The apartment was super clean (even nicer and larger than it looks in the photos), and Mario is a super friendly and helpful host. It had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated that there was a power strip next to every single bed for plugging in phones! This unit is 1 level above the ground floor, and the steps are extremely steep; not an issue for us but may be a problem for those with mobility issues. Note that the bathroom is separated across 2 spaces: 1 small room with a toilet/sink only, and 1 separate larger room with a shower, bathtub, and sink (but no toilet). This arrangement is very convenient for larger groups! We appreciated that we were able to securely leave our luggage in the office in the morning, until we were able to check in later in the afternoon. The neighborhood is convenient to everything and super busy (but noise was not an issue). It's very easy to avoid the red light district if you have kids in your group.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Bas war ein super Host und die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und lässt einen wie Zuhause fühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Great place to wind down after going out. Station Hilversum sportpark is on 10 min walking distance and the city center around 20. In the basement is a shared room with washing machines and dryers and the room itself comes with an iron. The best thing about the place is the giant bean bag! Would come back here any time, thanks for having me!

Great stay here for a couple of nights and close to the train station

This is the best place to stay in Amsterdam! It’s one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I’ve ever visited. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Yanna at the front desk—she might be the nicest person in the city. The amenities were excellent, and the room was absolutely outstanding—spotless, well-equipped, and designed for comfort. Highly recommend!

Waking up in Harry’s house felt like a dream come true. Right in the heart of Amsterdam, you walk out of the front door to a magnificent view first thing in the morning. Harry is a great host, who can provide you with anything you ask for. 100/10 recommend, would stay again

I stayed at Hotel Royal when I arrived in the Netherlands, which greatly helped me to settle here. The team was extremely helpful, welcoming and very flexible. I greatly recommend.

Parkhaus ist Gold wert da vor Ort (glaub ich) keine kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Es ist in dem Haus sehr sicher da alles doppelt und dreifach abgeschlossen ist. Also….wenn man möchte kann man das Auto auch offen da stehen lassen…da würde nichts passsieren. Super die Nähe zum Strand man fällt aus dem Haus und ist quasie am Strand der auch nicht sehr überlaufen ist. Restaurants en mass die alle mehr oder minder gut sind und man zu Stoßzeiten plätze bekommt. Als negativ vielleicht zu bewerten.. es gibt im Schlafzimmer nur ein Fenster was man einen kleinen Spalt öffnen kann dann liegt man aber quasie auf dem Presentierteller oder schalousi runter dann geht das Fenster nicht mehr auf. Da kein Ventilator da ist wird es warm!!! Auch der krach von der Straße war abends schon störend wenn die Jugendlichen mit ihren Mopeds oder wer auch immer mit dicken Autos daherröhrt. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert die Wohnung!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’appartement est super et Gerard est très gentil et accueillant. Le logement se situe à 1h15 de Amsterdam, c’est un peu long mais très facile de s’y rendre. Je recommande cet endroit pour séjourner.

Very lively neighborhood De Pijp, close to a lot of places by foot - most within 20 minutes or less of walking to many go-to spots in Amsterdam. Many restaurants, bars, coffee corners, shops around. Lovely to walk around with all local people. Place was fantastic, brand new. It's on the ground floor, easy to walk in. The living room very well decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped. The master bedroom is quite big with an ensuite bathroom (no shower), the second bedroom is a bit small, no room to fit luggages, but you can always use the wardrobes. The main bathroom has quite big shower with a steam bath. We couldn't use the garden, because it was winter but it would be lovely to hang there in good weather for sure. Our hosts was very welcoming and responsive. All our conversations was smooth and professional. Definitely recommending the place and would stay here again without a doubt!

My friend and I LOVED Pepi’s studio. Very clean, cozy, and spacious. The location was prime to be in - nearby so many restaurants, coffee shops, and the local Street Market...AND close to the metro - made it so much easier to travel to/from the center of AMS. Definitely recommend walking to/from there at least once! Scenery is beautiful and many shops you may miss! It’s also not as far of a walk as it seems. De Pijp is the neighborhood to be in. Pepi’s place was close enough to enjoy night life by the bars, yet far enough to enjoy quiet when needing to sleep. Pepi was very generous with recommendations and also very flexible with check in/check out. She was very easy to communicate with important information about the studio/if you are needing assistance. Toilet and shower are in separate rooms each with a sink - easy to utilize the space to get ready for the day/night. The couch was cozy to use as a second bed. We will definitely be booking again! The apartment is sunny and bright, clear of clutter, well lit, and so nice to be in. From the get go, Armand was incredibly responsive, and if there was anything I needed or had a question about, he was right on it. The location is also terrific, close to transit, can walk to so much, beautiful parks nearby, shopping, etc. It made for a wonderful "home" while in Amsterdam. Bedankt Armand! - Nina

Very nice flat, across the street from the Metro. The flat s spacious and really well equipped. It was perfect for the four of us.

Een heel fijn verblijf gehad in Noordwijk. We zijn dagjes weggeweest met de auto, maar als we terug kwamen voelden we ons helemaal op ons gemak in de airbnb. Het huisje is netjes, knus en leuk ingericht. We zouden dit zeker aanraden als je een plekje in Noordwijk zoekt!

Our stay in Haarlem was absolutely wonderful! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect – a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to all the charm Haarlem has to offer. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished, a full length mirror would be a great addition or a second mirror and perhaps a small desk and a stool in the loft. it would be a lovely spot to write or sketch. A definite highlight was the lovely terrace. We enjoyed relaxing there. It was a great place to unwind after exploring the city. All of the amenities were in great working order, and the space was very well equipped. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Haarlem. We would absolutely stay here again!"

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

Een heerlijk plekje om tot rust te komen. Heel leuk dat je vanuit het keukenraam en vanuit een slaapkamer in de stal kijkt. Nieuwsgierige koeien kijken zo het huisje binnen. Het huisje was schoon, de bedden lagen lekker en het uitzicht over de weilanden is prachtig.

Michele's flat is an incredible value for the location! The flat is just steps away from public transport. There are also lots of great cafes and restraunts that are waling distance. She was a great host! She gave us some great reccomedations and was very accomidating and responsive. I highly reccomend for your stay in Amsterdam!

Wir waren zu zweit für 2 Nächte dort. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Die zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder waren eine tolle Möglichkeit um eine gemütliche abendliche Runde zu fahren oder auch in nichtmal 20 Minuten etwas einkaufen zu können. Mit unserem Auto sind wir in knapp 1h nach Zandvoort ans Meer gefahren. Es war unglaublich entspannend und die Gegend ist sehr schön.

Me and my partner stayed here for our first holiday together. It was perfect! I’m a light sleeper but it was such a quiet neighbourhood so I slept through solid every night. The property is lovely and homely, with a comfortable bed and sofas. The bath is a great bonus! It’s a perfect spot, nearby shops, bars and cafes without it being so close that you’re near a lot of party goers. 10/10 would stay again!
