This property was amazing! Michael met us to let us in and give us the keys. He went through details of the home in detail and also provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, etc. We were very comfortable. The furniture and amenities made us feel at home. The most amazing aspect of the home was the huge balcony with view of the entire ocean! I could sit out there for hours! Es war Perfekt. Sehr sehr Freundlicher Gastgeber und ein Super Studio mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Sauber und Gross. Viele Aufmerksamkeiten im Kühlschrank bei unserer Ankunft. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Lage ist Perfekt mit Restaurants und Minimarkt in der nähe. Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Schönes Badezimmer. In der Küche hat es alles was man braucht. (Sandwichesmaker,Toster,Wasserkocher,Kochplatte,Filterkaffemaschine) Wir waren zum dritten mal in Stalis. Dieses Zimmer war das beste von allen.

Yorgos Wohnung hat sehr gute Lage: liegt nah 5-7 min zum Strand, sehr nahr zum Backarei, mehrere Supermarkt, gute Taverna. Das ist nicht direkt in Retimno, jedoch sehr gut in 10 min mit Bus bzw.erreichbar oder 2 km bei schöne Spaziergang am Promenade entlang der Strandpromenade mit viele Restaurant. Die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet( Grossere Kühlschrank, Herd, Spüll- und Waschmaschine,Moskitonetz in jeder Fenster, Klimaanlage). Dazu gehört auch Balkon wo man Abends sitzen könnte und kleine Pool mit viele Wasserspielzeuge. Yourgos und seine Tochter sind auch sehr nette Leute.Yourgos antwortet immer schnell, gibt gute Tipps und sogar zum Abschluss hat uns traditionelle griechische Sweets geschenkt. Vielen Dank. Wir können Yougos Appartament weiter empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und das Meer direkt vor der Terrasse. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren wir in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Unsere Hosts waren sehr hilfreich und haben meiner Oma auch ein Taxi zum Flughafen bestellt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Die Lage des Appartments ist hervorragend und direkt am schönen Sandstrand. Die Busverbindung in die Stadt ist auch super und die Bushaltestelle lediglich 5 min entfernt. Das Appartment ist exakt wie auf den Bildern und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, und die Kommunikation verläuft ohne Probleme. Wir hatten 1-2 kleine Fragen, und hier wurde uns sofort weitergeholfen. Fazit: Wir würden wieder kommen.

This is a marvelous, comfortable and clean apartment with everything in working order and matching the posted photos. A very comfortable place to stay. The location is great, in the center of the old city and convenient for supermarket shopping, some fantastic restaurants (several were recommended by the host) and transportation. The area is safe, quiet and charming. The host was very responsive and proactive, and he made check-in and check-out easy. The terrace of the apartment is a real bonus. It's spacious and has a lovely view. One of the best AirBnBs I've stayed in.

Hallo zusammen ich bin Kevin Ich wahr sehr zu Frieden mit der Unterkunft es hat einfach alles gepasst sehr gute Lage unten vor der Tür sind Kiosk da bekommt man fast alles was man braucht 1 Minute bis zum Meer man muss nur über die Straße gehen sehr gute Lage kann die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen und Aliki ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle sur cette belle Île et le séjour chez Jim y a fortement continué. Ses parents habitent en dessous de son superbe appartement et nous avons lié des liens amicaux. Helena nous a régalé de spécialités qu’elle cuisinait et renseignés sur tout ce que nous avions besoin de savoir pour passer un moment plus que paradisiaque. L’appartement est très bien équipé, propre, et la vue du balcon exceptionnelle. Il se trouve tout près des plages et de tout commerce utile . Il est aussi très facile de rejoindre les grands axes. Bref, un séjour exceptionnel chez des gens d une qualité de cœur et d une hospitalité exceptionnelle.

Schönes Apartment in toller Lage mit großem Balkon (allerdings ohne Sonne). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Highly recommend! A quiet area, close to everything. We stayed here start of October with our 14 yr old and 3 month old son. The apartment looks like the photos, very clean andy tidy. Very comfortable bed, was huge 💛. We had asked for a cot, which was there. The pool was lovely, very refreshing, solar heated. We were the only ones using it, due to out of main season, an unexpected luxury. The beach is a mix of sand and stones, literally just outside the gate. Within 10 mins walk is a supermarket, pharmacies, a patisserie with huge pain au chocolates - highly recommend, they also had pastries (cheese and bacon, mushroom and ham etc). If you walk along the sea front for about 20mins get into Gournes which has several beach bars, and restaurants/ cafes, we went to Taverna ambrosia, very good even had a baby change area (not everywhere has these) and soft play at the back. It’s a 45 min walk to the Creta aquarium, definitely worth a see. Ioannis arranged several taxis for us.

