Beautiful apt. Perfect for a couple. And the setting - large windows overlooking the ocean (and the mountain out of the kitchen window - unbeatable. We really enjoyed being near Hanalei, too.

Steve's Poipu home is simply amazing. It's one of the best beach locations I've ever stayed in. A quick walk gets you to a perfect boogie boarding beach and a beach where the turtles sleep every night. We also saw lots of whales, monk seals, and pods of dolphins! A great sit down restaurant, deli, and Puka Dog are almost next door, along with a surf shop to rent equipment and do a little shopping. I can't recommend Steve's place enough!

Magical place! The view from the back is breathtaking. We could sit for hours just watching the waves and sea birds! Cash was a very responsive host and made sure we were taken care of. We absolutely loved the design of the apartment. The natural materials and open setup felt very integrated with the environment. The location was tucked away in a quaint and impressive neighborhood, parking was easy, and we felt very welcome. There is also an amazing private trail that goes down to the beach with lots of wildlife and beauty to admire! Not to miss the simple pleasures, the clothes washer and dryer are a good size enabling a full load. We would enjoy staying here again! Thanks, Cash!

This is hands down one of the most beautiful places. The room was super spacious, way more than the pictures show, the view is just incredible even better than pictures can do justice! The room is a bit of a walk if you don’t get a golf cart ride, but well worth it for the views. Parking gets full rather quickly, but the resort and valet staff take care of it. Overall very happy with the place and would definitely rebook if (hopefully) when I’m back to Princeville!

We had a wonderful stay at Evans's place. He is such a genuine, caring, and friendly individual, and he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had the best experience possible. He took time to chat with us and share recommendations, was very proactive in communication, and was super accommodating when we had some logistical difficulties. The room and his home were clean, beautiful, and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

A dream! Our family had a marvelous time here. You cannot beat the location and view. Easy to get down to the beach and enjoy snorkeling, swimming, or just relaxing as it’s never very busy in the bay. We spent a ton of time just sitting out in the gazebo looking over the bay. The beach gear provided also came in extremely handy. Kauai in general is just a beautiful island that we immensely enjoyed. We loved being out of the main towns just enough to feel privacy but close enough to get there in no time. Thank you so much!

Cari was the most communicative host I’ve had the pleasure of staying with! I booked her place a few days before my stay & she immediately reached out to start coordinating & offering helpful recommendations. Each time I reached out she got back to me very quickly & genuinely seemed excited for my stay. The location was wonderful with incredible ocean views! The place itself was spotless & well decorated. I had been out on a hike before checking in & had to do a quick shower/change before heading to a dinner reservation. Cari worked around my check-in schedule & I was very happy to find toiletries available in the bathroom. This allowed me to not have to fully unpack just to get to my shower supplies, which saved me enough time that I was able to get to my dinner. The whole place was extremely well-stocked - yoga mats, beach gear, laundry detergent, everything you could possibly want/need in the kitchen! Her place had plenty of space & would be great for a family or 2 couples.

The Koolcondo Ohana house was perfect for our vacation! The lists are very responsive. The house was clean, well appointed, and just perfect for our 10-person family. The house also has a big yard for games and a lovely pool. It had a lot of beach gear that we used, and Brenneke Beach is just a block away. We will be back!

We had an amazing week at Seaside Serenity in Poipu. I think our only struggle was trying to find the right entrance based on the address pin and description after a long day of travel. We finally figured it out and started seeing where the signs were placed for each building which helped immensely! This was the perfect location for us to stay for exploring the whole island. We snorkeled, enjoyed the sandy beach, went on a charter with Holo Holo, drove up Waimea canyon, and just relaxed. Thank you for being such a gracious host!

This home was beautiful and was located right on the beach. Being able to watch the sunrise on the balcony every morning was amazing. The home was equipped with tons of beach stuff. It was great not having to go rent beach chairs and snorkeling gear. The location was perfect for us. Centrally located on the island so north and south shore were easy drives. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Thanks Conrad!

The furnishings were nice. The kitchen was modern with all the utensils and appliances that you would need for your stay. View out to the yard from the patio was beautiful. Appreciated having beach chairs and beach towels to use when we went to the local beaches.

