Lovely villa, clean with great facilities and fabulous pool, close to the beach which had lots of activities available.. paddle boarding, banana boat, jet skis & diving school. Great restaurants within walking distance, especially likedThe Bay tree .. great food/drink and friendly hosts and a shop with all the necessities.. loved our stay. Thank you ☺️

We enjoyed our stay at this cute little village house. We used Omodos as a base for some e-biking and it was nice to have a central place with a storage area for the bikes. Very responsive host. Shower had low pressure but they were working on the village water mains so that could be why. Nice to have two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. We mostly found a large midday meal and had a light dinner. Only a small grocery store and bakeries in town and they close pretty early. Recommended.

We had a fantastic time at this villa, which is located in a lovely quiet village, with amazing stargazing opportunities at night. The villa was perfectly clean, with comfortable beds, and a well catered for kitchen. We arrived to find a selection of food and drink provided by Leonidas, which was very welcome as we arrived very late in the evening. Our visit was in February, when the outside temperatures at night were close to 0C, but we were able to keep the villa perfectly warm using the AC units. A short 13 minute drive to Alektora, will find you a lovely welcoming Taverna called Stala's Grill, previously located in Pissouri Square, and serves delicious Sheftelia and they also offer a great value Meze for €20. Loutmila was an astounding host. Responsive, professional and genuine. My family and I loved the villa, probably one of the best and most peaceful locations in Limassol. A truly beautiful neighbourhood. Any questions we had were answered and dealt with in a proactive and professiona manner. we have been visiting Limassol for over 20 years as a family, and I would not hesitate to use Loutmila again or indeed stay at this villa.

Къщата беше много хубава. Идеално място за отдих и почивка. Препоръчвам я за лятото защото е много уютно, тихо и спокойно място. Къщата е изцяло направена от камъни и това е предпоставка в големите жеги да е доста прохладно. Имаше всички удобства ,кухнята имаше всичко необходимо , спалните бяха чисти и с подходящи чаршафи за сезона. Благодарим за посрещането и пак ще се върнем там през летния сезон!

Pobyt w tym miejscu to była czysta przyjemność! Przede wszystkim – kontakt z właścicielem zasługuje na najwyższe noty. Bardzo miły, pomocny i zaangażowany. Wskazówki dotyczące dojazdu i zameldowania były niezwykle dokładne i przejrzyste, dzięki czemu wszystko przebiegło bez najmniejszych problemów. Sam dom zrobił na nas ogromne wrażenie – jest dosłownie wszystko, czego można potrzebować. Nawet jeśli o czymś zapomnisz, to tu z pewnością to znajdziesz. Ogromny plus za dostępne przejściówki do cypryjskich gniazdek, turystyczną lodówkę z plastikowymi kieliszkami i wkładami chłodzącymi – idealne rozwiązanie na plażę! Lokalizacja bardzo spokojna, na wzniesieniu – idealna na odpoczynek. Do miasteczka i plaży można dojść spacerem w około 20 minut. Na dole znajdziesz sklepy, restauracje i dużą, przyjemną plażę. We loved our stay there. Panos and his parents are very friendly. They explained everything to us. The house has everything you need and it was more than clean. It is very comfortable and you can easily relax there for days. Small bakery and supermarket around the corner. We recommend the accomodation 1000000%

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort. Es hat uns genauso wie im letzten Jahr wieder sehr gut gefallen. Dieser wunderbare Blick aufs Meer und auf die Berge! Die Lage oben am Hang ist ideal für alle, die gerne Sport wie Joggen oder Wandern betreiben und im Urlaub noch etwas extra trainieren wollen (keine Angst, wer nicht so gut zu Fuß ist, kann mit dem Auto direkt bis vor die Tür fahren ;-). Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Орендовали семьёй квартиру.Нам все понравилось.Очень тихий район.Квартира просторная.Рядом для детей есть площадка.Супермаркеты,фурна и фрутария в пешей доступности.Хозяйка была всегда на связи,если нас что то интересовало.Я рекомендую это жилье.В следующий раз когда прилетим на Кипр,то буду снимать жилье у Ирены.(Если будет жилье свободно☺️)

Хотели бы поблагодарить хозяев этого прекрасного дома . вокруг было тихо , потрясающий вид за окнами . В доме было очень тепло, удобно то , что можно контролировать комфортную температуру в доме ❤️ . Постельное белье , полотенца , кухонный гарнитур, да и в общем весь дом , был чистым . Спасибо хозяевам жилья , что заботитесь о своих гостях ❤️

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures, it was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Sabrina was incredibly responsive and always helpful, making our stay even better. The best part was the attention to detail, having fresh fruit, drinks, plenty of power outlets, and even an umbrella available was such a thoughtful touch.

We stayed for 3 nights at Emilys and Kokos house. We had an amazing time in a very peacefull and quiet neighbourhood. The location was easy to find, the house was clean and the fireplace inside gives an extra coziness to the whole experience. I would love to stay again and i would definetily recommend it to others.

Nice place fully related to the description, with good view, warm bedrooms and good place to cook and spend time with friends on bbq area or near the pool.

A perfect stay with old friends. plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, and gorgeous outdoor cooking space by the pool. Pretty easy drive (and even taxi one night) into Limassol. Hope to return another time.

בית גדול ויפיפיה. פרטיות ושקט. בריכה ענקית וכייפית, נהנינו מאוד. היה מאוד נקי. יש 2 חניות פרטיות והכל תואם את התיאור באתר. מיטות נוחות, מגבות בשפע. יש את כל מה שצריך לשהייה ארוכה: מטבח מאובזר היטב, 3 חדרי שירותים ומקלחות, גריל, מכונת כביסה ועוד. הגענו מאוד מאוחר והיה נעים לגלות שבעלים השאירו אוכל ושתיה לקראת הגעתנו. בהחלט שווה את המחיר, עלה על הציפיות שלנו. היה מבאס לעזור, נרצה לחזור לשם עוד.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war ein wunderbares Haus mit toller Küche, Schwimmbad, 3 Schlafzimmern und viel Platz. Die Lage im Ortszentrum hat uns gut gefallen und der Kontakt zu Ephraim war perfekt. Er war bei Fragen immer sofort verfügbar, worüber wir uns nur bedanken können. Und das wichtigste, wir empfehlen es weiter und würden wiederkommen!

An excellent and well-maintained apartment with high-quality amenities. The location is perfect, close to the city center, making the stay very convenient. The hosting service was exceptional, and the hosts were very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Victoria is very hospitable. The place itself is a good furnished with top-quality technic. The pool is common with the near stayed apartments building, but we didn't see almost anybody during our stay, so it could be considered as private. Highly recommend this villa to rent.
