Stayed here with a group of friends - lots of beds so we each got our own, which is rare. The house was well stocked - kitchen, towels, etc. We enjoyed using the indoor/grotto hot tub. Cute shops & restaurants in the area (15-20ish mins). Thanks for a great stay!

I had an amazing stay at Desiree’s Airbnb! She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even providing a selection of snacks before my arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Communication was great, and she made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

this charming 1920's home can be fully envisioned with artist or a book author writing getaway!! The Bo-Ho style in the backyard was complimented by the storm that sent the garden flowers scent ( lavender) in the air while sitting in the hot tub and while in the back yard kitchen net. I grabbed a book and blanket and read and relaxed!!!

Our stay was amazing! The house was beautifully equipped, we felt right at home. The mattresses were SO COMFORTABLE - the pillows were nice and fluffy - AND CLEAN. Everything was so clean. The neighborhood was AMAZING - safe and quiet - great place to take an evening walk. Located right near the freeway! Would def. Stay again!

Nice, well kept building. Right in the heart of Sacramento. Walking distance to Old Sac and the Capitol area. Nice balcony. All appliances function well. Well stocked. Easy, clear instructions from the host. Large TV in the living room. Kitchen well stocked. Locked parking - reserved spot. Very clean, exactly as seen in photos. Excellent communication with host. Great Wi-fi. Highly recommend if you are in Sacramento for business or for fun.

Serene & absolutely beautiful everywhere you look. Very Comfortable bed, quiet & so relaxing. Loved how remote, private & out in the country it is. And also close to downtown & stunning hikes to the rushing American River & waterfalls. A must see & visit. Steve was so helpful & responds right away to help. He let me borrow his kitchen oven to bake bread- so nice & welcoming.

House was large and could accommodate a large group, in a good location, right by grocery store, coffee shops, and places to eat! Neighborhood was nice, and the house was fairly priced for the space and amount of guests it can accommodate, thank you!

Our stay was great. We were there for just one night but the space was amazing. Their dog Toby was friendly and our dog enjoyed playing with him. They also let us pick Oranges from their tree which was a great fresh snack. The bed was Super comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, great place to walk our dog. Walking distance to the Sac Zoo.

My time with Susan was exactly what I needed. After leaving a stressful job that took a toll on my mental health, I needed to get away from the city. Being at the farm with my dog in tow was exactly what my soul needed. Thank you to Susan for the wonderful hospitality!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Workshop! This place immediately felt like home - if our home was full of the most amazing antiques. Gail also added thoughtful touches for our dog, and even had a balloon waiting to celebrate a birthday. I would absolutely stay here again.

Lindsay’s place was great. It was easy to find, easy to check in and out of. Lindsay was very communicative and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay in the Inkling and it was just as comfortable as last time. This place is so well located to downtown and for getting out and exploring the surrounding area - which we did.

This was not our first stay at the Story Homestead and won’t be our last. The house is perfect for our needs, mini french bulldog, and making meals. It is always exceptionally clean; guest instructions are clear. The surroundings are beautiful and so peaceful with lots of delightful bird watching and walks. The fireplace insert is very warming with plenty of wood provided. We are looking forward to staying again in the spring.

I had a womens retreat for 11 senior women so the single level,5 bedrooms and baths made for a very comfortable stay. The bonus 1/2 bath was a nice surprise. It felt like home, we enjoyed singing along with the piano in the evening, sitting on the pretty porch enjoying the view and watching the deer. Downtown was a short walk and some made a trip to nearby Apple Hill. The kitchen is very well stocked you only need to bring food and drink, a 5 gallon Alhambra dispenser was provided, paper towels,foil, pots pans were all available. The bedrooms had a mini fridge,a Keurig and generous supply of coffee and tea, creamers, sweetners. The bathrooms were clean with linens, soaps and even dixie cups for brushing your teeth. Beds fresh and comfortable. The surroundings and amenities are well thought out, with that said remember its an historic home. My only commemt is the dining area was too crowded for our size party.Allison and Tom were terrific and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing experience at the cabin. The views were breath taking and it truly made for a relaxing weekend. It was very kid friendly and there was so much to do related to being outdoors. The hosts were very accommodating. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Prior to check in all the way through check out, Christian was an extremely communicative host. I really appreciate that there were very clear instructions for everything. Some of us were flying in from out of state and Christian was very accommodating with an early check in. This place is huge and spaciously laid out. We hosted dinner for 12 people multiple nights and with so much space, we never felt like we were on top of each other. Our group spent a ton of time outside-enjoying the relaxing pool and lounging area. The property is maintained and beautiful. We had 3 kids with us who were obsessed with this house! Christian has so much for the kids to do that they never got bored. Seriously - between the cinema room upstairs, pool, water slide, sports outside, foosball, there was never a dull moment which is really saying something for kids! I’d stay here again when I’m in town in a heartbeat. Thank you Christian and your family for the wonderful stay, we sincerely appreciate it

I rented Don and Kathy’s home to throw a baby shower. Keep in mind there is an event fee if you’ll have guests joining for the day, but it was very reasonable, especially for everything this house and our hosts gave us in return. There was so much open green space, greenhouse was more spacious and beautiful than what it looked like in the photos, and you can tell they put a lot of love and care into this family home. It was very clean and guest ready, but you can tell people actually live here and IMO it felt made it feel warmer compared to company owned Airbnbs that feel sterile. When they say their kitchen is fully stocked, they mean FULLY stocked. Don and Kathy are excellent hosts as well - they were so responsive and responded personally to all our messages and very quickly. When you get close the roads are not lit, so for some it might be a little scary to navigate in the dark. Just drive slow and once you get to where GPS drops you off it’s easy to see the house from the road!

The place was spacious, clean, and so comfortable. Best of all, it was at the perfect distance for cycling to Sac State. We were able to enjoy cooking in the exceptionally well-equipped kitchen and even took advantage of the garden and splash pool. Also, I was grateful to have a desk to work at. Honestly, there were so many wonderful aspects of our stay that I could go on and on. Needless to say, we loved every minute of it. Thank you to our host, Marwa, for providing such with a fantastic experience!

Perfect base for visiting Sacramento and surrounding areas. Accommodation was excellent and was perfect for what we required. Close to local amenities and restaurants. We would recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay! The hosts were very welcoming (we loved the fresh eggs!) and we enjoyed the pool and outdoor cooking. Stargazing was incredible as well. Highly recommend

comfortable home, matches photos, responsive host, cutest neighborhood! we were in town for a marathon and house was perfect for our needs. well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed for simple breakfasts + lunches. checked out some good restaurants for dinner within few minutes drive. great coffee shop just a couple blocks away. adorable neighborhood to take a walk or run in. beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean. host was very responsive for anything we needed.
