I really enjoyed my home stay. More comfortable, with all the amenities. easily accessible from bus stop and also to my conference venue. 2 minutes of walk for beach and all beautiful places. Beautiful indoor and out door amenities. It will be more helping, if we have wifi connection in it. except that, I loved and enjoyed stay. Thank you so much for the best cooperation. Bellissimo appartamento, pulito e ben tenuto. Posizione strategica, praticamente sul mare, senza attraversamenti stradali. Vicino sia a supermercati che al centro del paese, si possono infatti raggiungere comodamente a piedi. Arredato e corredato da tutto il necessario, molto apprezzate lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Consiglierei di mettere un microonde e una docetta/lavapiedi esterno per togliere la sabbia al rientro dal mare. Ottima la comunicazione con Stefano.

L’appartement est idéalement situé ! Proche de nombreux commerces ( pharmacie, restaurants, boulangerie, commerces de proximité, bar/tabac…) et de lignes de bus, nous avons pu visiter une partie de Nice à pied. Se garer n’est pas aisé mais nous avons systématiquement trouvé une place ( rue Lascaris) et l’on peut régler le stationnement via son mobile. Il est difficile de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes car la rue est très passante mais l’appartement est équipé d’une clim et de ventilateurs. Le petit balcon est appréciable pour les fumeurs et la vue très agréable. La cuisine est bien équipée et le salon spacieux. Nos hôtes sont très réactifs, sympathiques et à l’écoute. Tous les détails sont donnés dans le temps nécessaire et sans surprise. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Nice grâce à cette organisation sans faille.

Appartamento molto pulito e ben arredato. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il mare e il paese. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia (2 bimbi molto piccoli) e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Una volta arrivati ci si muove tranquillamente a piedi per qualsiasi cosa. Veronica è sempre disponibile e molto attenta. Super consigliato!

Die Wohnung ist sehr nahe am Meer gelegen, man sieht zwischen den Bäumen hindurch unten an den kleinen, familiären Strand. Die Wohnung ist funktional, sauber und mit einer grossen Küche ausgestattet. Von aussen führt eine recht lange Treppe zum Wohnungs-Eingang, diese war nachts leider unbeleuchtet; dies könnte man noch verbessern. Schön ist, dass sich die Dorfbäckerei mit dem freundlichen Kaffee gleich unten im Haus befindet; für deinen leckeren Morgenkaffee mit Croissant muss man also nur aus dem Bett fallen ;). Die Wohnung liegt zwar direkt an der Küstenstrasse; zumindest während unserem Besuch im Oktober hat man davon aber nichts mitbekommen. Die Vermieteragentur ist per Messenger gut erreichbar und war sehr freundlich.

Siamo rimasti soddisfatti. La casa è molto graziosa e ben arredata. Speriamo di poterci ritornare. Peccato per il tempo che non è stato detto migliori.

Appartamento accogliente e con tutto il necessario per trascorrere la propria vacanza. Casa spaziosa, terrazzo molto grande e giardino privato molto pratico. La zona è molto tranquilla anche se ci sono in prossimità altre case, ma silenziose e vicini davvero educati. La dotazione delle due bici è inoltre un grande plus per la zona facilmente raggiungibile in bici senza dover sempre usare la macchina. Ian è stato un host molto attento e sempre pronto ad aiutarci. Ottima scelta!

Villa bellissima, pulita e ben tenuta. Provvista di tutto. Area verde esterna e piscina molto belli e ben organizzati. Ottima soluzione per chi vuole passare del tempo con amici e famiglia nel massimo relax e privacy. Proprietari gentilissimi, disponibili e simpatici. Consigliatissimo.

Wir hatten wirklich einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns unglaublich herzlich empfangen und uns gleich einen ganzen Plan aufgezeichnet, für Unternehmungen und Geheimtipps. Die Küche ist wirklich TOP ausgestattet. Einziges kleines Manko, die Matratzen sind leider sehr durchgelegen und man sollte viel lüften, da es im unteren Zimmer durch die Dusche sehr feucht ist. Dennoch ist diese Unterkunft SEHR zu empfehlen !! Es war toll

Charmante maison au milieu des oliviers et de quelques citronniers. ideale pour ceux qui recherchent un pied à terre isolé pour visiter la région.

Lovely big house with massive secure gardens. We were here in October for a family wedding and the weather was mixed. This meant we weren’t able to fully appreciate the pool but we certainly enjoyed using the wood-fired pizza oven and the roaring fire at night! Sara was very kind and helpful and she responded promptly when we had any enquiries. We had very young children with us and there wasn’t a huge amount for them to do, given the poor weather (but that was not the fault of the accommodation!!) We would definitely consider returning in the summer!! The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of linen and towels. The kitchen was well equipped. In the wet weather, we enjoyed a visit to McAurthur Glen retail outlet. We also visited Gavi Fort and Varese, which was beautiful. I would recommend that you need a car for this area. Il nostro soggiorno ha superato le aspettative! Ambiente disteso, panorama splendido, appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Il centro città, raggiungibile in auto, è a pochi minuti di distanza e molto vivace. Torneremo senz'altro!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist einzigartig. Vorallem mit Kleinkind haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da das Haus fernab vom Verkehr liegt und jede Menge Platz zum Spielen im Freien vorhanden war.

Fabulous location just off the Place Massena in the heart of Nice. An excellent apartment for two people!

Casa come da descrizione, cento di Capoliveri vicinissimo ma allo stesso tempo zona tranquilla e silenziosa, contraddistinta da una serie di villette. Le prime spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti. La casa ha un bello spazio esterno, una cucina grande con tutto il necessario, camere spaziose e con armadi grandi. Lo consiglio davvero, unica pecca se devo dirlo è il costo delle pulizie, un po' alto rispetto alla media.

Modern eingerichtete und saubere 2-Zimmer-Loft mit einer großzügigen Terrasse. Diese ist mit zwei Liegestühlen, einem Tisch mit vier Stühlen und einer gemütlichen Lounge ausgestattet – perfekt für zwei Personen, um sich wohlzufühlen. Die Wohnung ist leicht zu finden, jedoch erfordert die Anfahrt etwas fahrerisches Geschick, da die letzten 50 Meter über eine Naturstraße führen. Das Zentrum von Capoliveri ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nachbarschaft sind häufig Hunde anzutreffen, die tagsüber und teilweise auch nachts draußen sind und sich entsprechend bemerkbar machen. Für tierliebende Gäste dürfte das kein großes Problem sein, aber es ist gut, das im Voraus zu wissen, falls man absolute Ruhe bevorzugt.

Un appartement spacieux, très propre et bien situé pour visiter les Cinqueterre. La salle de bains est très agréable, les chambres sont joliment décorées et la literie est très confortable. Un bon séjour !
