Belle maison bien équipée et en bonne condition. Les lits sont confortables, mais nous n'avions pas de petit drap dans notre chambre (seulement une douillette et des draps pour recouvrir le matelas). La cour arrière avec la piscine est bien aménagée avec beaucoup de chaises et aussi des endroit à l'ombre. Le barbecue au charbon est fonctionnel et bien pratique. La piscine est chauffée, mais il faut payer un extra et malheureusement je n'étais pas au courant, sinon j'aurais payé l'extra, car l'eau était froide. Le quartier est sécuritaire, mais nous aurions aimé avoir un parc ou des endroits verts à proximité, sans avoir à prendre la voiture, pour marcher et pratiquer des sports. Plusieurs plages à proximité en voiture sont facilement accessibles (Pompano beach, Fort Lauderdale). Je recommande cette maison, car nous avons passé un très beau séjour.

Great house for a big group - loved the pool

Easy to find and nice keypad entry! House had a LOT of room - we had 5 adults and we could easily spread out. We used 3 bedrooms - with the 4th bedroom (with a desk) used as an office. Seating available for 6 in the dining room; kitchen updated and very handy! Linens and towels were ample. Washer & dryer were also nice to have. We enjoyed sitting outside by the pool with the colorful wall murals!! The house is on a dead-end; NO traffic noise; a park is located across the street. We had easy access to University Drive - and all the retail and restaurants it had in close proximity. It was also easy to get to The Guitar Hotel and Casino; Hard Rock Stadium; the beaches, and all points North and South! Great LOCATION! Joseph was also GREAT to work with - FRIENDLY and TIMELY communication!!

Christina’s place was absolutely lovely! The pool was perfect, and the backyard felt like a little oasis—so peaceful and relaxing. The interior was exactly as expected, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. We had such a great time and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

We loved the space! Ralph and Frank were fantastic hosts! They were responsive, friendly and very accommodating! The whole place is wonderful, but the pool area is heaven! It is your own personal space and very relaxing. I highly recommend this place!

John was extremely responsive and provided very clear instructions for check in. Upon checking in we had some questions and needed him to take care of a few items. He was extremely proactive in responding and working out a solution for items that needed attention. The house is very roomy, kitchen is generously stocked with plates, glasses, cutlery, cooking pots, utensils,etc. The neighborhood is very friendly and we enjoyed some evening walks around the area. The Publix is nearby and we picked up groceries a few times during our stay. Pompano beach is 2.5 miles away and is a very family friendly beach with a fun vibe. We also did a couple of day trips to Miami with a commute time of approx 30-35 minutes into Miami. After all the lights and action of Miami , it was nice to come back and chill in front of the TV. Overall John is a very solution oriented host and responds very quickly to texts, phone calls and emails.

Great place, felt welcomed. Host was amazing. Quick reply very and very helpful. Parked at margaritaville which was cheap and not far at all.

You can feel how much love went into this listing. Ben was just an incredible host and the place was impeccable. There are more amenities than needed so this how you can tell that Ben thought of everything. ★★★★★ We had an absolutely incredible stay at Ben's Fort Lauderdale house! From the moment we booked, Ben was a fantastic host – communicative, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Check-in was a breeze, and we were immediately blown away by the property. The house itself is stunning. It's even more beautiful in person than the photos. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated with a modern beach vibe, and equipped with everything we could possibly need (and more!). The kitchen was fully stocked with high-end appliances, making cooking a joy. We especially loved the outdoor space – the patio area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sunshine. The location was also ideal, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants.

The home was welcoming, clean, very comfortable. Excellent kitchen supplies sugar/spices condiments (which we added too) to cook with. Appreciated 3 different nice coffee appliances. Nice bedding and comfortable beds. Bathrooms are small but nice. Nice towels, beach towels. Beach chairs and coolers available. Outdoor seating areas were nice. comfortable new cushions, pillows. Everything was good quality and great working order. We enjoyed the heated pool. Thanks Nick for the easy last minute check in. We had a great stay!