Tina’s Place was a fantastic place to spend a week in beautiful Kauai! We found ourselves in a bind when our hotel accommodations fell through just days before we were to arrive. Thanks to Tina’s Place we received an immediate response to our request to stay at her place along with some of best customer service we could ever ask for. They were professional, polite, kind, delightful and extremely helpful. When we arrived at the unit it was just as described and very comfortable. The amenities were great. The pool water was a little cool, but not unbearable. The lazy river was extremely lazy (lol) and it really wouldn’t move us, but it was still nice. The slides were great fun even for us 50+ year olds. But what we absolutely loved was the sand that was at the bottom of the hot tub and the hot water temperature. The sand entering the pool was also a really neat idea that others should incorporate.The beach is wonderful and was definitely swimmable while we were there. Outstanding stay!

This place was unreal. Probably my favorite porch in the world. I could watch the sea from this balcony all day. From dawn to dusk, at all hours, vibrant with life. Turtles, Dolphins, even Whales. An easy walk to Poipu as well. Idyllic. Would definitely stay again.

Michelle's place is in a perfect location near the airport and in between Hanalei to the North and Waimea to the Southwest. Walkable to the local Safeway and several restaurants and food trucks. We especially loved hearing the ocean waves 24/7 and watching the sunrise from the balcony every morning. The amenities, including the Washer/Dryer, are topnotch so don't be afraid to pack light. Michelle was easy to contact and very friendly. Would absolutely book again.

Throughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful accommodations, fully stocked kitchen & unit! (needs tongs & a potato peeler though!) The pool was peaceful and beach just a quick walk away. The blinds let in a lot of light, so if you need to nap a baby- it’s very challenging. There is so much space here & the patio is amazing. Lots of comfortable furniture. Highly recommend!

Great location with super easy beach access. We had a monk seal sleeping on the beach the first morning, which was a good omen I suppose. Home is well appointed with everything we needed and more to enjoy our family vacation. The North coals location is very relaxing, so if you’re looking for more action / activities consider the East or South. No air conditioning but plenty of ceiling fans and excellent cross ventilation with the doors and windows open. Overall a great place to stay.

My husband and I recently stayed at this beautiful cottage. This place exceeded our expectations as the property is located footsteps with plenty of privacy. The location is minutes away from the local shops and a national state park. The amenities are top notch. The views from the windows are spectacular. This rating deserves a 10 plus rating…we will be back! Thank you Kristina and Steven for being wonderful hosts!

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this condo. We have stayed at Hanalei Bay Resort in the past and enjoy the natural beauty and location of the complex itself. This lower level unit has amazing views, a great lanai, and is furnished with almost all the things you would hope to have. A boogie board would have been an added bonus. The only thing I think others may want to know before renting this unit is that there is a door that passes through to another unit next door. The door was closed for our stay, but we could hear the neighbors comings and goings and conversations very clearly. Fortunately, during our stay, the neighbors were considerate of this and it wasn't much of an issue. Overall I would highly consider renting this unit again.

It’s a clean and spacious for 4 adults, and a nice location- walking distance to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances for what we need. Also plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, inflatable tubes. My daughter loved sleeping with the sound of beach waves. Susanne responded to my questions quickly and kindly.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at David’s place in Kapa’a! The condo was in the perfect location - walkable to downtown, right on the running path, and an easy drive to the other areas of the island. We loved having the beach right outside the condo to watch the sunrise! The condo was very clean, and we felt super safe and in a nice community-like atmosphere. It was also the perfect place for staying with a toddler- complete with washer and dryer and all the necessities for cooking. I highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Kaua’i!

This place was beautiful. Great ocean views from the lanai. You could hear the ocean all day long. It was conveniently located near many of Kauai’s attractions. We went for a boat tour of the Na’Pali Coast and saw humpback whales, drove to see Waimea Canyon, went kayaking and hiking, and so much more. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Kauai.

Enjoyed the most mellow and relaxing vacation with my adult children. We walked daily on the great pathway and took in the blue ocean and the peaceful setting. The neighborhood was quiet and what I expected. We enjoyed eating at all the wonderful local places within a casual 20 minute walk. It was rainy this time of the year so sometime we just stayed and chilled in the awesome living room. The house is old so it has its charms but it felt like going to a beach house. There are plenty of windows and we slept with them open and it was very windy at night so we didn’t miss the a/c at all. We are from the Pacific Northwest, my son said he was surprised that 72 degrees could feel so cold and it was funny to see him wear his puffy jacket at times. Anyone staying here in the spring should probably bring a jacket because the wind and moisture can make it feel a lot colder than it should be due to being right next to the ocean. This is an excellent location overall.

We had a very enjoyable stay and loved staying at Taejo's place. And appreciate host/owner's response to updating photos for the view and living room.
