Zeer net appartement, goede parkeermogelijkheden en goede bereikbaarheid naar de stad

Parfait ! Hôte réactive, accueillante et logement très propre ! Proche de commodité surtout en période de fêtes de Noël ! Parking juste en face, 27€ une journée, cela reste très correct !

Bon logement, conforme et adéquat pour une nuit, au sous sol d une maison familiale. Le seul point à savoir est que si vous mesurez plus d'1m85 environ, vous toucherez presque le plafond ! 🙂

Schöne Wohnung, alles da, was man braucht. Gut geeignet für Krankenhausbegleitung. Mit dem Auto 3 Minuten, zu Fuß - wenn man sich die Abkürzung verraten läßt - knapp 10 Minuten. Vermieterin nett und unkompliziert. War da für 6 Tage Ende März 2025, um meinen Mann isn Krankenhaus zu begleiten.

een prachtig appartement, ideaal voor 2 personen. Alles was netjes en in orde. De sauna douche deed enorm veel deugd na een sneeuwwandeling. Alles was perfect! Bedankt Rita en Achim voor jullie heerlijke gastvrijheid.

Hier hebben we een geweldig verlengd weekend gehad! Pal in het centrum van Malmedy, verswinkel aan overkant van de straat, bakker en restaurants op wandelafstand. Appartement zelf is niets op aan te merken, alles tip top! Communicatie met de hosts verliep heel vlot, vriendelijk en steeds een snelle reactie. Hier komen we graag terug!

Wir haben zwei Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht und uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Unser Ziel war es, den Aachener Weihnachtsmarkt zu besuchen und in der Umgebung zu wandern. Dafür ist die Wohnung, sofern man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, ein idealer Ausgangspunkt. Von Bettina haben wir hilfreiche Tipps für lokale Spezialitäten bekommen - die Printen der Printenbäckerei Klein sind einfach spitze.

We had a beautiful weekend stay! The owners are just amazing! They treat their holiday home as their child and they are very proud of it! And they gave us the most amazing welcome with birthday decorations for my mom! The house is nice and very well equipped, new and clean! The wooden stokes sauna is lovely (maybe an outdoor shower could be a nice addition). The restaurant and bakery nearby are nice too and the “churches hike” (12KM), check Komoot is great! Thank you so much for hosting us! Strongly recommend this B&B!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Sebastiaan's house with three adults and three kids. Everything we needed was there, and we loved looking out the kitchen windows to the peaceful creek and fields beyond the backyard. Our kids had a great time playing in the creek as well as enjoying the toys, books, and games in the house. We loved using the indoor fireplace and outdoor BBQ. The house was very clean but still felt comfortable and homey. We didn't realize in advance the kitchen was a few steps down from the living and sitting room, but it ended up being a great space with large enough rooms for everyone to be together but also easy to split into smaller groups. The walk from the house to the nature reserve was wonderful and we saw lots of nesting herons. We felt we still had things we wanted to do in the area and we'd love to visit again and stay again at Sebastiaan's place.

Carmen ist eine wunderbare Vermieterin und eine noch tollere Persönlichkeit. Wir haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder ☺️

We had a really pleasant stay at this Apartment. Laurence is a really nice and friendly host. The Apartment is nice and cozy and exactly how she described it. We really enjoyed staying at the pool. Its nice and clean and the poolshed was good for chilling. We really can recommend this Airbnb to calm down relax and have a good time. Thanks to Laurence and her lovely Family

Juliane ist eine Super nette Gastgeberin gewesen. Ihr Haus/ Anwesen ist wirklich der Hammer. Sogar noch schöner wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben unser all jährliches Männerwochende dort verbracht mit 16 Jungs. Da passt wirklich alles Jederzeit wieder. Vielen Dank

Es war ein schönes Haus mit Highlights wie Pferde worüber sich die Kinder sehr gefreut haben ! Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, gepflegt und geräumig. Leider haben wir unsere Hausschuhe nicht mitgehabt; der Boden war auf Dauer doch etwas kalt gewesen (liegt aber auch an den Fliesen 😊). Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft und liebevolle Gastgeber. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Héél mooi en proper huis, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Zeer ruim, mooi ingericht en toffe ligging. Mooi uitzicht, rustige omgeving en toch dichtbij alles (auto). De gegeven tips om dingen te bezoeken waren heel handig! De eigenaars zijn supervriendelijk, geven duidelijke instructies en reageren erg snel. Alles was in orde, wij raden dit verblijf 100% aan.

We kijken terug op een paar zeer ontspannende dagen in Gîtes Doyard, ofwel het verblijf van verhuurder Bert. Het contact is van begin af aan al goed, de woning ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, de ligging is werkelijk fantastisch. De groot aangelegen tuin, waar zich in afgeschermd gebied de riante jacuzzi bevind, nodigt tijdens mooie lente dagen uit om de hele dag in door te brengen. Maar bezoek ook vooral de omgeving: Houffalize, Bastogne (indrukwekkend oorlogsmuseum) Durbuy en La Roche zijn enkele aanbevelingen. Ook wij sluiten ons aan in het rijtje terugkerende bezoekers voor dit fijne vakantiehuis in de Ardennen. Merci Bert!

wir haben uns bei Ute sehr wohl gefühlt. das Zimmer mit Bad sehr gemütlich. das Frühstück wunderbar und gesund. Vielen Dank wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The furniture was clean, in good condition, and sufficient for our needs. The house was well-equipped, with everything we needed readily available. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the private parking was a great convenience. The view from the property was lovely, and the heating worked perfectly, keeping us cozy. The sofa bed was good for sitting, but for sleeping, it wasn’t very comfortable—it made noise and wasn’t in the best shape. The bedroom, however, was comfortable and well-suited for a good night’s sleep. Overall, it’s a nice place with plenty of positive aspects.

Perfekter Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war einfach großartig! Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und genau wie in der Beschreibung. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von den Gastgebern, immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine tolle Unterkunft mit Whirlpool und Sauna zum entspannen suchen! Man kann hier absolut abschalten und den Alltag vergessen.
