A+ host and location. Everything went extremely smoothly.

My husband and I took our kiddos here for a little spring break vaca. The kids LOVED the short walk to the beach. There was provided wet suits and boards. The home itself was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Lots of extra towels and cozy home with comfy beds! There’s even sound machines for sleep in the rooms. The giant jetted tub is nice and we enjoyed that also. Scott is super responsive and helpful. Close to beach and shops. Love it! We would definitely book this place again.

Dee is an excellent host and was very responsive; excellent location w/ fantastic views; the house presented as promised and we thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay for my wife’s 60th birthday. The kids loved the garage play room and everyone loved the spa on the deck overlooking the ocean.

Brianne was so responsive and accommodating. The house was cozy and comfortable and had all of the comforts of home. We woke up to a family of deer right outside the window. The view was spectacular. Our dogs were welcome and that was the most important thing for us. The local restaurants were so good. It was an awesome trip and we plan to return.

Our group had a wonderful stay! The home is exactly as pictured, and was perfect for our group of 9 (ages 30 - 60). The views throughout the home are incredible, and we could not stop talking about how the kitchen had everything we needed. From an espresso machine, to a griddle, to actually having dishes/cutlery to accommodate the amount of guests the home sleeps. While we visited in February, and thus did not spend much time outside, there were no signs of going stir crazy from our group because there was space to be together and apart, and everything felt so open. The heated floors were a pleasant surprise, and added a wonderful warmth to the modern space. We would love to stay again!

Very clean and quiet. Good location near our relatives in SW Portland. We’d stay here again.

Chad was an excellent host, he answered any questions we had very promptly. The house had above and beyond the amenities we expected from bathroom supplies to kitchen. We easily had room for kids to play and grown ups to catch up. The deck had a protected area from the wind so we got to enjoy the sunshine all day. Beach access was at most a 5 minute walk that was perfect for small kids and grandparents alike. We will definitely be visiting again!

This place was so good! AMAZING VIEW! This was just right AND they let us check in early. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean from sitting on the couch or at the table, nice coffee bar and snacks, comfortable bed, clear instructions, and SO MANY extra pillows and blankets, which makes me happier than you could know! It really had everything we needed and being on the ground floor was definitely a plus since my husband was on crutches. It was a really great stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends & family.

We really enjoyed staying at Randy’s place. It was nice, clean and had all the amenities. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect. It’s walking distance to all the little shops and cafes at Nye Beach. I also enjoyed the large shower and rain shower head. It was very nice. The heated towel rack was nice also. We look forward to staying again next year.

This is a great place, I’ve stayed twice. Love the onsite parking, hot tub on the balcony, kitchen with everything needed. It’s very close walk to the beach, about a block away. Activity room only has a pool table and TV, would be cool to see another pool table or shuffle board added.

We stayed in Unit 12 on the second floor. The huge, attached patio had a wonderful view of the ocean even though there were other houses nearby. The floor plan was very spacious and comfortably furnished for our party of four (+dog). The kitchen had everything we needed. Lisa was available and on site for anything we needed. The whole place was clean and comfortable. I would say the only drawbacks would be there was only one bathroom and the closest beach access was a little challenging for someone who might not be in great shape. Although, there was easier beach access on the next street over which was a pleasant enough stroll. All in all, we had a wonderful time at Beachcombers… we really felt at home which made our vacation especially relaxing.

Our stay at this place was just what we needed. Took my daughter for her birthday and wanted to check out the aquarium and other things around. The rental was perfectly located for all of the activities we had planned. The place was just as advertised and in a great area for food and such. I would happily recommend this place to anyone.

This place is cozy and cute. it has everything you need and an amazing view. I highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this location. Everything was as noted and very clean. The bed was comfortable and beach access was close and easy to get to. We enjoyed the very private back yard and hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

We loved The Whale Pod! Great views of the ocean, well-stocked kitchen and overall a comfortable place to be. Also, the walk-in closet was invaluable as an extra "bedroom" for an 11 mo-old in a pack-n-play. The club house pool was also a nice additional activity for kids to do.

really enjoyed staying with KC And Melanie for the second time. it's always so beautiful from the airbnb the perfect view of proposal rock and walkable to the beach and ghost forest can't wait to be back again next year or sooner.

This was an absolutely beautiful location to stay for the weekend and felt like we are in our own private hideaway with a beautiful overview of the ocean. My favorite part was watching the tide come in super close in the morning, making it feel like we were practically on the water as receptor coffee from the balcony, 10 out of 10 recommend and would absolutely come back again soon on a sunny day.

Beautiful place with a gorgeous views of the ocean. Perfect chair by the window, it was the most favourite spot for sure. Appreciated all the blankets available for cozy nights watching the sunsets from the balcony. This condo is very clean, comfortable, and has friendly hosts. We would definitely stay here again!

For my second visit to LaBob's Nye Beach Retreat, I brought my sis who lives on the east coast! She was amazed at your beautiful condo. We thoroughly enjoyed sister time since she lives so far away! The beautiful views from every window and balcony were breath taking, And walking on the beach was amazing! It was heavenly falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean! Coffee shops and stores are so close! I hope to take more family members to LaBob's soon! Elsa

We enjoyed our stay in Lincoln City. The condo has everything we needed to cook and enjoy ourselves during our stay. Everything down to extra batteries for the TV remotes. My kids loved the pool and I liked the sauna. I also found a glass float on the beach right outside of the back door so that made it even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again.

Great place to stay and beautiful view of the beach, everything was clean and as listed. Easy walk down to beach. Only “complaint” which has nothing to do with the place itself is there where some kids being very loud and noisy at times stomping above us but other than that it was an amazing stay and highly recommended!
