The stay at Art Kourion was perfect! The apartment is fabulous: it's beautiful and so well equipped that it really leaves nothing to be desired - and you can see the sea from the beautiful balcony. The bed is very comfortable, the apartment bright, modern and furnished with beautiful art. And Eleni really is a fabulous host: she was always quick to help us with any issue and gave us great tips for the area to explore. She even left homemade pies and wine on our doorstep as a little surprise! She is an absolutely helpful and warm-hearted person - we are already looking forward to our next visit with her! Thank you Eleni for giving us such a lovely stay.

Nice and cozy place with a bit of soul! Feels like a real home. The host is very nice and easy to contact with. All the amenities work as expected. During our stay in early March we could make the place warm easily, the water in the shower was heated as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay in Limassol, would totally recommend. The view doesn't come across in the pictures - it's completely spectacular. I loved watching all the ocean liners all day. Great, big place. perfect for what I needed with my friend I was staying with. Mario was very communicative. The building itself is a little worn down, but the unit itself is fabulous. Perfect location in Limassol and GREAT value for money.

Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad, in het begin was het even zoeken. Maar eenmaal gevonden was het prettig. De auto parkeerde wij op het grote parkeerterrein aan de straat. Hier kan je gratis parkeren. Wij hebben alle drie de avonden heerlijk gegeten bij Zero Sei Trattoria Limassol. Op loopafstand van het appartement! Vriendelijk personeel daar, en heerlijk eten! Francesco was een goede host, die altijd snel en behulpzaam reageerde.

I immediately felt like home in this apartment. Modern, clean and equipped with everything one needs. Very comfortable bed too. The location was perfect - quiet neighbourhood yet close to supermarket, restaurants and the beach. Definitely one of my favourite apartments on the island! Andreas was very responsive and helpful.

I stayed in the apartment in March, not during the season. I want to mention that this is the cleanest apartment I have ever rented! The host pays attention to every detail!. You find everything you need to a pleasant stay! Our stay was a pleasure. I highly recommend it, especially since it’s located in the city center, within walking distance to the beach, marina, old town, and the promenade. Nicholas is a very attentive host!

A calm and cosy accommodation with a great view. Perfect to have a quiet time in your holidays. Great place to relax and for trips on Cyprus. Any destination can be reached by car in about one hour.

הגענו לחופשה משפחתית משפחה של 12 נפשות: מבוגרים וילדים. הבית היה נקי מאוד, מזמין ונעים. המרחב המשותף היה גדול ומרווח. החדרים היו נוחים ונעימים. המארחים היו אדיבים, תגובתיים ונחמדים מאוד. נהנו מכל רגע!

Nice place, good basis for exploring the Troodos area

Къщата беше много хубава. Идеално място за отдих и почивка. Препоръчвам я за лятото защото е много уютно, тихо и спокойно място. Къщата е изцяло направена от камъни и това е предпоставка в големите жеги да е доста прохладно. Имаше всички удобства ,кухнята имаше всичко необходимо , спалните бяха чисти и с подходящи чаршафи за сезона. Благодарим за посрещането и пак ще се върнем там през летния сезон!

Great place to stay, big house with a really nice view. Fast response to messages, good communication.

What a beautiful Villa! A car is a must to get there if you want to go out and do things but the shop and restaurant are within walking distance if you were just looking for somewhere to relax by your own pool. The local taverna is lovely and do a great mezze. There was also a lovely local cat who came for cuddles and is very friendly so say hello to her if you see her (if you don’t like cats she will leave you alone). The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked some great meals with ingredients from the local shop. Would really recommend a stay here. Some fab hikes nearby too and not too far from the troodos mountains for a day trip.

Vouni ist eines der schönsten Bergdörfer auf Zypern. Steht im Reiseführer und stimmt auch nach unserer Einschätzung. Das Haus mit der Nummer 22 ist sehr gemütlich, hat eine Terrasse nach Osten mit einem tollen Blick über den Ort und liegt mittendrin. Da wir in der Nebensaison unterwegs waren, war es einige Tage noch sehr frisch. Der Kamin war nötig, um das Haus auf Temperatur zu bekommen, hat aber natürlich zugleich für eine schöne Atmosphäre gesorgt. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Rotwein bereit, ebenso gab es Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine. Danke dafür! Was könnte besser sein? Da fallen uns nur die Schubladen in der Küche ein, die sich nur mit etwas Ruckeln öffnen lassen. Als Workaround haben wir den Besteckeinsatz einfach auf die Arbeitsplatte daneben gestellt. Also überhaupt nicht schlimm. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and the self-check-in process was smooth and easy. Agnes was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Maria was a great host! Her place was lovely and extremely well-equipped. She welcomed us with a cheese/ham platter, and the kitchen was well-stocked with milk, beer, wine, cereal, coffee, tea, fruit, and much more! She was very helpful and even assisted us in ordering a taxi for our return. The apartment was modern yet cozy and just a quick walk from the beach. We loved everything about this experience—thank you, Maria!

When travelling through AirBnb you sometimes find a real hidden gem. A flat or house you‘ll probably never forget. This is one of those flats! You can really feel the love in every corner and you can tell, that it’s an actual home and not just some property to rent to tourists. The garden is incredibly beautiful and I found myself sitting there every night for hours hahaha. All in all: Thanks for the amazing stay! We’d love to come back 😌.

Соответствует цена-качество. Данную квартиру выбирали для встречи с друзьями, живущими в соседнем большом отеле Рафаэль. В целом мы всем довольны. В пешей доступности минимаркеты и булочная. Если хотите тишины, то этот район весь не тихий из-за большой трассы. Море и очень прекрасный пляж через дорогу. Хозяин моментально отвечает на все вопросы.
