We had a wonderful stay at this place and got upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite before arrival. It was a very peaceful and beautiful setting. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. I’d say the only thing that was missing from the description was the fact that if you do want AC turned on, you have to pay an extra $15 per day. We chose not to turn it on because the weather outside is beautiful and it’s better to sleep with a fresh breeze than AC, plus there was a ceiling fan. Overall we felt we got a great price for the value so would have gladly paid for the AC if we needed it. We were very happy with our stay and would love to return again.

My boyfriend and I had the best stay at Stephanie’s place we could have imagined! The location is beautiful, extremely walkable to the beach, and totally worth every cent! It made my 30th birthday stay in Kauai so memorable

The grounds and the location of the Marriott were amazing. We loved the pool and beach access. We had a view of the ocean, and, even though we were in the furthest building from the beach, the walk wasn’t too bad. The living space was perfect for our family of four ( 2 teenagers).

Great value for a two bedroom, two bath condo. Great location. Could use a poolside bar. Condos are warm but manageable without the $20 a day AC charge.

Great stay. We were able to walk to catch the bus to the Napali Coast hike. So much to do in that area and very close to the Hanalei restaurants.

This place was great for our trip to Hawaii. Lots of restaurant choices nearby. Grocery Store is close by. The Lanai was great for morning coffee. Beach foldable chairs were great for the week(in the Lanai storage area). Nearby, eat at least once at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, the best restaurant on this side of island.

Perfect place to be if you want to explore the North shore. Robert had everything you’d need for a nice beach day with the family, on top of that a Fully stocked kitchen so you don’t have to eat out every night with the entire family! Place was definitely big enough for 2-3 people although only I stayed. Big ups to this air bnb

The CUTEST place! So nice, so clean! Kitchen & being able to do laundry was a must for us & we were so pleased! Thank you Meg for the great place to end our trip on the magical island! Mahalo! ( :

Very quiet community, we had a great time spending our week here. We loved that there were beach supplies for us to use. The bed was super comfortable and made for a good nights rest. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We chose Eric’s place for our Honeymoon trip to Kauai and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Key location for all north shore activities, and even getting around the island from this location was easy and great to do so with the recommendations from Eric. Will definitely book again, hoping to make Kauai a place to vacation more times and will definitely recommend to others to stay here, you’ll enjoy the peace and coziness of this Airbnb

This stay turned out to be sort of a miraculous blessing…the resort majorly upgraded me, so I ended up getting a lot more space than I paid for - too much for me on my own to use, in fact, so I was able to invite my nephew along! Spending three days with him in such a beautiful place was an unforgettable experience. The resort is lush and beautiful, with everything even better than described.

Oceanfront views. Watching breathtaking sunrises from either the beach just steps away, or from the balcony while having breakfast. Walking distance to everything (food, shopping, etc...super convenient). We also chose this location because it's central to the entire island. 2nd time here. Highly Recommended!

Breathtaking views from sun up to sun down! We loved the high ceilings, too. Very spacious and comfortable with everything we needed.

Overall we had a great stay. The updated space was nice, clean, and cozy. We enjoy most of our meals on the patio and appreciated the beach chairs, snorkels sets and soft cooler. The beds were very comfortable, but the primary bedroom on the main floor was definitely a little too warm - likely because the ceiling fan wasn’t working right. The shower is in the bathroom that is only accessible through the primary bedroom and the soap, s&c provided was minimal. We had to be considerate of shower times to make sure everyone had hot water. The location of the unit is right near the pool and hot tub. The walkable beaches are about 25 minutes away but also have small parking lots at the trailheads. Most tours (at least in the winter) left from the south so know they are a bit of a drive. The foodland wasn’t our favorite but the Kīlauea Market was great. We loved Hanalei Poke and highly recommend “pedal and paddle” for fins and additional snorkel stuff and the chocolate place nearby.

Loved our stay here. It was our second time staying in this unit and it will jor be our last. Love the location. Beautiful surroundings and quiet neighbors!

Very nice for our stay on the north shore of Kauai. Clean and quiet. Enjoyed seeing the many nene and albatross on the golf course. Would stay again.

The apartment was everything and more, perfectly located in a great neighborhood, scrupulously clean and well maintained, and with every amenity needed for a comfortable stay. Ryan was very attentive and responded within a few minutes when messaging. I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable place while exploring the beautiful island.

We had a good one night stay for great value. The condo is older but was just right for what we needed. Since our stay was so short we didn’t use all of the amenities such as the beach chairs, but we thought it was great that he had those available to use. He has an AC unit for an additional charge, but we didn’t need it as the island breeze kept us cool at night. Thanks, Jared!

My mom passed away right before our trip to Kauai and we were thinking of cancelling. I’m so glad we didn’t. This clean, well stocked, beautifully open space was just the healing that we all needed. Princeville is lovely, the neighborhood quiet and safe, amazing beaches and the quaint town of Hanalei are only minutes away. We left feeling so peaceful. Thank you:)

In One Word WOW!!! The view from the lanai is spectacular! Enjoyed our morning coffee from Positive Coffee watching the birds & light change on the mountains The bed is super comfy!! And the beach gear provided was great!! The pool was nice for an afternoon dip!! And so worth the walk(or you can get transportation) down to the beach for the sunset. The grounds are amazing with beautiful plants and flowers and both restaurants were enjoyable on the property. One of my favorite places I have stayed and we will be back again!!!:)
