Our visit was very short; but we enjoyed our stay. Zabrina's place was as described, peaceful, quiet. Beautiful view looking out the front window. Very cold while we were here could imagine how beautiful the area could be in the spring and fall. Zabrina was very responsive for any questions we had.

Loved our stay for a wedding weekend! The house was even in better in person and perfect for a family stay!

We booked a weekend in early September at the Franklin Guest House, which was comfortable, spacious, and included a well-equipped kitchen and laundry. The house is in a quiet country setting but convenient to restaurants and shopping in nearby Uniontown. The host Audrey was very responsive to messages and also provided directions for finding the house since GPS is not accurate. We also found it helpful to view the location in Google Street view ahead of time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the charming 1880s farmhouse and hope to visit again.

From booking to checkout, everything about our stay was perfect!! I made changes to our arrangements shortly after booking and David was quick to respond and very helpful. Upon arrival, easy entry into the house, and everything was very clean and just as pictured. This location is exactly what we hoped for our weekend!! Peaceful, quiet, clean, and relaxing! I would highly recommend this location and look forward to renting here again. I can't thank you enough for helping to our New Year's weekend getaway so memorable!!

The place is beautiful. Our 2nd time staying there and will definitely return. Lots of outdoor stuff to do, plenty of room and beds, large kitchen. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

Vadim was very responsive. The house was comfortable with a nice living room, kitchen, and media room on the first level and the bedrooms on the second level. The surrounding area is private and secluded. We particularly enjoyed the sauna, the cold plunge, and the fire pit. A great place overall for a quiet and peaceful weekend.

As always, my family had a wonderful stay at The Gem. The house is spacious enough for my three children and is very walkable to great restaurants and shops. I parked my car when we got here and did not move it until checkout.

this an amazing stay, i had only messaged her 30 minutes before I booked the place, working third shift this is a huge help and I appreciate the ability to check in super early. not to mention the blackout curtains are a life changer sleeping during the day, all in all a 5 star place to stay at a good price

Julie was great! She was very responsive and flexible with the check in/check out. I stayed here last minute for work with my dog and she was great with me! If was very quite which is great because I work nightshift and sleep all day. The place was beautiful and I would stay here anytime in the future

A comfortable, spotlessly clean little apartment. Everything was as described. Diana was responsive to our questions but was not intrusive at all. We had a bonfire outside, sat on the front porch, listened to the trains, and walked around town. Enjoyed a couple of great meals at the River's Edge Cafe, just a short walk away. A great experience. We stay with Joe a few times a year! He is always an amazing host, with an amazing property. I HIGHLY recommend Joes place! The Inn AND The loft are equally beautiful, spacious and clean as a whistle! 🏆
