Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Andrea è veramente il top degli Host: preciso, cordiale, attivo, disponibile alle nostre esigenze e amichevole. Ci siamo trovati benissimo nei due appartamenti, location pulitissima, corrisponde alle foto e posizione panoramica sulle vigne mozzafiato. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Grazie mille!

This is a lovely apartment well positioned facing the sea in Loano. It’s big enough that staying for a week or more is not claustrophobic, and the living room is great for a family to sit and chat. The balcony is small, but it has enough space to catch the sun and sit and watch the world pass by. We were there when there was Loano fireworks , and the view was perfect. The bedrooms are at the back of the house away from the street, so street noise wasn’t a problem. We were unlucky that the elevator was broken during our stay, Giuseppina offered to find us alternative arrangements, but as it’s a single flight of stairs we managed and appreciated her willingness to help.

Conosiglio l'alloggio di Giorgia, non ho avuto alcun problema e la zona risulta silenziosa. Locali vicini Spiaggia vicina Facilità di parcheggio (io ci sono stato a fine agosto) Lo spazio non è molto ma l'ampio balcone aiuta L'appartamento è dotato di un impianto di purificazione dell'aria che fa il suo lavoro. Spero di ritornarci.

Sandrine is a very dedicated and professional host. We loved this small apartment. Good for one or two nights as for four people it would feel too small for longer period. Perfect for weekend stay. Easy parking and great location.

Appartamento ancora più bello rispetto alle foto e alla descrizione, unica pecca il rumore a causa del ritiro della pattumiera fronte strada ma sopportabile. Posto auto molto importante. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Proprietari precisi e disponibili. Sicuramente torneremo presto perché è davvero una perla vicino al mare e al centro.

Que dire! Un hôte accueillant, un logement propre et merveilleusement agréable. Paisible avec une vue magnifique sur la Ligurie. Tout est parfaitement fidèle à la description, une literie parfaite, une salle de bain propre et agréable.. Il ne manque rien en terme d'aménagement Je ne trouve pas les mots quand à la qualité de ce logement, de cet hôte, de ce lieu car tout était parfait. Un endroit qui vous ressourcera, des personnes d'une bienveillance qui fait chaud au cœur.. Je n'ai rien d'autre à dire que Merci :)

Un appartement conforme aux photos et à nos attentes ! Très proche des pistes, des magasins de location et des restaurants. Instructions très claires et hôte réactif si besoin. Le commerce le plus proche est à 5 min en voiture, pour l’essence prévoir 1/2h. Appartement tres kid friendly avec jouets, réhausseur et couvert en plastique ! Possibilité de jouer autour de l’appartement avec la neige, l’emplacement est idéale pour des vacances en famille ! Nous recommandons cet appartement en particulier pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants.

Das Apartment entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen, insbesondere die schöne große und ruhige Terrasse (Sonne von morgens zum Frühstück bis zum Nachmittag) mit Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge hat uns begeistert. Aber auch das Wohnzimmer war sehr gemütlich, um dort die Abende zu verbringen (wir waren im Ende September da, es wurde abends zu kalt für die Terrasse). Alles war sehr sauber, das Bett sehr bequem und das Bad/die Dusche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber wenn man nach der ersten Fahrt weiß, das man tatsächlich richtig ist, auch gut zu machen. Sehr empfehlenswert, auch dank der sehr freundlichen Gastgeber, die uns bei unserer Ankunft mit Wasser und Marmelade versorgt haben.

Wir hatten schöne Tage und die Terrasse mit dem Ausblick haben wir bei sonnigen warmen Temperaturen sehr genossen. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

The house was beautiful and more magical with the surrounding vineyards in the fall! You are enveloped by Moscato d’Asti grapes in 360 degrees. The house sits on the slopes of vineyards and it is so peaceful…the perfect way to unplug, without being totally inaccessible. We used it as a home base and traveled to Alba for the international truffle fair and to Torino for some good eats and sightseeing. But to be honest, we didn’t need to leave and would have been happy with 5 straight days in the house. For one of the evenings, we had dinner prepared by a private chef Joseph of Bevino. He made the most wonderful 6-course dinner with wine pairings from his personal cellar. Overall, It was the best way to experience Italian wine country! Make sure to take a car with you so that you can remain mobile and have the opportunity to explore all the pretty towns surrounding the house, including Cossano Belbo and Santo Stefano Belbo. We plan to return.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte nel B&B di Josiane per goderci i sentieri della Valgrana. Josiane é stata gentile e disponibile, ci ha accolti dandoci utili consigli sui dintorni dell’appartamento. La casa è pulita, ben arredata (dispone di tutto l’occorrente anche per godersi una permanenza più lunga) e spaziosa, il che si è rivelato utile poiché c’era con noi anche il nostro cane bovaro. In breve, assolutamente consigliata!

