We had a great stay at the Sea Gypsy! The house is very comfortable and we would stay there again. The location is very close to the beach and Cape Kiwanda, we enjoyed exploring Bob Straub State Park, which was less than 5 minutes driving and definitely walkable from the house. The master bedroom was spacious with it's own bathroom and had such wonderfully soft sheets! The kitchen was well-equipped with good-quality pots and pans. Families with kids might want to bring their own plastic plates/ bowls/ cups for kids. Otherwise it was family-friendly and the kids enjoying the games available. Thank you for hosting us!

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was really clean! And the kitchen was well equipped, had every utensil you could think of! We stayed here with kids and they enjoyed the space! Will be returning again!😊

Me and family spent the weekend here for my nieces quinceñera party, and the venue was super close just around the corner, we liked the location it was in the middle of town turn right or left and everything was close, market, coffe, gas. my kids had alot of fun playing video games and we tried to finish a Disney puzzle but we didn't have enough time, there was plenty of games and puzzles. we felt cozy perfect size home for our family. we would definitely recommend this home. to a family. Older space but, very intentional decor and provisions to provide comfort and convenience. Wonderful all around 👌

Super cute & clean place. The beds were very comfortable! Hot tub was nice & the fenced back yard was a plus for our Pomeranian. It took us 5 minutes to walk to the beach. We also were very close to the area on 15th street where you are allowed to drive on the beach. We had fun playing games, watching movies, and cooking meals at the house. We would definitely stay again! Big thank you to our host Brandon for being very communicative and checking in on us. Appreciate that!

Brianne was so responsive and accommodating. The house was cozy and comfortable and had all of the comforts of home. We woke up to a family of deer right outside the window. The view was spectacular. Our dogs were welcome and that was the most important thing for us. The local restaurants were so good. It was an awesome trip and we plan to return.

Great spot on bye beach with easy private access! Close to a lot of attractions but yet felt secluded! Great beach getaway spot! My kids are already asking to go back!!

My mom and I were looking for a cozy place with a good view of the ocean so we could relax. And do some self-care. The Snuggle Up delivered that and more. The space was very clean, smelled nice, and looked like the photos. Beds were comfy. Beautiful views and we often had the doors and windows open to listen to the waves crashing against the rocks all day! It was a great visit and we will be returning!

We stayed in Unit 12 on the second floor. The huge, attached patio had a wonderful view of the ocean even though there were other houses nearby. The floor plan was very spacious and comfortably furnished for our party of four (+dog). The kitchen had everything we needed. Lisa was available and on site for anything we needed. The whole place was clean and comfortable. I would say the only drawbacks would be there was only one bathroom and the closest beach access was a little challenging for someone who might not be in great shape. Although, there was easier beach access on the next street over which was a pleasant enough stroll. All in all, we had a wonderful time at Beachcombers… we really felt at home which made our vacation especially relaxing.

Our stay was so relaxing and the view was exceptional. We saw 20+ blue heron feeding in the bay! There were lots of other birds too. Allison and Forrest met us when we arrived to meet our doggie and us. They were very respectful to give us our privacy while we stayed downstairs. They were also quick to respond if we needed anything. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. We will come back for more visits! Thankyou.

Bill and Peggy are super nice, accomodating, and communicative folks. The actual unit that we stayed in (myself, husband, and Odin the boxer dog) was a bit too small for what we had in mind. Bill and Peggy not only gave us a full refund for our remaining stay, they set us up in a beautiful home right up the road. Thank you for a wonderful time. Many great memories were made. Tricia's condo is my favorite place to stay at the beach. The view is spectacular! There is just a short walk to the beach. The condo is a sweet little get away with everything you need for your stay.

Such cute and cozy little condos right on the beach. Was exactly what we were looking for! Very central to town and little shops, grocery stores, etc. The view was fantastic. Amenities were an awesome plus. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. Very cozy and nicely appointed place. Convenient kitchen. Gorgeous view to the ocean. Troy and Sidney were very helpful and responsive. A small problem with the heater was fixed at lightning speed. We were very impressed.

Beautiful view! Wonderful to be able to walk right down to the beach. Traveling with a toddler, so hugely appreciated the little things like coffee, sand toys, and books. Highly recommend! Would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Newport.

This place is so cheap, it had everything you need. For you and your dogs, there was a closet just for animals, coffee for when you wake up, everything you need to cook. Everything was fancy and easy to use, it was like a hotel but way better. The host was so nice. And made sure I had everything I need it felt like home and more, It’s close to everything. And had the best week of my life. She had beach chairs blankets and other stuff that you would need to the beach, even toys for kids to play in the sand. !!!!!!! You just need to respect your neighbors, there is people that actually live around you so you can’t be loud. We had the cops called on us. But to be fair we were very loud and had music all the way up. Cops was so nice and just came to tell us to turn it down. And after that we just went to the casino and everything was fine. The host was so nice and made sure I had everything I need from the time I got in until I left. Thank you very much 🙏❤️🥰

Perfect place to visit with a family as you have everything you need in your room for an easy vacation with kids (kitchen, laundry, more then one bathroom, site has nice walking path and basketball court, and the 3 pools are a huge plus). Thank you Robert!

The kitchen setup was awesome. The balcony looked over the water. I loved the location. Bed was new and firm. I didn’t use the tv or pool. Highly recommend!
