We felt so comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out for our group of 13! The neighborhood was very quiet, as we never heard any road noise from Hwy. 101 despite its close proximity. It was a short walk to the beach, but we still had a view of the ocean from the eating area and deck. Everyone in our group loved it, with plenty of things for the kids to do. We appreciated the active games and sand toys available for all. A very fun place to stay for everyone!

Clean space, car charger was a huge bonus, walkable to the beach and Pelican. Single bathroom was the only downside, but overall would stay again.

This place exceeded my hopes and expectations. It’s a really unique configuration with essentially two adjacent places with a shared deck with a hot tub. It was perfect for my friend and I to enjoy some shared time but also be able to retreat to our private spaces. Each unit was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfy too. It’s a very short drive to the beaches and a short walk to restaurants. Overall just a gem that I highly recommend.

Very cute home! Just like the pictures. Super close distance to the beach so that was nice to just be able to walk to the beach. The house was very cozy it had 2 lounge areas but the upstairs one was where we spent most of the time. The house has so much light coming in it feels so open and spacious. This is the perfect hangout spot if you’re looking to stay in pacific city. Loved the views of the river and would stay here again.

Loved our stay in Olivia Beach. Owners were very accommodating and the home was exactly as represented.

If you want a cozy place away from home to visit the beach, this is the home for you! Has everything you could need for your stay and is a VERY short walk from the beach! Jennifer is an amazing person to rent from and made our stay perfect!

Our stay was so relaxing and the view was exceptional. We saw 20+ blue heron feeding in the bay! There were lots of other birds too. Allison and Forrest met us when we arrived to meet our doggie and us. They were very respectful to give us our privacy while we stayed downstairs. They were also quick to respond if we needed anything. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. We will come back for more visits! Thankyou.

I had a wonderful stay at this location. Everything was as noted and very clean. The bed was comfortable and beach access was close and easy to get to. We enjoyed the very private back yard and hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

Great place. Great views. Great stay overall. Stayed for a couple nights and had to extend an extra day because we did not want to leave! Very comfortable and clean. No tvs and no curtains! We loved out stay at the cabin!

Great place to unplug from the world :) my little family enjoyed the comfort of this place. Such a peaceful place to rest. So quiet and really takes the pressure off of real world worries. ♥️

Shawn’s place was perfect for a quick weekend stay with my fiance! The cabin was easy to access, easy to enter, and Shawn was a very kind helpful host!! My only complaint was the lack of any blinds or available curtains to make the cabin more private at night. Felt a little spooky to us when it got dark. lol other than that the house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

I just took a couple of nights on a solo retreat here and I’m so smitten with this place. I had an amazing time walking the trails, sitting on mossy rocks by the creek, watching the stars from the giant deck at night, and listening to the owls’ conversations. I loved soaking in the deep bathtub under the skylight and cozying up by the wood-burning stove in the living room. The land is so beautiful, and the cabin so sweet, that I could come back again and never feel the need to go anywhere else. But if you do want to explore, it’s not far from the charming village of Cloverdale and just a 20-minute drive to the ocean and incredible hikes like Sitka Sedge, Cascade Head, and Cape Lookout State Park. I love it here. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Shawn’s place! It was like staying at a friends place that let’s you borrow all their cool stuff that makes your trip the more enjoyable! It’s truly a 10/10 experience. It’s a very peaceful atmosphere but it has so much potential for those that enjoy discovering the outdoors. Would definitely recommend!
