Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful space. Everything about this stay was comfortable and inviting. Beautifully decorated and well appointed with all the extras you may have forgotten. The beds were comfy and the parking plentiful. The extra large bathroom with spa like features is a nice addition with heated floors! This place is in close proximity to both the North and South Campus for the University at Buffalo, the Buffalo Zoo, historic sites and Niagara Falls. Louis and his family were gracious hosts. We had a wonderful stay and will book when back in Buffalo.

I spent a month at Hélène’s basement apartment which was an excellent experience. The apartment had everything I could need. It was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed for both short and long stays. Whether it was for cooking, working, or simply relaxing, everything mentioned in the listing was provided. The space was quiet, which was especially important for me as I needed to focus on studying, and it was the perfect environment to do so without any disturbances. Hélène and her husband were wonderful hosts, always making sure I was comfortable while respecting my privacy. The peaceful environment, combined with their kindness, made this a truly enjoyable stay. I would return anytime and highly recommend this place for both short and long stays. It was the perfect choice for me and I think that would fit anyone’s needs. ❤️

Really enjoyed my stay here - It’s a great location for visiting the Niagara region, nicely located in a quieter area outside the main city, right near the Welland canal. The hosts were friendly, responsive and easy to communicate with. The suite was clean and spacious, very nicely decorated and arranged to give a nice cozy, comfortable and restful feel. You can tell the hosts have really thoughtfully designed and organized it for their guests to enjoy. The top-load water cooler/dispenser for great/refreshing cold drinking water, snacks, Keurig coffee, and sauna were just a few of the nice amenities provided. Note it is in the basement/lower-level, so there can be some typical floor-noise from people moving around in the upper level - mostly before/after the posted quiet hours.

I had a wonderful stay at Diane's place and wouldn't hesitate to book again. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable with lots of thoughtful little touches throughout. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need and I had a great sleep on the very comfy bed. The location is ideal, close to lots of shops and restaurants, transport and the lake. A lovely place to stay in Burlington/Oakville, highly recommended.

Me and my man came here for Valentine’s Day’s and had a really nice time. The hot tub was a nice experience. The place was nice, clean and organized. Holly even got us a valentines card and chocolates which was so nice. Will definitely book again when it’s hot outside.

Adrianne was an amazing host and the place was perfect. It was spacious, well decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked. The fridge even had a few breakfast treats for the first morning. It is located a short drive from just about everything in Niagara. Easily a 10/10

Amazing host great communication Rochelle was very easy to talk to as well as very understanding we all woke up late and she was understanding in giving us a later checkout couldn’t recommend anyone not to book this place I’m definetly looking forward to coming back soon !

Emily’s place was amazing! The bedroom was amazing. Super comfortable bed and there was a ceiling fan and heater Incase we got either cold or hot. She left us some snacks on the bar which was so kind. She had a customized sign with my name on it which was so cute. She also left a binder of all rules and local recommendations and menus. The bathroom was squeaky clean and there was also shampoo and conditioner in the shower and she had optional shower steamers out which were so relaxing. Would 100% recommended Emily’s place to anyone :)

An absolutely first-rate experience. Sparklingly clean, full of light, comfortable, peaceful, and private. The breakfast was top-notch. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The huge bird feeder outside the back window was endlessly entertaining. And the location simply could not be beat for combining a central location with a quiet residential neighborhood. My highest recommendation!

Lisa and Chris were very responsive to our messages, which we really appreciated. The place was very zen and peaceful, free of clutter, and very clean. We were less than 15 minutes away from shopping and attractions, which was quite convenient. We had a relaxing and enjoyable time!

This was our 2nd time staying with Liv and Ed, the suite is great and works well for our young family of four. The location is perfect, Liv and Ed go the extra mile to make sure their guests are well taken care of and informed about attractions and amenities in the area. We will definitely be back. Great host and accommodation. Interior, furniture, beds, and everything else were clean and well prepared. The living space is nicely separated, offering good privacy. Parking is easy, and there is a shared laundry machine available. One fun note ー the 300-piece jigsaw puzzle was missing the last piece! (We still enjoyed it!) Thank you, Larisa!

Great five night stay! Family neighborhood, walkable or short drive to all amenities. The space was set up perfect for a comfortable stay. I was able to cook all my meals. I really enjoyed the area and Alfred provided everything I could need right down to a couple of cold waters in the fridge and some extra toiletries just in case. I would happily stay there again on my next visit.

Kris is a great host. This is the third time staying at his apartment. He responds very quickly, the place is clean, has all the necessities and is centrally located in downtown Burlington. I would stay here again. Highly recommended.

A really great weekend stay, hot tub in the winter was amazing!

The only thing that my dad wishes was different was more natural light. But he loves staying here and Darlene and her husband are amazing. Thanks for looking after him.

This is a lovely suite; it was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. John went above and beyond to accommodate an earlier check-in time and personalized the suite for my stay.

This was my 2nd stay at Kassandra/Ahmed's place and just as relaxing as the 1st time. More than that, they are lovely, kind-souls who go above-&-beyond to make one's stay more comfortable. Again, thank you for allowing such a flexible check-in time...very helpful. Would I recommend?! 💯