Bellissima country house nelle colline piemontesi. Abbiamo trascorso in questa villa un weekend tra amici per festeggiare i 40 anni di mia sorella. Cercavamo una location che potesse ospitare una ventina di persone e abbiamo trovato un posto davvero unico e molto curato nei minimi dettagli. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Wir hatten das grsse Glück, eine unvergessliche Woche in diesem traumhaften Haus zu verbringen. Vom ersten Moment an waren wir begeistert – Luisa und Felix haben bei der Renovierung wirklich keine Mühen gescheut, und man spürt in jedem Raum die Liebe zum Detail. Die hilfreichen Informationen und Tipps, die wir vorab erhalten haben, waren eine perfekte Ergänzung und haben uns den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wer Ruhe, Gemütlichkeit und Frieden sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus liegt in einer idyllischen Umgebung, und das Meer ist in nur 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein weiteres Highlight in der Nähe ist ein charmantes italienisches Restaurant mit einem kleinen Laden, in dem es nicht nur köstliche lokale Produkte, sondern auch den besten Ziegenkäse gibt. Rundum ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und Geniessen!

Seconda volta per la nostra famiglia da Monica e come sempre confermiamo la bellissima casa, la gentilezza di Monica e l'ottima posizione. Castelvecchio è un gioiello sempre in qualsiasi stagione. consigliamo vivamente l'appartamento di Monica! Grazie, speriamo di tornare presto!

We had a very nice stay in Alessandro's house. He is very friendly and gave us a lot of tips on things to do in the are with our 4 yo son. He responds quickly and is very helpful. The house is clean, spacy and has a nice kitchen, bathroom and garden patio. The washing machine is very useful too. A small car can be parked in the garage safely, but the street is also perfect for parking the car. Imperia has nice things to do and is very lively. The beach is a 20 minutes nice stroll away. There are several supermarkets for every taste. And on a 30/45 minutes car ride, you can be in the mountains in pittoresk and friendly small villages along the rivers and next to small waterfalls to be escape the warmth. Thank you Alessandro, for having us. We had a very nice stay.

Spacious and bright apartment. Despite being in the city centre close to traffic it is quiet as it is situated in a gated community. Having a private parking space is also a plus in Alassio! The accommodation was ideal for us - a couple with a 7-month daughter - as everything is within walking distance.

Très bel appartement, spacieux et moderne. Cusine très bien équipée. Parking privé. Le logement est à 5 minutes en voiture du centre d'Alba, ce qui en fait l'emplacement idéal. Roberta est réactive, très bonne communication. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

appartamento stupendo, immerso nel silenzio e nella tranquillità. Peccato per la vasca idromassaggio che non funzionava, sarebbe stato stupendo fare un bagno rilassante. unica cosa da rivedere é la pulizia delle padelle e del fornello. Per il resto é stato comunque tutto perfetto!

Tolle Ferienwohnung. Perfekt für 6 Personen, da ausreichend Platz und mehrere Bäder vorhanden sind. Alles sauber! Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal dort. Vielen Dank & beste Grüße

La casa di Elena è curata nei minimi dettagli, tutto molto ordinato e pulitissimo. La posizione centrale e vicina ad ogni sevizio la rende perfetta per una vacanza all’insegna del relax. Elena è stata eccezionale, sempre molto disponibile e pronta a fornire ogni informazione utile. Siamo stati davvero molto bene, grazie Elena.

Really enjoyed our stay in Bart and Odiels beautiful property. A lovely conversion which provided everything needed for a luxurious stay in stunning surroundings. Walkable to local village yet completely surrounded by vineyards. Great communication with the host and I would absolutely recommend a stay in this beautiful part of the world.
