Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Must be the best balcony in Old Nice. Great view, next to the park. Clean, plenty of thoughtful amenities. 100% recommend!

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

I was very happy to have chosen Laurent's place. Not only was he super friendly and responsive, the place was perfect (and is perfect for long-terms stays, I stayed for a month), bakeries, restaurants, and grocery store are within 5-10 minutes walking distance, so are bus stops, train station, and of course the beach. The huge park right opposite of the building with lots of birds (parrots among them!) is a beautiful, quiet spot for walking (with or without dogs), jogging or just hanging out. AND it's an ideal base for going up and down the coast (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco) or to the backcountry (Tourette-sur-Loupe, Vance, Grasse etc). All in all (you guessed it) - highly recommended!

Très bon séjour chez Léna. L’appartement est idéalement situé pour faire du tourisme à Monaco en transports en commun. L’appartement est très bien équipé, rangé et impeccable. Léna est facilement joignable et répond rapidement 🙂

Willy was very responsive to any questions proposed. His place was very clean and the stairs as seen in the air bandb photos were not an issue for me. There are rails to hold onto as you ascend/descend, as the stairs are steep. The area was very peaceful and close to restaurants, markets and pharmacies. Anything you may need or want, including the beach was in close proximity. Great stay !

What a great place! We have stayed in many airbnb, but this one stands out. The place is very spacious and we loved the roof terras with the jacuzzi which worked perfect. Everything is provided in the place. Thank you Isabelle as well for the welcome gift of a bottle of local rose wine, orange juice and cookies. The beach is within a very easy 5 min walk. Antibes old town is fantastic and a splendid walk in the evening to get to so many beautiful places and excellent restaurants. We went with a 14 year old teenage girl and 10 year old boy and they both loved the city as well as the appartment. Thank you Isabelle!

Stunning Airbnb, one of the best we've stayed in [and I think we're up over 30 stays within the last year]. Such a lovely comfortable apartment, with luxury finishes, including the biggest TV I've ever seen. The location is unbeatable, footsteps to the beach, a convenient local supermarket, and loads of quality bars and restaurants. Great communication! We will most definitely be back. Siamo stati da Emilio in un weekend di marzo. La casa è piccolina disposta su due livelli,camera da letto sotto e zona giorno sopra. Definirla pulita e curata sarebbe riduttivo. La vasca, il proiettore, e la struttura che li ospita mi hanno lasciato a bocca aperta. Per quanto io non ne abbia usufruito pure la parte esterna è bellissima e curata. Emilio è un host di alta qualità, indubbiamente proattivo nel cercare di farti sentire come a casa tua. Insomma, un' ottima esperienza.

Ho prenotato l’appartamento di Giovanni per un weekend con il mio compagno alle Cinque Terre. L’accoglienza é stata impeccabile. Sia prima del nostro arrivo che durante il soggiorno Giovanni é sempre stato reattivo dandoci consigli utili su come muoverci. La casa é estremamente carina: abbiamo trovato tutto perfettamente in ordine e gli spazi erano curati nei minimi dettagli (oltre che super puliti!). Siamo stati accolti anche con un omaggio per la serata: una bottiglie di ottimo vino! Un gesto davvero molto gentile! Sicuramente torneremo!

L'appartamento di Paola è perfetto! L'ho adorato sia per la posizione nel quartiere Molo, super centrale e allo stesso tempo tranquillo, sia per la fantastica atmosfera che si respira stando in casa. Super pulita e dotata di tutti i confort, luminosa e anche molto silenziosa. La co-host è stat a molto gentile con me. Tornerò sicuramente e l'ho già consigliata a tutti i miei amici!

Ficamos no apartamento da Giulia por 18 dias, trabalhando durante a semana e fazendo passeios aos fins de semana. Foi fantástico. O apartamento e a localização são perfeitos. A maioria dos pontos de interesse estão ao redor do apartamento. A Giulia foi impecável, nos dando várias informações úteis e sendo super amistosa. Altamente recomendável. Obrigado por tudo Giulia.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Sabine qui nous a accueillis pour prendre possession de l'appartement. La place de parking est très utile et l'arrêt de tram est à 5' à pied pour se déplacer dans la ville.

Anna and Tommy went out of their way to get us in earlier as our other airbnb's hot water broke. This was very thoughtful and very much appreciated!! Tommy also went above and beyond and let us camp out in another airbnb close by (he even walked us to it) as they had guests checking in the next day and our ferry didn't leave until later in the day. 100% recommend, don't think twice, just book!! Place is adorable, clean, close to everything....I can't say enough good things!

This apartment in Nice surpassed our expectations. We loved waking up with that view. We had all the amenities needed and it was in a quiet part of Nice (mont boron), not on the center where all the noise is. Classy, stylish place.

Deuxième séjour chez John. L'appartement est vraiment bien placé pour visiter Nice. La vue est magnifique depuis le balcon. L'accueil d'Alex est très chaleureux. Une très bonne adresse !

We had a lovely stay at Vincent and Angelica's airbnb. They were extremely communicative and gracious hosts and left very clear instructions, making check-in easy. We very much appreciated the local recommendations too. This a quiet neighborhood that feels like a retreat! We were a very short drive from several lovely beaches of Antibes as well as the old town. The property was well-maintained - the shared pool was very clean and so was the airbnb. Very convenient to have a parking space and air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two fans and remained very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Résidence calme et à proximité de toutes commodité, avec un box pour la voitures, petit bonus pour la piscine très peu fréquenté Un grand merci à notre hôte qui à été d’un gentillesse incroyable et nous a donné toutes les bonnes adresses et lieux à visiter afin de rendre notre séjour parfait ! This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Eva a été une hôtesse hors pair ! Son accueil a été très chaleureux. Elle a été très proactive pour répondre à toutes nos questions et besoins. Elle a une personnalité très sociable et c’était un plaisir de discuter avec elle. ☺️ Le logement quant à lui a répondu à tous nos besoins sur tous les plans: bien situé dans un endroit tranquille, à distance de marche de toutes les activités qui nous intéressaient, sans oublier la localisation de Nice qui est proche d’autres villes d’intérêt. Bref ce logement reste sur notre liste de nos endroits préférés 🤩

En vacances en famille avec 2 ados magnifique studio idéalement situé. Rémi a été très réactif. Studio propre et fonctionnel à proximité de tous les commerces . Belle terrasse très ensoleillée même en février ....parfait pour déconnecter !

Très bon séjour dans cette appartement, idéalement situé pour la fête du citron,parking privé, à deux pas de la mer,des restaurants,du vieux Menton,le top!! Merci