Nikos was an out standing host - the property was second to none - really pleased I stayed - if I ever go back to Crete, I will definitely stay at this property - thanks again Nikos for being so friendly and helpful, bo5h you and your wife - by far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at.

This was a luxury experience with every detail thought of and provided. Location stunning on the beach with beautiful view of the Aegean and sunsets. The respectful and warm history allowed us to feel at home and had great recommendations for eating visiting and shopping. Will definitely be back. Loved the ability to cook at the suite and eat on the verandah or stroll down the road and eat out at great quality and diverse restaurants. Close to Heraklion to visit the museum palaces or day trip out to Santorini. Such a great base to either relax and swim at the beach or go out to visit the sites. Wir hatten tolle Tage in dem Haus. Da es nur 2 Nachbarhäuser gibt, war es immer sehr ruhig und privat. Der Ausblick ist toll und man hat wirklich mehr als genug Platz draußen. Das Haus und der Aussenbereich sind gepflegt und wir haben uns rundum wohl dort gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host lief auch sehr gut ab. Wir haben sehr schnell Antworten und Unterstützung zu unseren Anliegen erhalten. Wir können es definitiv weiter empfehlen!

Olga et sa famille sont des gens d'une très grande gentillesse. L'accueil est exemplaire. Sa maman Helene nous a préparé des spécialités grecques pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. De par ses connaissances nous avons aussi pu assister à des spectacles de danses typiques de la région. Je vous recommande cette destination sans aucun problème. Nous y retournerons nous aussi pour approfondir la découverte de cette ile grecques.

Es war wirklich traumhaft schön! George war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert. Man hat gemerkt, dass es seine Leidenschaft ist und sein höchstes Ziel unsere Zufriedenheit war! Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Wir waren vom 6.10.-12.10. bei Nikos in der Unterkunft. Der Meerblick war toll. Abends haben wir das Meer rauschen gehört. 2 Minuten zum Strand. Das Wasser war klar und angenehme 25°. Am Strand waren nicht viele Leute, eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Insel bietet viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Altstadt von Rethymno ist allein eine Reise wert. Die Preise sind ok. Die Griechen sind nett und gastfreundlich. Nikos war zur Stelle, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Diese Unterkunft können wir empfehlen👍. Wir haben sehr schöne vier Tage hier verbracht. Der Ausblick ist wirklich wunderschön und in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß bei einem Supermarkt. Vor dem Haus konnte man gut parken.

This place cannot be faulted, excellent host, we wanted for nothing. Great location for centre of town, easy walking distance to amenities, would come back here again without hesitation

this was a fantastic location, while you're in a busy area the apartment is actually peaceful and relaxing, the jacuzzi is perfect, the views from the balcony are unbelievable and it's a great spot for sunbathing, eating, drinking and relaxing. everyone has been super helpful and communicative from the minute we booked, the shop being downstairs means they are there almost 24/7 if you need anything. from this location there's so many things to do, we went on a bus to heraklion and hired a car and highly recommend agios nikolaos but you can really make your trip whatever you want it to be. thanks for a lovely stay!

Das Apartment liegt in einer tollen Lage zwischen zwei sehr schönen Stränden und nicht allzu weit vom Flughafen entfernt oder für andere Ausflüge mit dem Auto. Man kann hier noch den typisch griechischen Charme erleben - in den Tavernen am Meer oder im nahe gelegenen Supermarkt. Das Apartment selbst ist sauber und hat alles was man braucht! Sogar 1 Flasche kalt gestelltes Wasser und die nötigsten Dinge zum Kochen (Öl, Salz, Zucker, Kaffee) sind vorhanden! Dimitris war darüber hinaus sehr freundlich und half bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen mit dem WLAN sofort weiter! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und genossen sehr die Gastfreundschaft! Wir würden immer wieder kommen :)

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, um die Insel zu erkunden, man ist im Zentrum der Insel, sofort auf der Autobahn (Empfehlung: vor Einzug unbedingt rückwärts am Berg anfahren üben!!) und trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig und hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Vor allem der kleine Balkon direkt über dem Meer hat es uns angetan, auch wenn er im Sommer vielleicht etwas zu heiß/zu wenig schattig sein könnte. Hier schließt man auch schnell Freundschaft mit den 4 Katzen, die gelegentlich auch den Nachbarshund zur Weißglut treiben. Wer Angst vor Katzen hat, sollte sich bei diesen anhänglichen Exemplaren lieber eine andere Wohnung suchen, Katzenfreunde werden es lieben. Mariannas Mutter ist eine gute Seele, bringt Eier der hauseigenen Hühner sowie frisches Obst und Gemüse vorbei. Alles in allem für uns der perfekte Ort, um die Erkundung der Insel mit Erholung zu kombinieren.
