came for work trip. place was great. would come back.

We cancelled a commercial hotel reservation to stay at Beverly's cottage, and it was probably the best decision we made for a wonderful vacation. The cottage is peaceful and in gorgeous surroundings but is still within minutes of the small town of Chazy. It felt private yet protected, and it was so much homier and more comfortable than a hotel. Everything is as pictured in the listing. The shower is small but warm water was plentiful. Internet was a bit spotty, but that only helped us to relax and cell service was excellent. It was an easy drive to Saranac, Lake Placid, Burlington, etc, leaving enough time in the evening to enjoy a glass of wine and Chazy Orchards apple pie in the evening while we looked out over Lake Champlain. Hosts were accessible but never intruded. We would go back in a split second if we get back to the area.

Nous avons passé une magnifique dmfin de semaine hivernale dans ce chalet. Du couché de soleil aux randonnée raquette sous les étoiles ce fut une réussite pour se déconnecté complètement de la ville tour en étant proche de Montréal. Christopher fut d'ailleurs d'une surprenante et agréable réactivité pour tous renseignements, ce qui a enjolivé le séjour. Quand au chalet en lui même, un des rares que j'ai pu faire aussi cozy, chaleureux et bien équipé. Pour toutes ces raisons nous reviendrons en saison estivale! Très agréable d'ailleurs entre amis comme en famille pour de multiples activités.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux réveillon de Noël auprès du feu dans le joli cottage de Barbara. Les environs étaient sublimes. Le logement confortable. Barbara a été une hôte adorable, flexible sur les horaires ce qui nous a permis de profiter au maximum, réactive lorsque nous avions des questions. Nous nous sommes vraiment senti accueillis et choyés. Merci beaucoup!

Our original hosts unexpectedly transferred us to a different location, and we had to find a new place quickly. Thankfully, Philip’s place was available—and it turned out to be even better than our original booking! His instructions were clear and easy to follow, making check-in seamless. The moment we stepped into the building, we noticed how fresh and clean everything smelled, and the apartment was no different. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything you could possibly need for cooking, hosting, and more. The best part: the unbelievably comfortable king bed! The location is also perfect—just a one-minute walk to the metro, with stores, restaurants, and everything you need close by. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back!

House worked out well for four ice fishermen. walking distance to lake. As far as house goes it was nice to have separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms. kitchen was very functional.Played pool every night table has seen better days still had a lot of fun. Spectacular view of lake and mountains in the background.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au chalet d'Isabel et de son conjoint. Le chalet est très bien, mais ce qui sort de l'ordinaire, c'est le superbe décor à l'arrière du chalet, avec son grand terrain et le lac privé! C'était toujours beau à voir, peu importe les conditions météo. Isabel a été une hôte attentionnée et réactive. Nous y retournerons assurément pour voir le décor et profiter du terrain lors des autres saisons.

belle endroit, parfait pour visiter ou relaxer dans le spa! Lit très confortable nous avons bien dormit ! je reviendrais plus lontemps si l'occasion se présentait !!
