views at the apartment were incredible and it’s close proximity to everything made our trip very enjoyable.

Lilith is truly an amazing and caring host who is willing to help in any way she can. This was my second time booking this reservation because it is the perfect stay for a relaxing vacation. I look forward to booking again soon.

This Beach House was a great location, central to a lot of shops, restaurants and activities, and very homy to come back to every day after adventures in Long Beach and Catalina Island. Modern appliances and comfortable interior made it a great place to stay. Just blocks from the beach I was able to walk to breakfast every morning and bring my skates down to the beach walk for evening sunsets. Great place and highly recommended staying here!

The condo is in a great location, dog friendly and looks exactly how it’s shown in the pictures. I am pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness and it was pristine! We would absolutely stay again and check out one of their other rentals. Thanks for a great stay and the fun snack basket and wine upon arrival. Morgan

Nice 2 bedroom 2 bath to relax in while my husband and I were traveling. Very pleasant experience. Jessica was a great host. Very warm and responsive communication.

Stunning views, extremely responsive host and flexible with our check in and check out times. The room was just as pictured and enjoyed having a private quiet place to stay!

Great hosts with thoughtful amenities in the condo. The place is a converted warehouse so thin walls and noise can heard in the hallways and neighbors. Amazing view from the living room. Neighborhood can be sketchy at night, but if you need to stay near the LA Live area/Convention Center/Crypto Arena, hard to beat!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay in Avalon. The condo was nice and comfortable and clean. It is in the back side of the little town but not to worry because the town is small so it was very easy to walk everywhere. We enjoyed the hot tub and the golf cart made it easy to get groceries and get our luggage to the ferry landing on departure day. We can’t wait to come back to Catalina for another great weekend. We had a great stay at Mandy's place. The house was furnished well and beautifully decorated. The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed and the location was convenient to shops, restaurants, and freeways to get around SoCal. Communication was easy - the lock was acting strange one day and Vicky was quick to respond. The only downside was that the neighbors upstairs were quite loud (heavy stomping as early as 4:30am almost every day) - obviously not the owner's fault but something to consider if you're a light sleeper. That being said, we would still highly recommend this Airbnb if you're in the area.

Kelly’s place will not disappoint! My goodness the minute you open her front door … you know you picked right! Absolutely welcoming and just a home feel. We would have rented another full month but others beat us to it. We are relocating from Hawaii and are closing on our own new place. So we needed longer stay times. You will not be disappointed with this choice! The bed are super comfortable and the furnishings are as well. Some hosts do not put emphasis enough on furnishings. They pick cheap and super uncomfortable couches etc. Kelly’s place is just right. She thought of truly hosting her guests. It shows in her place. Again… this is one gem you cannot miss. 😊

Christian was very helpful and accommodating, and the place is great. Only thing to keep in mind is that the rooms give on a noisy street, but earplugs were enough for me to have a good sleep.
