What a great place for a family to come together and spend quality time! The house was more than we expected a Ray flexed to answer and solve issues that we did have. Definitely a wonderful place to visit during the Winter season and enjoy the crashing waves of the Oregon Coast. Very thankful for a well stocked kitchen, as we had 10 family members, and enjoyed cooking and preparing during the Christmas season. Absolutely a wonderful spot and we look forward to the next time! Thank you for hosting us! We loved sitting in the reclining chairs taking in the amazing view. We walked the beach, hiked Cape Lookout and happy hour at Pelican Brewery. It is incredibly peaceful. We will definitely be back.

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

We enjoyed our stay at the beach house. Great views top and bottom floor. Warming up at the fireplaces were a hit after playing on the beach. Thank you Steven for sharing your home.

We enjoyed the area and how close everything was to the house. A few small changes I would have made, but overall the space was large enough for our family and we didn’t have any issues checking in or out.

The location is amazing being a few steps away from one of the best in the area! The house was very well equipped and super comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and has a population of huge cute bunnies that our furbaby Wanda was so enamored by! Would definitely recommend!

Richard's place was great. Quiet place right on the bay. We had a great stay in Lincoln City and would definitely return to Richard's place again.

This place is an absolute gem. Morris is so kind and accommodating. The kitchen was fully stocked, the hot tub was clean and ready for us, and there were even toys and games that our kids were so excited about. Morris left us a pie, and went out of his way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. The view is magnificent, and we enjoyed the walk down to the beach, where we explored caves and tide pools and saw seals in the water. We will definitely stay here again!

The unit is awesome! So close to the ocean and, being the ground unit, super accessible. Really cute and homey on the inside. Hot tub was great! Connie was so nice and accommodating.

We stayed at the Lookout for three months and loved our time there. The view over Nye Beach is breathtaking and never gets old in any weather! the biggest pros: - Location and View are perfect - Well-stocked kitchen - Squeaky Clean - Well-designed space - Pet friendly It's worth knowing - The Lookout is not large, but it has everything you need - The location is definitely tucked away - we didn't even try ordering delivery bc we didn't think they would find it - No recycling on site, just a small trash bin - You will sign a long agreement (outside of AirBnB) that looks litigious and basically prohibits negative and 4* reviews We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

My mom and I were looking for a cozy place with a good view of the ocean so we could relax. And do some self-care. The Snuggle Up delivered that and more. The space was very clean, smelled nice, and looked like the photos. Beds were comfy. Beautiful views and we often had the doors and windows open to listen to the waves crashing against the rocks all day! It was a great visit and we will be returning!

Absolutely worth it. Had 6 guests and we all had plenty of space. Beach access within a 2 minute walk, incredibly friendly neighbors and great places for food and clothes. Not too far from anything, plenty of hikes nearby and other beaches to visit for surfing. Loved it!!

This place is perfect for two people who want a place where they can't do stairs and love a great view and still being close to stores. I would walk out shitzu and be just steps away from a couple of great coffee places, a block away from winery store that had a long list of delicious wines to try and another block away from a brewery that had amazing pizza.

This place is cozy and cute. it has everything you need and an amazing view. I highly recommend!
