If your going to a event at the intuit dome or sofi stadium this is a great place to stay. It took around 15 minutes to get to the stadium. The house is as described and looks like the pictures. The house was very clean and spacious. Directions to get in we’re clear and very simple. I’d love to stay here again if I’m in the area and catching a game.

Excellent one bedroom home for what i needed. Melissa is also an excellent host. All straight forward and Melissa was awesome and quick to respond. 15-20 minute walk to everything in Long Beach. I plan to stay again this time next year.

Funky but cozy spot right near the beach. Had everything we needed for the weekend! The washer is the style that plugs into the kitchen sink and is really loud, heads up for any families with infants that need to do laundry during their stay :)

Having grown up in Belmont Shore it was great to stay in Shawn’s house. We loved the space and location which is close to great restaurants and the beach. The garage made coming and going easy and convenient. We can’t wait to stay again! Thank you for your hospitality and great communication before and during our stay.

This place went above and beyond my expectations. Trust me, I am an avid Airbnb user and this should be in the top spots to stay in the US honestly. Not only was the place amazing but the host was extremely friendly, responsive, and respectful all at once. It made my vacation with my mom the perfect trip for us.

We enjoyed staying in Craig’s home. The views were pretty, loved the fire pit at night! Everything was clean, very spacious & modern. We wanted the LA experience and we sure got it! Very quiet neighborhood, you can open the windows hear kids playing across the street; which made it feel more home like & a safe area to stay. We enjoyed having the whole home to ourselves! Plenty of things to do around the area with downtown not being too far away! Much appreciation for letting us stay for our week long vacation! :)

We loved our stay at the Magical Treehouse. Our family was displaced by the Eaton fire and we needed a private, peaceful place to bring home our new baby boy, and I was so happy to have booked Brian's place. The house is comfy and well-stocked, the neighborhood is super walkable with friendly neighbors, and the view is absolutely unreal. We're also close to a bunch of great LA neighbors and some really restaurants and coffee shops. Brian was responsive and friendly, too.

Only stayed 1 night but will book for longer next time we are in town. Location is great! We like to walk to the beach and it is so close. The view from the rooftop and even the kitchen was great also! Our host was very responsive and friendly. Helped us find a quick bite as soon as we got there. The home temperature was comfortable and very well equipped for any outside temperature to make sure that each room / floor was at the temperature that you want it to be at.

had a wonderful stay at Clara's poolhouse. place has everything you need, for a one or two person stay. its a great neighborhood with a lot of cool stuff to do nearby, i didnt get a chance to use the pool, but i we had some sunny days, and just vibing on a chase lounge was nice enough. would stay again

David and Kelly's home was just as described, a beautiful secluded ranch in a nice walkable neighborhood. They were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early (especially helpful when flying across the county with 2 year old triplets!) The home had everything our group of 12 needed. We let David know an air filter needed to be replaced, just as a heads up and he changed it that day! They were truly wonderful hosts! An amazing perk of Airbnb is experiencing the culture and way of life where you are visiting, rather than a bland hotel room.

Levy's place was definitely what I was looking for when I planned to stay in Orange. The add-on of the heated pool was amazing for those cold nights when you still want to go for a swim. The jacuzzi was nice and hot and ready to go. The additional games in the backyard definitely kept us entertained in between our weekend events. Levy was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had and she accommodated us with a generous late check-out. If I'm ever visiting the area again and Im in need of a place to stay like Levy's, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

We had an enjoyable stay while visiting the area and family. The location was perfect and also walkable to coffee, stores, restaurants and even a gym. The house is open and has several places in the home where we could gather.

5 Stars I would definitely recommend this air b and b the host literally thought of everything for the comfort of the guest! She is so very thoughtful! This is Best air b and b I've come across so far. I epically enjoyed how private everything was, I dont like having to share my space with other renters. It is definitely worth every penny!

Ryan and Rosie were wonderful - very attentive and proactive communicators. It made their place feel like truly mine for a few nights - it was great to have a home away from home. Will absolutely stay here the next time I’m back in town!

The house is exactly as advertised. It was clean and in a great location. Maylen, was very responsive to our needs. We had a great stay. We'll definitely come back.

We came to celebrate my grandson's 3rd bday with extended family. It was very roomy and comfortable. We did not use the pool because it was cold. But, it was a beautiful backyard. We will definitely be back to enjoy the backyard.

The house is really beautiful and cozy, with one bedroom on the first floor and 3 on the second. We came here with 6 persons and the bathroom is enough for all of us. We made meals every single day and Cheryl prepared a lot of different seasoners for us which is really helpful for us. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is just fine. Fashion Island and Spectrum are only 20 minutes drive. We will come back for sure if we pay another visit to Irvine next time and will definitely introduce this nice place to our friends. Thank you Cheryl for always very nice and responsive.

Justin’s place was a fantastic addition to our extended stay in California. We stayed for nearly a month, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Justin was highly responsive to any requests and proactive in replenishing amenities, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The home was impeccably clean, and the backyard provided a great space for our children to enjoy. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-maintained home, whether for a short-term visit or an extended stay

Overall a great stay and home base for exploring the area. We stayed with our toddler and the bin of books and toys was awesome and kept him pretty occupied. I also appreciated the easy checkout and not having to do a billion things before leaving because its hard enough to get a 2 year old out the door! The host was responsive and let us check in a little early.

This cozy little accommodation is all about LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! It is 20 min (give or take with traffic) to Disneyland and about the same to the beach. It was super easy to find and not far from two major highways. The outside of the home is adorable with white picket fence and blooming tree in the front yard. Many dining options within walking distance, or a short drive away. Hot tub was a major bonus at this find, and plenty of towels available. Kitchen was spotless with well working and clean appliances, though a dish drying rack would have been nice. Overall, a great little place to stay with a small group or small family wanting a centrally located place between many SoCal attractions.

I would absolutely recommend staying in Stacy’s guest house! The guest house is clean, spacious, and fully equipped with kitchen supplies, a washer and dryer, shower toiletries, and anything you may need. The area was fairly quiet yet conveniently located near the airport and stadium. We felt safe, comfortable, and had lots of fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future.

It was peace and quiet, calm and tranquil. There was tea and coffee available which was welcome. And we could get up at all hours and sit outside without disturbing anyone.

We had a lovely stay at Sison's place. The guesthouse exceeded expectations, there were muffins, fruit, snacks, milk, OJ, tea and coffee amenities for us. The beds were super soft and comfortable and the bathroom was clean with good shower water pressure. We would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Pictures match to what this place looks like in person. The host was very responsive and had a clear instructions. Would definitely stay again!
