Beautiful location, beautiful place, and beautiful host! This was better than expected!! Even though the loft is right in the middle of town, it was still quiet for the most part. There was a band playing in the warehouse next door, but they wrapped up at a decent weekend hour and it was cozy and quiet once more. The location could not be better. Lucretia is a fantastic host!! Absolutely recommend and absolutely will be back!

We enjoyed this loft space. Having the parking lot access is nice, but pack lighter, because it is a little inconvenient to carry bags from the car to the unit/make multiple trips. Also with the bedroom being upstairs and the spiral staircase to the bathroom being downstairs, it’s fine for younger couples, but was frustrating here and there if we left one thing upstairs and had to go all the way back up. You can hear your neighbors some coming and going. BUT, the place was clean, so nicely decorated, and the bed is SO comfortable. Bryant is so quick to respond, friendly, and a great host. Would recommend for a quick little getaway!

Fabulous experience here, would absolutely stay here again! In town for a dance competition and especially enjoyed our private space away from the hotels! Hostess went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, Fabulous communication prior to and during our stay! If I could give this 10+ stars I would! Start to finish everything was easy...great GREAT value for the price! I honestly cannot say ENOUGH about this experience and nothing negative to report whatsoever. We felt very comfy and safe and as relaxed as possible given we were there for a dance competition LOL. We also LOVED meeting several residents there! AWESOME!!!

Carol's place is a classic airbnb choice I'd fully recommend. She is very communicative & added all the touches you need for a comfortable stay. Slept very well after some long days at Furnace Fest. Felt nicer inside than even the photos. The kitchen seems very new. The locked gate around the perimeter is an important aspect, glad that was there, since the area isn't exactly residential. Its more industrial, and that's not something Carol can control & should not steer you away. Great place 👍

We loved our stay in this condo. It was very clean and very comfortable. It is walking distance to several great restaurants, and easy access to highways to get anywhere in Birmingham you need to go. The host was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

In all honesty, this place is absolutely perfect! Its essentially a brand new custom home with and abundance of amenities, in a very quite secluded little neighborhood. Could not believe how well furnished and appointed the house is, as well as how generous tommy stocks the house with toiletries, snacks, staples, etc. The house is beautiful, great layout, very comfortable, and extremely inviting. We are already planning to return in the fall for another golf trip. I can't stress enough how amazing this place is can assure you will not be disappointed. Five stars all the way! Thanks Tommy!

Julie is a super helpful person and attentive to her guests. I had a personal situation, and she allowed me to use her address to receive correspondence. Answer every message on time. Also, the place is exactly as in the photo, it feels like you are at home.

Sure! Here’s a concise, friendly, and kind review for your Airbnb stay: Kelly was very accommodating with our late need for a rental an we had a great stay at her place! The home was spacious and perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets for the chilly weather. Our kids especially loved the variety of board games, which kept them entertained. If we’re ever in the area again, we’d love to stay here!

Great house. Nice renovations and lots of room. We didn't realize it was only a 2 bedroom with a pull out in the den but Margaret made sure we were aware before checkin. We had a small issue with the heat but again Margaret was quickly on top of it and had a tech out to fix it. The house was well stocked and clean and the location was perfect for us. The only thing I would possibly change would be to add an extra TV in the living room since the community TV in in the den. When using the den as a bedroom, there is no where to watch tv. We would definitely stay again and recommend.

This was an incredible stay. They had the place very well stocked. We could walk to restaurants and ice cream for the kiddos. We would definitely stay again!

Comfortable and well-stocked. We did have to be conscious to not disturb other residents since it's an upstairs unit and we have small children. Nadia was great and very responsive to questions.

Great location, highly recommend a walk to the coffee shop for a cheddar and sausage biscuit. Also, a great place to go for a run.

Very nice place. Only complaint would be that the bed frames are squeaky when you move, which is minor.

We had a lovely stay! Perfect for our little family. We felt comfortable because it was so clean and cozy. One huge plus is being able to walk to coffee shops and restaurants, which we were able to do. We even walked to the park! We look forward to staying here again when visiting family. 10/10 would recommend!
