My dad and I had such a wonderful stay at Francesca’s apartment. It is beautiful, clean, comfortable, with everything we needed. She gave us very clear and helpful instructions and was so friendly and quick to respond, the perfect host. We loved the convenient but peaceful location too. Thank you for making our trip so easy and special!

Alenka was super-friendly, helpful and understanding. We can really recommend staying at this apartment house if you want to live as close to the sea as possible in Izola. Mornings and evenings were really calm, throughout the day it got quite crowded. Bars are nearby to relax and get food, music was okay for us. Downstairs lives another family member, very friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you!

Sin duda, apartamento 100% recomendable. El apartamento es ideal para pasar unos días en Venecia. Destacar la disponibilidad de Andrea en todo momento. Si surge cualquier problema no pasa 1 minuto y se presenta en el apartamento para solucionarlo. Han sido unos días increíbles en una ciudad espectacular y con un trato de 10.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Rita was proactive in communication with us and always responsive in a timely fashion. The apartment has a very large terrace overlooking 2 canals. In good weather it is such an inviting spot to share a drink and watch the neighborhood action. We could not have selected a better place to stay in Venice during Carnivale. The apartment was 5 minutes away from Piazza San Marco, but it was just far enough away from the crush of revelers celebrating Carnivale. The apartment is steps away from Fondamenta de la Osmarin, Campo San Provolo, Campo San Zaccaria, and just minutes from Campo San Filippo e San Giacomo, all of which are loaded with cafes and restaurants.

Gorans Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und war exakt so, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen. Zwar liegt die Wohnung etwas außerhalb von Porec, mit dem Auto waren Strand und Altstadt aber in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und eignet sich daher perfekt für Familien. Goran war während der gesamten Zeit stets für uns erreichbar und gab uns einige gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung!

The place was very awesome if you want to have a feel of Venice and also lido. It’s proximities to Centre and access to public transportation makes it very good. I will highly recommend this apartment for families or group of friends.

Emaculate spacious area that is close to everthing you want to see in Venice while providing an easy to find quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle below. Cose to several great restaurants and the kitchen had all the amenities for preparing meals when we didn't want to eat out. Host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Non saprei da dove cominciare per elencare tutte le note positive di questo alloggio. Innanzitutto è difficile trovare un host così disponibile, gentile e anche simpatica! Per quanto riguarda la casa: bellissima, moderna, ben attrezzata, terrazza da fare invidia anche ai migliori roof top spagnoli, compresa di tettoia e parasole elettronici! Se proprio devo fare l’antipatica e scrivere per forza qualcosa che manca.. la grattugia 😂😂 ma anche lì devo ammettere che c’era l’alternativa del pelapatate, quindi niente.. mi tocca fare la precisina e consigliare solo l’aggiunta di una jacuzzi, così posso finalmente fare la mia proposta a Donata per acquistare l’immobile!! Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!! Complimenti

Absolute “white glove treatment” from Pamela! She met us at the train, only need to travel over 4 bridges (a mercy in Venice!) with large suitcases. She was even kind enough to help my elderly mother by carrying her lighter shoulder bag and walked slow to accommodate. As we walked, she gave us info on Venice at-large, but also local areas to the accommodation and the upcoming local San Martin holiday. The accommodation was nicest of all, and she showed us how it worked before leaving and letting us know she was only 10 minutes away if we had questions/needs. Only challenge: description is misleading, as we viewed pictures that showed 2 bedrooms and a living room; about a week ahead of check-in, Pamela informed us that one bedroom and the living space were the same space. We were already on holiday, so it was too late to re-book a space with much time that did not detract from our time already abroad (though she did suggest and allow when we realized—just too late for our travels).

Very beautiful location on the outskirts of Venice in Mira. We were able to try a bunch of great foods in the local area, as well as see the Dolomites. What a beautiful location. Thank you for having us.

We loved our stay ! Laura was a lovely host. She met us at the apartment to go over everything, checked in daily, and offered assistance if needed! Her Insta page was also suuuuper helpful finding great spots for meals. The apartment was very fresh clean, and had everything we needed! It was easy to get to, and close to whatever we needed as well. We would stay here again. Thank You!

We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

Villetta in zona tranquilla, da cui il centro è raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti a piedi. La villetta offre parcheggio interno privato. Spaziosa per 4 persone (noi siamo stati in 3 più il cane), dotata di elettrodomestici utili e ben tenuti. Ospiti molto cordiali e disponibili.

Una bella e tranquilla casa, vicinissima alla stazione vaporetti, posizione comoda per andare da qualsiasi parte. Ci siamo sentite a casa.

Super accueil de Nicola, répond a toutes nos questions et est de bon conseil. Logement propre avec le minimum nécessaire ( condiments , café, thé, gel douche ...)à 20 min de Venise en transport en commun. Nous avons passés un excellent weekend. Merci Nicola pour ta gentillesse 😘.

A nossa experiência não poderia ter sido melhor. Desde os detalhes até as questões maiores tudo foi excelente, o nosso host teve o capricho de deixar até mesmo mimos na geladeira!, tinha sucos ,leite 4 garrafinhas de águas ,integral e desnatado , manteiga, geleias , 4 cápsulas de café , além disso tinha pães de brioche , 2 pacotes de macarrões para uma refeição rápida , isso foi tão , pois chegamos cansados e tarde já . As camas confortáveis e espaçosas, ambiente bom e limpo. Boa localização, pois logo do lado tem um ponto de ônibus e vários cafezinhos, também as terças feiras tem uma feira local muito bacana! Além disso, o host muito querido e simpático nos recebeu muito bem e explicou tudo para nós! Recomendo muito.

Il nostro soggiorno da Daniela è stato perfetto l alloggio si trova vicinissimo alla fermata del bus che porta a Venezia, ci sono supermercati e ristoranti li vicino.l'apparttamento è perfetto noi eravamo 4 due adulti e due bimbi, ambienti spaziosi e puliti. Daniela con noi è sempre stata disponibile in ogni nostra richiesta.Torneremo presto a trovarla.

Le logement est top, je recommande, il est assez grand, très propre, bonne literie, bon emplacement, loin de la foule mais aussi très proche des rues animées Conseil de l’aéroport, pour votre transfert prendre la compagnie privée Alilaguna Blue, 15€ par personne par trajet, vous arrivez très proche de l’appart. Proche d’un arrêt Vaporetto pour accéder aux îles de Murano, Burano et Torcello, prévoyez 1 journée pour visiter les 3 îles

The apartment was just as advertised and in a great location. Central to all the major attractions. Irene, our host, was there to greet us and explain everything in the apartment. She was very responsive to messages as well. Would recommend this place to stay to others.

I have nothing but good words for Monica and her appartment. From the beginning (prior to booking!) of me looking for a specific place, she was very helpful and quick to respond. Any questions I had before or during my trip were swiftly answered and I got lovely recommendations too. The appartment is super clean, and feels luxurious to me! I have already decided to come back and will be staying at Monica's again!

Absolutamente recomendable si quieres pasar un días en Venecia, muy cerca de la estación de tren y muy tranquilo para descansar de los preciosos paseos que puedes dar por la ciudad.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very walkable, only two minutes from Rialto Bridge and less than 10 min to San Marco. It was very convenient for transportation. It was in the heart of the dining and shopping area. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well furnished. It felt private and mostly quiet, other than typical city sounds, which were minimal as apartment was several stories up. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