Overall a 5/5. Location, location, location - terrific. About a 5 minute walk south on A1A and then through a short path between private residences to the beach. Unit was 1 of 6 or so. We were there during spring break season, but the property was still quiet and pleasant. The shared pool (not heated) had a few people around, but never crowded. We did kill a cockroach in the kitchen, but other than that the kitchen was clean and organized. An expensive suggestion - add a few knives without serrated blades. All they had were steak/butter knives so trying to cut fruit with a serrated edge was pretty messy. Small investment for the host and a good deal more convenient for the traveler. The host provided a beach umbrella and two chairs for use on the beach. 2nd chair was so rusted, it was barely usable. We went to Wal-Mart, bought another chair and left it for future guests. Host was clear about paper towels/toiletries, but it would be very helpful to have more than 1/4 role upon arrival.

Wow! Just WOW! I appreciate Beatriz deeply, as she was available to accommodate my family and I for a last minute reservation, as my prior plan fell through. Beatriz was easy to communicate with, very thorough, empathic and overall a sweet, genuine spirit. The home was very beautiful and clean! I was very impressed with how everything was organized and decorated. The location was serene as well. I was able to play a little pool and brush up on my skills. I wish I was able to play the other games she had available but didn’t have time. I am so happy that I was able to stay here with family. We all enjoyed it, along with the amenities (my mother was impressed with the availability of kitchen and cooking utensils!). THANK YOU BEATRIZ! I will certainly return whenever I take a trip down to Florida.

Sheila's place in Delray Beach is a real gem! This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom full home with a ton of living space, a well stocked kitchen, and a beautiful pool in an oasis of a backyard. We found the home had everything we could think of from kitchen essentials (and beyond), pool floats, towels, extra blankets, and even laundry detergent. Additionally, the neighborhood felt safe and friendly while also being less than 10 minutes to the beach, restaurants, and other local activities. This is a place that truly feels like a home. I'd argue the longer you stay, the more valuable Sheila's place becomes.

Derek was very thoughtful host with lots of amenities prepared for us vacationers. There was plenty of helpful beach supplies, cooking necessities, comfy linens. He also has a very thoroughly laid out binder with all kinds of helpful tips on the city and surrounding beaches. One of my favorite spots was the front porch. we spent many evenings relaxing out there. I do have a word of caution, maybe look up Wilton Mannor before deciding to take your family here. Everyone was super friendly, and the area was very clean. However, there are some stores that you might not wanting young kids peeping into. Overall, one of the best things of our vacation was closing the gate to the front yard and having our own little private tropical retreat.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful, modern and very clean. The heated pool was everything. The kids loved it so much they did not want to leave. The location was just a short ride to all the great locations. The best part was the privacy. We felt we were in our own little private oasis. We would highly recommend!

Simon was responsive and flexible. The house was on a quiet road with friendly neighbors, and beaches easily walkable (across a busy road, but crosswalks available). We are a family of 4 with 2 young children, and it was nice to have a fenced backyard with hot tub to play in. If you're only renting the front unit, I think it would feel a little awkward to use the backyard based on the setup, but we rented both units so it worked well for us.

This was a great place my 3 yr old daughter did not want to leave , super comfortable and close to everything fully recommend and will come back again!

Marc's place was exactly what we hoped it would be and it exceeded our expectations. Everything matched the listing. Was extremely clean and looked like it had just been redone inside. The only thing was we weren't able to turn up the heat in the hot tub which was a fairly older model with weak jets. This wasn't a huge deal to us so it didn't affect our 5 star review!

Beautiful home in a perfect location which is peaceful and perfect for relaxing, but also close to local attractions and restaurants. An easy walk to the beach, as well as having a spot for bird watching and kayaking right in your back yard. The house matched the description perfectly and Erick was a responsive and friendly host!

Aly was wonderful to work with. She's on top of everything. In a world where mediocrity is the accepted norm of performance Aly shines and far surpassed all expectations.

Great place! A lot of space and great for group travel!

Spencer's place was clean, modern, light, and airy! The house was spacious and had plenty of room to spread out. We loved the pool and hot tub, the outdoor patio had plenty of seating and comfy lounge chairs, plus the ping pong table in the garage was fun for all. It really felt like we were at a luxury resort! The kitchen was large and made cooking for a crowd easy- as we did stay in and cook a few meals, plus the BBQ grill outside was super clean and easy to use. There were plenty of towels/lines and the beach chairs were also a nice bonus. We really enjoyed our stay as it was easy to check in/check out. We were close to stores and restaurants and the beach was just minutes away- yet the house was tucked away on a quiet street. It was a hidden gem! We highly recommend Spencer's place to stay- it worked out great for our family for spring break- adult and teen approved!
