What a beautiful place to stay ample space for our 5 dogs to roam the yard, delicious mountain water from the tap. Was an awesome experience for the family and pets.

What an incredible experience. My children were absolutely made up. This was an experience they will never forget. They had a true African experience, from beautiful sunsets to being surrounded by a range of animals at all times. Abel and the staff were amazing and always happy to help.

The unit is quaint and compact, but has everything you need and can think of. The decor is gorgeous and a lot of effort has been put into making the space feel cosy. We were also able to use the braai/bbq facilities and found the unit to be more private than anticipated. Will definitely be back!

Ein wunderschöner Ort, etwas abseits der Stadt, aber sehr privat und ruhig. Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet und eine sehr schöner Pool. David war immer sehr gut erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Sehr zu empfehlen

We had a fantastic stay in Casa de la Presa, so well equipped and comfortable. We were sad to stay only one night as the views and surroundings were beautiful. Jacques was so helpful

We travelled 3 families (12-61 years) together. The farm is beautiful and interesting. Teaming with wildlife and game. If you get the chance, go for a sundown-gamedrive. The views of the farm from the hills are breathtaking. A special thanks to the people who patiently and knowledgable guided us through game-drives and hunts. We hope to return to this place!

What a beautiful time we had with family The host was super responsive, lovely and friendly. We had everything we needed for the trip . The cleaning ladies were so lovely and helpful. We had the place cleaned everyday and our fire wood topped up . I would recommend this home to anyone thinking of having a peaceful, private, beautiful stay . We enjoyed a fantastic stay at the cottage. It's comfortable, equipped with all necessities, and the presence of impalas and wildlife was truly amazing, providing a perfect opportunity to disconnect.

The House is big and clean and the Caretaker is excellent. The Estate’s golf course is also great. The only let down was that we couldn’t use the pool as the water was green and the WiFi was not available.

Waterberg Hideaway is an absolute gem. Gracious hosts, beautiful setting, friendly animals. Peace and tranquility. We thoroughly enjoyed the verandah and the amazing boma. We enjoyed walking on the property as well as the visit to the Marakele National Park. The cottage is a beautiful breakaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Sitting outside and just listening to the birds was wonderful. The stars and seeing the milky way was definitely a highlight of our trip. The kitchen is filled with everything one needs and the hot showers were very good. We loved every minute and look forward to returning to enjoy nature in this beautiful setting. The dogs and horses are all so welcoming and calming. Thank you so much.

Absolutely stunning place in the most picturesque natural surroundings! we have two small kids and they loved running around in the big garden. the kitchen is very well equipped and we loved spending the evenings at the fire place. thank you!!

After over a year of backpacking and traveling, I think this might just be our favorite place yet. Private and peaceful and truly like nothing else. Antelope and all numbers of birds and butterflies to be seen and heard from the private pool. Beautifully decorated and furnished space. Everything was so lovely!

Very pleasant stay. Doug went above and beyond what can be expected from a host. We woke up to a flat tire on our vehicle the morning we had to depart, Doug was more than willing to assist, he supplied us with tools, an electrical tire pump and assisted in getting the tire fixed and us back on the road. Very happy and can definitely recommend staying with this friendly host.

We absolutely loved our 9 night stay here, it was just what we wanted. The house is set in The garden of Belinda & Cleve’s home. It’s peaceful & beautiful & very secluded. Right on the edge of Kruger a 30 K drive to Orpen gate so you can visit the park for the day. We also visited Blyde River Canyon which was a short drive away & Jessica the hippo! It’s within easy reach of Hoedspruit for shopping & restaurants. The house is spacious & comfortable with very comfy beds & nice sheets & pillows. There are good outside spaces to sit & eat & a lovely swimming pool. We stayed in & cooked every night as it was such a nice place to be. Belinda & Cleve were the nicest of hosts - very friendly & helpful & gave good advice about things to do. This is a rare find & such a lovely place to stay, it was hard to leave, we will never forget it & definitely plan to return.

Beautiful place to stay. Private and peaceful. Amazing to watch the animals whilst having your morning coffee. Didn’t use the fire pit but I’m sure it would make for a wonderful evening sipping wine and watching the sunset.
