Very nice place and very clean. The host was very responsive to anything we needed. Just something you might want to prepare for is the checkout is at 9AM on the day you are supposed to leave and you can have the option to check out later but you have to pay an extra 30 dollars. If you’re not planning on leaving that early please be advised to check with the host to pay the extra and get it approved.

The location was great with lots to do. The living room area was very comfortable. The place was very spacious. The hosts were good about responding quickly to my questions. Very easy check-in and check-out.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay we visited on my granddaughter Dance competition and every thing was close by far as eating and shopping. It’s what we was looking for and I wanna say it’s a 10/10 Rating. Nice place love the decoration.

We enjoyed staying here and the owners were very helpful with storms that were coming in that night and the next day! Definitely would stay here again!

We stayed at Chase’s place during a relocation move with our dogs. This is an excellent dog friendly location with a HUGE fenced yard, no carpet and very easy for us to rest and feel at home.

The home was beautiful and spacious! We ended up booking additional days while we were there. The water view is lovely, especially at sunset. The area is nice as well, great neighborhood. The home had all the amenities we could possibly need during our stay. Definitely going to stay there again!

We needed a place last minute to stay while in town for my sisters funeral and the host responded quickly to my message. We were very pleased with communication, location and overall experience and have already booked again for our next visit in June!

Me and my family absolutely loved the home.. it was so many things to do right inside. We roasted marshmallows by the fire pit and the kids loved the kids room with the games.. I was able to get some fresh air and quiet sleep. All the rooms are decorated nicely and the home is very spacious .. would definitely be booking again soon

Don’t be fooled by the exterior pictures. The inside was very nice. The place was very clean. We had an issue with one of the TV’s and the maintenance guy showed up very quickly and resolved the issue.

This was a nice place to stay as it was close to the Wheeler National Bird Refuge. It is in a neighborhood, off a service road but we had no problems driving in or parking. It is a two person bungalow furnished with everything we needed. I would book again!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Stephanie's beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and spacious the house was. Its convenient location near Athens and Huntsville was perfect for our two-week stay, making it easy to explore the area. The home is tastefully decorated, fully equipped, and incredibly organized, which made settling in a breeze. Stephanie truly went above and beyond to ensure we felt right at home, and she was always quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely be looking to rent from Stephanie again in the future if her home is available! As a side note, if you have any hesitations about booking due to the home being for sale, I urge you to go for it! We had no showings scheduled during our stay, but Stephanie reassured us she would be flexible if any came up. You won’t regret choosing this gem of a place!
